According to the invention, the air inlet and the air outlet of the pigsty are purified and disinfected by adopting the electrolytic water wet curtain system and the ozone disinfection system, so that the air enters the pigsty unit after being subjected to double purification, meanwhile, the air discharged from the pigsty is purified and then discharged out of the pigsty, and the circulating purification system can effectively reduce the emission of greenhouse gas, particles and pollutants; and the ammonia nitrogen and the circulating water can be effectively recovered, so that the environment is protected and the resources are saved.
5. The organic fertilizer fermentation greenhouse of the invention is added with high-temperature bacterial strains and available nutrients, and improves the composting process operation, so that the core temperature of the compost is 70-90 DEGoC, the surface temperature exceeds 60 DEGoThe duration of C lasts more than 7 days, so that pathogenic microorganisms and fly eggs are effectively killed, and diseases are prevented from being spread through organic fertilizers and mosquitoes and flies.
6. The rotatable bridge plate is arranged on the peripheral epidemic prevention ditch, when vehicles and people pass through the rotatable bridge plate, the bridge plate is rotated to the upper part of the peripheral epidemic prevention ditch for the vehicles and the people to pass through, and when no people or vehicles pass through the rotatable bridge plate, the bridge plate is rotated to one side of the peripheral epidemic prevention ditch, so that other animals are prevented from entering a piggery base.

The second layer of safety barrier is a peripheral epidemic prevention ditch 5, a deep ditch with the width of 6 meters is arranged at the periphery of the pig farm base and is used as the peripheral epidemic prevention ditch 5 to replace the traditional solid enclosing wall to isolate the pig farm base from the outside, thereby effectively preventing other animals from entering and having the epidemic prevention effect which is obviously better than that of the solid enclosing wall.
Furthermore, a bridge plate 6 for people and vehicles to enter and exit is rotatably arranged above the peripheral epidemic prevention ditches 5 at the exit and entrance of the pig farm.
Specifically, a rotating shaft 61 is fixedly connected below one corner of the bridge plate 6 positioned outside the peripheral epidemic prevention ditch 5, a rotating motor 62 is arranged below the rotating shaft 61, and the bottom of the rotating shaft 61 is fixedly connected with a transmission end of the rotating motor 62; the driving end of the rotating motor 62 rotates to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the bridge plate 6 rotates around the angle as a rotation center.

The fourth layer of safety barrier is a disinfection system of a piggery base and a pigsty 1 inlet, and a vehicle disinfection room 103 and a personnel disinfection room 104 are arranged at the inlet of the pigsty base; the vehicle disinfection room adopts a closed disinfection channel, a ground disinfection pool and other surfaces for spray disinfection; the personnel disinfection room is provided with an atomization disinfection device on the wall of the disinfection room to disinfect the human body; still be equipped with the pig at the entry of every pig house 1 and change crowd disinfection room and personnel's spraying disinfection room, the pig changes also to adopt the spraying degassing unit to disinfect to the pig in the crowd disinfection room.

The fifth layer of safety barrier is a screen window of an air inlet and an air outlet of the pigsty 1, and the screen window adopts a thin steel wire screen window; all the windows of each pigsty 1 are provided with 20-mesh fine steel wire screen windows which can prevent animals such as mosquitoes, flies, mice and the like from entering the pigsty and bringing pathogens into the pigsty.
The sixth layer of safety barrier is an air purification system in the pigsty 1, an air purification system is arranged at an air inlet and an air outlet of each pigsty, and double disinfection treatment is carried out on the gas to prevent pathogenic microorganisms in the gas from entering the pigsty and polluting the environment outside the pigsty;
specifically, an air inlet wet curtain 114 is arranged on the house body 101, the air inlet wet curtain 114 forms a wet curtain wall, and air enters the house through a window after passing through the air inlet wet curtain 114.
Further, a circulating water tank 115 is arranged at the bottom of the air inlet wet curtain 114, disinfectant in the circulating water tank 115 is conveyed to the top of the air inlet wet curtain 114 through a water pump (not shown in the figure) and a circulating water pipe 116, a pipe structure is uniformly distributed on the top of the air inlet wet curtain 114, the disinfectant slowly drops onto the air inlet wet curtain 114 through the pipe structure and circulates in the air inlet wet curtain 114 through osmosis to form eluent, and particulate matters in the air are blocked by the air inlet wet curtain 114 and then flow into the circulating water tank 115 along with the eluent for disinfection and recycling;

Further, an electrode plate 11521 is arranged in the circulating water disinfection room 1152, and the electrode plate 11521 can be a zinc electrode or other alloy electrodes; a power supply is arranged outside the circulating water pool 115, the electrode plate 11521 is electrically connected with the power supply to electrolyze circulating water, and a small amount of electrolyte, such as dilute hydrochloric acid or salt, can be added into the circulating water disinfection room 1152 before electrolysis. The electrolysis can play a role in disinfection, meanwhile, the dilute hydrochloric acid can be used for adjusting the pH value of the circulating water, the pH value of the circulating water is controlled to be slightly acidic, the electrolyzed solution is slightly acidic electrolyzed water disinfectant, and the disinfectant enters the wet curtain 114 through the water pump and the circulating water pipe 116 so as to be recycled.

