The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the large-diameter hydraulic rotary table for the deep sea drilling machine comprises a base, wherein a hydraulic motor is fixedly connected to the base, an output shaft of the hydraulic motor is connected with one end of an input shaft assembly, the other end of the input shaft assembly is connected with an outer gear of a rotary support in a meshed manner, an inner ring of the rotary support is fixedly connected to the base, and the outer gear of the outer ring of the rotary support is connected with a rotary table in a meshed manner; the hydraulic motor is connected with a hydraulic system, and the hydraulic motor is electrically connected with an electric control system.
The invention is also characterized in that:
the rotary table is connected with a speed measuring device, and the speed measuring device is electrically connected with an electric control system.
The turntable is connected with a turntable locking device.
The input shaft assembly is connected with an online torque detection system, and the online torque detection system is electrically connected with an electric control system.
The base also comprises an upper cover which forms the appearance of the turntable together with the base.
The base of the hydraulic turntable is of a cast-weld structure and is integrally machined.
The size of the inner bore of the base and the rotary table is determined according to the drilling conditions of the drilling machine and is one of 371/2 inches, 491/2 inches, 691/2 inches or 751/2 inches.
The hydraulic motors and the input shaft assemblies in the hydraulic turntable are the same in number, and the number of the hydraulic motors and the input shaft assemblies is a plurality.
When the hydraulic motors and the input shaft assemblies are multiple, the electric control system can independently control the hydraulic motors to act and can also control the hydraulic motors to act simultaneously.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The invention relates to a large-caliber hydraulic rotary table for a deep sea drilling machine, which comprises a base 1, wherein the base 1 provides an installation foundation for the hydraulic rotary table, a hydraulic motor 3 is fixedly connected to the base 1, an output shaft of the hydraulic motor 3 is connected with an input shaft assembly 8, the input shaft assembly 8 is in meshing connection with an outer gear of a rotary support 9, an inner ring of the rotary support 9 is fixedly connected to the base 1, the outer gear of the outer ring of the rotary support 9 is in meshing connection with a rotary table 4, and the rotary table 4 is connected with a speed measuring device 2 and used for measuring the rotating speed of the rotary table 4; the turntable locking device 6 is connected with a turntable 4, and the inner aperture size of the turntable 4 is determined according to the drilling working condition of a drilling machine; the input shaft assembly 8 is connected with an online torque detection system 7, the real-time output torque of the turntable is obtained by measuring the deformation of the input shaft assembly,
the hydraulic motor 3 is connected with a hydraulic system 10 for providing a hydraulic source for the hydraulic motor 3, the hydraulic motor 3 is electrically connected with an electric control system 11, the electric control system 11 is also electrically connected with the online torque detection system 7 and the speed measuring device 2 respectively, the speed value and the torque value transmitted in real time through the speed measuring device 2 and the online torque detection system 7 are used as feedback values, and after the feedback values are compared with the instruction values, the updating instruction is adjusted, so that the accurate control of the rotary table is achieved.
The base 1 further comprises an upper cover 5 which forms the appearance of the turntable together with the base 1.
The base 1 of the hydraulic turntable is of a cast-weld structure, and is integrally machined, high in strength and good in stability. The inner hole diameters of the base 1 and the rotary table 4 are determined according to the drilling conditions of the drilling machine, and are designed in series and are 371/2 inches, 491/2 inches, 691/2 inches or 751/2 inches.
The number of the hydraulic motors 3 and the number of the input shaft assemblies 8 in the hydraulic turntable are the same, the number is 1 or more, the hydraulic motors are matched according to the requirements of the deep sea drilling machine, and the hydraulic system 10 and the electric control system 11 are adjusted according to the number. If there are multiple hydraulic motors 3 and input shaft assemblies 8 in the hydraulic rotary table, the electronic control system 11 can control the hydraulic motors 3 to operate individually, or can control multiple hydraulic motors 3 to operate simultaneously.
The main parts of the large-caliber hydraulic turntable for the deep sea drilling machine have the following functions:
the hydraulic motor 3: the power component is a power component of the hydraulic turntable and provides power support for actions such as rotation, stop and the like of the turntable;

the electric control system 11: the 'brain' of the hydraulic turntable realizes various functions of rotation, stop and the like of the turntable by sending various instructions.
The invention relates to a large-caliber hydraulic turntable for a deep sea drilling rig, which comprises the following working processes:
when the hydraulic rotary table needs to rotate forwards, firstly, the rotary table locking device 6 is operated to enable the rotary table to be unlocked, then the electronic control system 11 sends a forward rotation instruction, after the hydraulic system 10 receives the instruction, a hydraulic source is output to the hydraulic motor 3 according to the instruction requirement, the hydraulic motor 3 starts to rotate, so that the input shaft assembly 8 and the hydraulic motor 3 rotate in the same direction, and after the input shaft assembly 3 rotates, the rotary support 9 and the rotary table 4 are driven to rotate, so that the forward rotation function of the rotary table is realized; when the hydraulic rotating disc needs to rotate reversely, the steps are completely consistent with the steps of forward rotation of the hydraulic rotating disc, and only the electronic control system 11 needs to send a reverse rotation instruction.
When the hydraulic turntable needs to block in the forward rotation (or reverse rotation) action, the electric control system 11 sends a blocking instruction, the hydraulic system 10 stops the flow of the hydraulic source after receiving the instruction, and the blocking function of the turntable can be realized, and the hydraulic turntable can bear certain reverse torque in a blocking state; when the hydraulic rotary table stops running after the rotary table rotates forwards (or reversely), the electric control system 11 sends a stop instruction, and the hydraulic system 10 stops the supply of the hydraulic source after receiving the instruction, so that the stop function of the rotary table can be realized.
When the hydraulic rotary table needs to stop and bear large reaction torque, the electric control system 11 sends a stop instruction, the hydraulic system 10 stops and is in an out-of-work state, and then the rotary table locking device 6 is operated to the position of locking the rotary table, so that the rotary table can bear large reaction torque. At this time, the turn table 4 is in a stopped state and cannot be rotated, and at the same time, the hydraulic system 10 cannot be activated in this state.
When the hydraulic rotary table is in a standby state, no matter the hydraulic rotary table is in forward rotation, reverse rotation, hovering or stopping action, the speed measuring device 2 and the online torque detection system 7 are in working states, and the output rotating speed and the output torque of the hydraulic rotary table can be displayed in real time.
