Description

Marine pipeline vortex-induced vibration suppression device with ribbons
Technical Field
The invention relates to an additional device for an ocean pipeline for inhibiting vortex-induced vibration, and belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering.
Background
The marine riser is a bridge between an offshore platform and a seabed oil field, is a key part in a deep sea oil and gas exploitation system, and is responsible for oil and gas transportation and other work. When the oil production platform is used for exploiting deepwater oil and gas, the structural reliability of the marine riser has important significance for normal operation of drilling and producing oil and gas. The ocean riser is in a complex environment of deep sea, and the ocean current flowing through the riser can form vortexes, and asymmetric vortexes are formed behind the riser and fall off to cause pipeline vibration. When the shedding frequency of the vortex is close to or equal to the natural frequency of the vertical pipe, the resonance phenomenon, namely the vortex-induced vibration phenomenon, can be caused, the fatigue damage of the vertical pipe is aggravated, and the service life of the deep sea vertical pipe is shortened. Once the deep sea riser is damaged, oil gas transported in the riser leaks, irreversible marine environmental pollution is caused, and huge economic loss is caused.
The current research results show that the active suppression method and the passive suppression method are mainly adopted for suppressing the vortex-induced vibration. The active inhibition method mainly disturbs the flow field and destroys the generation of vortex by external input energy such as sound wave, shock vibration and the like, thereby achieving the purpose of inhibiting vortex-induced vibration. However, this method requires continuous external energy input, and is too high in cost, so the utilization rate in practical engineering is not high. The passive inhibition method is to inhibit vortex-induced vibration by changing the surface shape of the marine riser or adding an additional device on the surface of the riser to break down the formation of vortex. Among them, the method of suppressing vortex-induced vibration by adding a spiral strake device on the surface of the marine riser is most widely used, and the domestic existing device (such as patent application No. CN201120007545.7) initiatively uses the spiral strake to suppress the vortex-induced vibration, but only single application of a spiral strip plate on the outer surface of the marine riser is carried out, and a good suppression effect cannot be realized. Later people find that various devices can effectively inhibit vortex generation, domestic patents (such as patent application number: CN201710037622.5) combine the streamer device with a vertical pipe to effectively inhibit vortex-induced vibration, but the connection between the design devices is complex, and a single device such as a sliding sleeve and a porous cover has a fine structure and is difficult to process, so that the device cannot be popularized in actual engineering.
At present, the common vortex-induced vibration suppression methods at home and abroad mostly adopt devices such as spiral strakes, guide plates, fairings and the like or the combination of all the devices.
The existing defects are mainly as follows:
1. many patents at home and abroad use too complicated technology, the accessories are numerous and the accessories are precisely connected, so that the processing of large and small parts is difficult, and the workload of an assembly device is huge, so that the assembly device is not suitable for being put into practical engineering.
2. Metallic materials are mostly used. The vortex-induced vibration suppression device made of metal materials has the advantages of high strength, high hardness and the like, but the suppression device is high in cost, easy to corrode and not durable when being placed in seawater, and low in overall cost performance. In addition, the metal material is heavy, and the buoyancy of the riser is easily influenced when the metal material is placed on the deep-sea riser, so that the structure of the riser is changed.
3. The capability of self-adapting to the direction of ocean current is not provided. The conventional vortex-induced vibration suppression device such as a guide plate, a fairing and the like often has a suppression effect only for incoming flow at a certain angle, and if the direction of ocean current changes, the suppression effect is reduced or completely disappears, so that the actual suppression effect is not ideal.