Further, a dung leaking floor 1017 is arranged on the ground in the single pig house room 1012, a negative pressure fan 119 is arranged on the wall 1021 of the dung collecting area, and under the action of the negative pressure fan 119, gas enters the corridor 1011 from the wet curtain 114 of the air inlet, then enters the single pig house room 1012, and then enters the dung collecting area 102 through the dung leaking floor 1017; an intelligent spraying disinfection pipeline 118 and an ozone disinfection generator 117 are also arranged above the negative pressure fan 119, and gas discharged from the housing body 101 is purified by ozone atomization disinfection and then discharged, so that air pollution is prevented. The redundant ozone can generate self reduction reaction in a short time to be changed into oxygen, thereby further purifying the air.
Furthermore, an air outlet wet curtain 121 is arranged at a position 1-2 meters away from the outside of each negative pressure fan 119, the size of the air outlet wet curtain 121 can just cover the negative pressure fan 119, and the air pumped out of the negative pressure fan 119 is further purified and cooled by the air outlet wet curtain 121 and then discharged out of the housing.
The seventh layer of safety barrier is designed as a single-room type pigsty 1, each pigsty 1 is strictly divided into a plurality of pigsty single rooms by solid walls, and each pigsty single room realizes independent ventilation, so that the contact among pigs is reduced, and the contact infection is prevented;
specifically, every two piggery single rooms 1012 are strictly separated by a solid wall 1013, each piggery single room 1012 is provided with a single room door 1014, each single room door 1014 is externally provided with a spare door 1015, the spare door 1015 is arranged on the piggery body 101, each single room door 1014 and the corresponding spare door 1015 are respectively positioned at two sides of a corridor, a pig normally enters and exits from the single room door 1014, and the spare door 1015 is used as a rapid transfer channel for the pig in an epidemic situation or an emergency situation, so that the whole corridor 1011 is prevented from being polluted.
Preferably, each single room door 1014 is 1.5 meters wide, the corridor 1011 is 2 meters wide, and people can block the corridor by standing beside the single room door 1014, so that pigs can enter each piggery single room 1012 in order, and the pigs are prevented from mixing.
Furthermore, each pigsty single room 1012 is divided into four pigsty units 10121, every two pigsty units 10121 are separated by a solid wall 1013 and a partition 1016, the solid wall 1013 is arranged at one side close to the corridor 1011, the partition 1016 is arranged at one side close to the excrement collection area 102, a excrement leakage floor 1017 is arranged on the ground corresponding to the partition 1016, excrement can directly fall to the lower part of the excrement leakage floor 1017 through the excrement leakage floor 1017, and the partition 1016 can attract pigs to move in the area of the excrement leakage floor 1017, so that excrement discharge is facilitated; a water fountain 1010 is arranged on the ground on one side of the excrement leaking floor 1017, so that the sewage amount generated by drinking water in the house body 101 can be reduced.
Further, a slope 1018 is arranged below the fecal leakage floor 1017, the bottom of the slope 1018 is connected with the fecal sewage collecting area 102, the fecal sewage can automatically enter the fecal sewage collecting area 102 through the slope 1018, a plastic blocking curtain 120 is arranged at the opening of the fecal sewage collecting area 102 and the slope 1018, the upper end of the blocking curtain 120 is bonded to the bottom of the housing 101, the lower end of the blocking curtain 120 freely drops and contacts with the upper part of the fecal sewage collecting area 102, the lower end of the blocking curtain 120 is pushed open by the fecal sewage under the action of gravity, the fecal sewage falls into the fecal sewage collecting area 102 without blocking the fecal sewage, and when no fecal sewage falls, the lower end of the blocking curtain 120 contacts with the top of the fecal sewage collecting area 102 to separate the slope 1018 area from the fecal sewage collecting area 102 and prevent the gas in the fecal sewage collecting area 102 from pouring into the housing 101.

Specifically, the vehicle transports the excrement of preliminary fermentation in the excrement collecting region 102 to the organic fertilizer fermentation greenhouse 2 through a vehicle channel 1023, and ultrahigh-temperature composting is carried out in the organic fertilizer fermentation greenhouse 2. The organic fertilizer fermentation greenhouse 2 is also provided with an axial flow fan 21 for pumping gas in the organic fertilizer fermentation greenhouse 2 into a pipeline and further conveying the gas to the vegetable greenhouse.
