An easily installable and wear resistant transmission as defined in claim 1 wherein: outer ring cover (2), interior ring cover (3), first ring gear (10) and second ring gear (11) are the stainless steel material preparation, outer ring cover (2), interior ring cover (3), first ring gear (10) and second ring gear (11) surface all are spouted through the peening technology and are dashed and distribute and be equipped with micro-groove layer (17), the plating has copper plate layer (18) on micro-groove layer (17) of outer ring cover (2), interior ring cover (3), first ring gear (10) and second ring gear (11).