4. The surface protruding devices such as spherical protrusions and crescent ribs are not wear-resistant and cannot completely inhibit the generation of vortex behind the ocean current, and the practicability is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to manufacture a device for inhibiting vortex-induced vibration of a ribbon, which has the advantages of simple assembly, light structure, corrosion resistance of materials and self-adaption to the direction of ocean currents, overcomes the defects of overlarge assembly difficulty, high manufacturing cost of parts and complex mechanism for inhibiting vibration of the conventional device, realizes the vortex-induced vibration inhibiting device which is simple to assemble, stable in structure and effective, and prolongs the service life of an ocean pipeline such as a deep sea flexible riser. The technical scheme is as follows:
a device for inhibiting vortex-induced vibration of an ocean pipeline with a streamer, which is arranged on the periphery of the ocean pipeline, is characterized by comprising a sliding sleeve, a spoiler 4 and the streamer 5, wherein,
the sliding sleeve comprises an inner sleeve 13 and an outer sleeve 14, the inner sleeve 13 is fastened on the periphery of the marine pipeline, the inner sleeve 13 and the outer sleeve 14 are connected through a bearing 10, so that the outer sleeve 14 can rotate relative to the inner sleeve, the spoiler 4 is connected with the outer sleeve 14, and the rubber streamer 5 is connected with the spoiler 4.
Preferably, the device further comprises a perforated cap 3 fixed to the outside of the outer sleeve 14, and the spoiler 4 is connected to the outer sleeve 14 through the perforated cap 3.
The bearing is a deep groove ball bearing.
The ribbon 5 is made of rubber.
The inner sleeve 13, the outer sleeve 14 and the spoiler 4 are of plastic material.
The porous cover 3 is made of plastic.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. dense water flowing holes are formed in the porous cover, incoming flow can be disturbed to form a boundary layer on the pipeline, and the falling quantity of tail vortexes is reduced;
2. the vortex shedding at the tail part is irregularly arranged to generate vibration, and the ribbon arranged at the tail part has the function of disturbing the vortex arrangement, so that the vortex shedding frequency is inhibited to be equal to the natural frequency of the pipeline to generate resonance;
3. the porous cover is tightly attached to the sleeve, the sleeve is divided into an inner part and an outer part, and the inner part and the outer part are connected by adopting the deep groove ball bearing, so that the friction between the sleeves can be reduced, and the integral device can rotate to enable the integral device to be in the same direction with ocean current at any time;
4. sleeve, porous shroud and spoiler all adopt the plastics material, and low cost just is difficult for taking place to corrode the destruction, and the ribbon is the rubber material, has the ability of self-adaptation deformation under the ocean current, and plastics and rubber material are compared in the metal material more lightly, can provide certain buoyancy for the pipeline.

Detailed Description
The deep sea riser is susceptible to ocean currents when deep sea oil extraction operation is carried out, vortex-induced vibration is caused by vortex generated behind a pipeline, and the service life of the riser is shortened. In order to eliminate the vortex-induced vibration phenomenon and achieve the effect of prolonging the service life of the vertical pipe, the vortex-induced vibration suppression device becomes an essential part of the deep-sea vertical pipe. This patent uses light corrosion resistant material, simplifies assembly structure, can effectively prevent the swirl and produce, restraines the vortex induced vibration effect. The embodiments of the invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a vortex-induced vibration suppression device for a deep sea riser with a streamer, wherein a sliding sleeve of the device is divided into an inner sleeve 13 and an outer sleeve 14, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are respectively formed by splicing two semi-annular sleeves and are made of plastic materials. The inner sleeve 13 is tightly sleeved outside the deep sea riser 1 through a limit screw 12 of the inner sleeve, a circular through hole 7 of the outer sleeve is formed in the sliding sleeve boss 2 and used for installing a limit screw 8 of the outer sleeve, the effect of combining the two outer sleeves is achieved, meanwhile, the porous cover 3 is also installed on the outer sleeve through the limit screw 8 of the outer sleeve, and the porous cover 3 is also composed of two semi-cylinders. The spoiler 4 is connected with the perforated cover 3 through the fixing screw 9, and the rubber streamer 5 is tightly connected with the spoiler 4 through the rivet 6. The porous cover 3 has a certain thickness.
