The third distance measuring sensor 323 is disposed behind the rack conveyor 52. The tilt sensor includes: a first tilt sensor 331 and a second tilt sensor 332. First tilt sensor 331 is provided behind blade 4, and second tilt sensor 332 is provided on hydraulic mount 2. The intelligent control system 3 measures the advancing direction and the posture of the tunnel intelligent digging machine through the navigation subunit and the first tilt angle sensor 331, and controls the advancing direction and the posture of the tunnel intelligent digging machine through the host 35. The intelligent control system 3 obtains the position and the posture of the hydraulic support 2 through the second tilt angle sensor 332 of the hydraulic support 2 and the first distance measuring sensor 321 behind the shovel plate 4, and controls the installation manipulator 51 to place the hydraulic support 2 in the mounting groove 41 behind the shovel plate 4 by matching the intelligent control system 3 with the host 35. The intelligent control system 3 obtains the position and posture of the cutting unit 1 through the second distance measuring sensor 322 installed on the hydraulic support 2, controls the cutting unit 1 to cut along the vertical line through the host 35, monitors the distance between the hydraulic support 2 and the cutting unit 1, and avoids the collision of the two. The intelligent control system 3 obtains the position of the hydraulic support 2 through the third distance measuring sensor 323 installed at the rear of the support conveyer 52, and controls the disassembling robot 53 through the main machine 35 to place the hydraulic support 2 on the support conveyer 52.
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent tunnel digging and supporting machine, wherein a cutting unit for vertical cutting is arranged, a hydraulic support is intelligently erected on a tunneling working face, and a mounting groove for arranging the hydraulic support is arranged behind a shovel plate, so that the empty top distance and the empty side distance of temporary support of the tunneling working face are controlled and reduced, the mounting speed is improved, and the support strength is high; by arranging the anchor rods behind the digging and supporting machine, two sides of the top plate can be actively supported, and the problems that the tunneling and the supporting are mutually interfered and cannot be operated in parallel are solved.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for quickly forming a roadway by using an intelligent roadway tunneling and support machine, which is shown in fig. 1 to 8 and comprises the following steps: the device comprises a cutting unit 1, an intelligent control system 3, a bracket transportation unit 5 and an anchor rod operation unit 7. The rack transport unit 5 includes: a mounting robot 51, a rack transporter 52, and a dismounting robot 53; the support conveyer 52 is provided with a plurality of hydraulic supports 2. The carrier transport 52 transports the hydraulic carrier 2 behind to the front by means of a chain transmission system. The cutting unit 1 and the mounting robot 51 are both disposed on the front end side of the rack conveyor 52, and the anchor rod working unit 7 and the removing robot 53 are both disposed on the rear end side of the rack conveyor 52. The intelligent control system 3 monitors the working states of the cutting unit 1, the support transportation unit 5 and the anchor rod operation unit 7, and respectively controls the cutting unit 1, the support transportation unit 5 and the anchor rod operation unit 7. For a detailed structure, please refer to the text description related to fig. 1 to 8, which is not repeated herein.
The method comprises the following steps:
step S1: the intelligent control system controls the cutting unit to slide forwards to cut the coal wall to finish the feeding in the preset direction and posture.
Step S2: and the hydraulic support is transported to the installation manipulator by the support transportation unit, is unfolded and fixed at one side of the front end of the support transporter, and is supported at the front end of the roadway.
Step S3: the intelligent control system controls the cutting unit to cut the coal wall up and down in a vertical plane.
Step S4: the intelligent control system controls the dismounting manipulator to grab the hydraulic support, the hydraulic support retracts and is conveyed to the rear end of the support conveyor, and meanwhile the anchor rod operation unit completes the installation of the anchor rod on one side of the rear end of the support conveyor.
Step S5: and (4) the whole intelligent tunnel digging machine continuously advances, and the steps S1 to S4 are repeatedly executed until the tunneling and the supporting of the whole tunnel are completed.
