本发明提供了一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.制备防水剂;S2.将亚麻籽油漆均匀涂抹在纺织物表面,后置入烘箱烘烤1.5h~2h,烘箱内的温度保持在120℃~150℃之间;后将纺织面料放入S1制得的防水剂中并持续循环拉动,同时加热至160℃,持续2h,制得防水坯料;S3.将S2制得的防水坯料放入烘箱内烘烤1.2h,烘箱内的温度保持220℃~250℃,然后将防水坯料取出进行拉宽;S4.将S3制得的产品进行循环水洗0.5h~1h,进行拉宽、整平,后移入通风环境中风干。本发明不仅在纺织物表面形成一层防水层,还能改良织物本身的防水性能,全面提升防水效果,延长防水时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料领域,更具体的说涉及一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前传统的防水纺织面料采用的防水剂的防水效果较差,且有效时间较短,另外,防水纺织面料的制作工艺较为粗糙,不能有效发挥防水剂的作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺,解决上述技术问题中的一个或多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.制备防水剂:按质量份数计包括以下组分,聚乙烯醇5~8%、有机硅氧烷9~13%、石蜡4~7%、脂肪酸钠6~12%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1~3%、不饱和聚酯树脂7~10%、白土纤维10~20%、防水腈纶4~6%,余量为去离子水;将以上原料按比例混合均匀,加热至140℃,边加热边搅拌直至粘稠,静置2h~2.5h,置于保温箱内保温备用,保温箱内温度为120℃~150℃;S2.将亚麻籽油漆均匀涂抹在纺织物表面,后置入烘箱烘烤1.5h~2h,烘箱内的温度保持在120℃~150℃之间;后将纺织面料放入S1制得的防水剂中并持续循环拉动,同时加热至160℃,持续2h,制得防水坯料;S3.将S2制得的防水坯料放入烘箱内烘烤1.2h,烘箱内的温度保持220℃~250℃,然后将防水坯料取出进行拉宽;S4.将S3制得的产品进行循环水洗0.5h~1h,进行拉宽、整平,后移入通风环境中风干。
在一些实施方式中,步骤S1中的防水剂成分还包括烷基磷酸酯2~5%、甲基纤维素1.5~4%。
在一些实施方式中,步骤S1防水剂成分还包括过硫酸铵3~5%、硫酸铝2~3%。
在一些实施方式中,步骤S1防水剂成分还包括PH中和剂1~2%、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯2~3%。
本发明不仅在纺织物表面形成一层防水层,还能改良织物本身的防水性能,全面提升防水效果,延长防水时间。

S1.制备防水剂:按质量份数计包括以下组分,聚乙烯醇5~8%、有机硅氧烷9~13%、石蜡4~7%、脂肪酸钠6~12%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1~3%、不饱和聚酯树脂7~10%、白土纤维10~20%、防水腈纶4~6%,余量为去离子水;将以上原料按比例混合均匀,加热至140℃,边加热边搅拌直至粘稠,静置2h~2.5h,置于保温箱内保温备用,保温箱内温度为120℃~150℃;
S2.将亚麻籽油漆均匀涂抹在纺织物表面,后置入烘箱烘烤1.5h~2h,烘箱内的温度保持在120℃~150℃之间;后将纺织面料放入S1制得的防水剂中并持续循环拉动,同时加热至160℃,持续2h,制得防水坯料;
S3.将S2制得的防水坯料放入烘箱内烘烤1.2h,烘箱内的温度保持220℃~250℃,然后将防水坯料取出进行拉宽;
S4.将S3制得的产品进行循环水洗0.5h~1h,进行拉宽、整平,后移入通风环境中风干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中的防水剂成分还包括烷基磷酸酯2~5%、甲基纤维素1.5~4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1防水剂成分还包括过硫酸铵3~5%、硫酸铝2~3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1防水剂成分还包括PH中和剂1~2%、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯2~3%。