Fig. 2 is a structural plan view of the vortex-induced vibration suppression device, an inner sleeve 13 is tightly connected to the outside of the deep sea riser 1 through a limit screw 12 of the inner sleeve, and a deep groove ball bearing 10 is installed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve to provide a rotation function for the device. In the figure, the spoiler 4 is approximately rectangular and is also made of plastic, two groove-shaped circular through holes 16 are formed in the right end of the spoiler, the spoiler can be connected with the multihole cover 3 through two fixing screws 9, a groove is formed in the end face of the left end of the spoiler 4, and a plurality of rivet holes are formed in the plate surfaces on the two sides of the groove at equal intervals, so that the ribbons are fixed in the groove and connected through rivets 6. The ribbon 5 is made of rubber, the tail end of the ribbon is in a sawtooth shape, and the other end of the ribbon is riveted in a groove of the spoiler.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the pipeline structure of the vortex-induced vibration suppression device, wherein a limit screw 12 of the inner sleeve penetrates through a circular through hole 11 of the inner sleeve to tightly fix two semi-annular inner sleeves on the outer side of the deep sea vertical pipe 1, and the upper end and the lower end of the sliding sleeve are provided with deep groove ball bearings 10. The porous cover 3 is composed of two identical plastic semi-annular cylinders which are combined by means of four overhanging circular through holes 15 and fixing screws 9. Square holes with the same size are uniformly distributed on the surface of the porous cover 3, the upper end and the lower end of the porous cover are fixed by the sliding sleeve boss 2 and the limiting screw 8 of the outer sleeve, and the porous cover and the outer sleeve 14 synchronously rotate under the driving action of the spoiler 4.
When the device is installed, an inner sleeve 13 is firstly connected and fastened at a proper position of the deep sea vertical pipe 1 through a limit screw 12 of the inner sleeve, then the deep groove ball bearing 10 is fixed at a specified position of the inner sleeve, two semi-annular cylinders of an outer sleeve 14 and two semi-annular porous covers are installed through the limit screw 8, and an outer sleeve track is matched with the deep groove ball bearing 10. Two overhanging circular through holes 15 on one side of the multihole shield 3 are fixed by fixing screws 9, and then two overhanging circular through holes on the other side are butted with two groove-shaped circular through holes 16 on one side of the spoiler 4 and are connected through the fixing screws 9. The spoiler 4 is fixed to one side of the perforated cover 3. The flag 5 is then mounted in a recess in one side of the spoiler 4 by means of rivets 6. To this end, a vortex induced vibration suppression device is installed.
As shown in fig. 1, when the ocean current flows through the flexible riser and forms a certain included angle with the spoiler 4, the ocean current will impact the spoiler 4, so that the spoiler 4 drives the rear rubber streamer 5 to rotate, and the perforated cover 3 and the outer sleeve 14 are driven by the spoiler 4 to rotate by the deep groove ball bearing 10, so that the spoiler 4 is in a balanced state and the rubber streamer 5 is located below the ocean current. When the spoiler 4 is stable, the square holes outside the porous cover 3 can destroy the generation of the incoming flow on the boundary layer of the pipeline wall to a certain degree, hinder the separation of the boundary layer behind the pipeline wall and change the separation point of the boundary layer, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the shedding of the vortex. Meanwhile, the rubber ribbons 5 act behind the ocean current, the ribbons float with the ocean current to destroy the structure of the vortex, so that the vortex cannot be regularly arranged, and the shedding frequency of the vortex is far away from the natural frequency of the pipeline, thereby inhibiting the generation of vortex-induced vibration. In a complex deep sea environment, if the direction of the ocean current changes, the spoiler 4 can be kept in the same direction as the ocean current in real time due to the action of the ocean current, the integral restraining device is driven to rotate, vortex-induced vibration is effectively restrained, and the ability of self-adapting to the direction of the ocean current is achieved.
The installation positions and the number of the invention are determined according to actual working conditions.