In order to facilitate the continuous operation of the intelligent tunnel branch digging machine, the steps between the step S3 and the step S4 further comprise: the intelligent control system controls the coal rock blocks in the cutting process to be cleaned through the coal rock block transportation unit, and ventilation and dust removal are carried out through the ventilation unit and the dust removal unit.
In a particular embodiment, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the intelligent control system 3 controls the rotary drum 11 of the cutting unit 1 to rotate at a high speed and slide forwards through the sliding rack 15, the cutting unit 1 cuts the coal wall 10 to complete feeding in a preset direction and posture, and the shovel plate 4 extends out of a row distance along with the sliding rack 15 and cleans fallen coal.
(2) The support conveyor 52 transports the hydraulic support 2 to the installation manipulator 51, the intelligent control system 3 controls the installation manipulator 51 to stretch out the lapped hydraulic support 2, the horizontal oil cylinder 25 and the support upright post 21 unfold the hydraulic support 2 and are embedded into the shovel plate 4 installation groove 41 to realize the positioning of the hydraulic support 2, the supporting oil cylinder 23 and the side protection oil cylinder 26 are controlled to stretch out, the supporting plate 22 and the side protection plate 27 are supported, the flexible supporting material 28 provides uniform distribution and active supporting force for the coal wall 10, and finally the metal mesh 29 is used for laying and lapping.
(3) The intelligent control system 3 controls the lifting oil cylinder 12 of the cutting unit 1 to stretch and retract so as to realize that the roller 11 cuts the coal wall 10 up and down, and the four-bar linkage structure 14 adjusts the cutting track of the roller 11 so that the roller 11 is in a vertical plane when cutting the coal wall 10, thereby effectively controlling the empty-head distance.
(4) When the intelligent tunnel digging and supporting machine feeds, erects the hydraulic supports 2 and cuts, an anchor rod operation unit 7 (an anchor rod jacking drilling machine 71) arranged on the scraper conveyor 6 completes the installation of an anchor rod between the last two hydraulic supports 2 behind the digging and supporting machine.
(5) After the intelligent tunnel digging and supporting machine finishes cutting and a first row of top anchor rods behind the digging and supporting machine are installed, the intelligent tunnel digging and supporting machine moves forward through the crawler belt and controls the sliding frame 15 and the oil cylinders of the shovel plates 4 to retract, so that the position of a cutting part relative to a bottom plate is ensured to be unchanged in the process of the machine body; in the advancing process of the digging and supporting machine, the first telescopic air duct and the second telescopic air duct are extended, the scraper conveyer 6 advances through the rubber wheel, and the ventilation unit and the dust removal unit ventilate and remove dust simultaneously.
(6) After the intelligent tunnel digging machine moves forward in place, the intelligent control system 3 controls the dismounting manipulator 53 to grab the hydraulic support 2, retract the hydraulic support 2 and transfer the hydraulic support 2 to the support conveyer 52. And (3) repairing and digging a first row of anchor rods behind the digging and supporting machine through the anchor rod operation unit 7 (the anchor rod drilling machine 72). In the process, the steps (1) to (3) can be simultaneously carried out in front of the branch cutting machine.
(7) And (3) when the steps (1) to (6) of 30 cycles are completed, the first telescopic air duct and the second telescopic air duct are disassembled from the rear part of the digging and supporting machine, and new telescopic air ducts are lapped again.
(8) And (5) repeating the steps (1) to (7) until the tunneling and the supporting of the whole roadway are completed.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for quickly forming a roadway of an intelligent tunnel boring machine, which is characterized in that a cutting unit for vertical cutting is arranged, a hydraulic support is intelligently erected on a tunneling working face, an installation groove for arranging the hydraulic support is arranged behind a shovel plate, the empty top distance and the empty side distance of temporary support of the tunneling working face are controlled and reduced, the installation speed is improved, and the support strength is high; by arranging the anchor rods behind the digging and supporting machine, two sides of the top plate can be actively supported, and the problems that the tunneling and the supporting are mutually interfered and cannot be operated in parallel are solved.
