The film layer 40 is wrapped on the outer sides of the base 20, the top seat 10 and the four vertical side edges in a film heating shrinkage mode. With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the four vertical side edges are a first vertical side edge 31, a second vertical side edge 32, a third vertical side edge 31, and a fourth vertical side edge 34, respectively, and both ends of each vertical side edge are connected to the base 20 and the top base 10, respectively. The first vertical side edge 31, the second vertical side edge 32, the third vertical side edge 31 and the fourth vertical side edge 34 are respectively arranged at four corners of the base 20 and the top seat 10. The base 20, the top seat 10 and the four vertical side edges form an accommodating space for accommodating a refrigerator.

In a preferred embodiment, the packaging structure 100 further comprises a strapping band (not shown). The packing belt surrounds the outer side of the film layer. The film heating mode can adopt a heat gun heating mode or a heating device for systematic heating. The heating of the hot air gun is generally applicable to the condition of small-quantity production, and the heating of the heating device is generally applicable to the condition of batch production.
In a preferred embodiment, the packaging method further includes step S5: the packing belt is surrounded on the outer side of the film layer. The strapping band may in particular be looped around the outside of the profile body of the packaging structure 100 in a vertical direction. A plurality of spaced apart strapping bands may be wrapped around the outside of the film layer in step S5. The wrapping band further enhances the stability of the overall packaging structure 100 and also serves as a grip for workers during handling, thereby facilitating worker handling.
The packaging structure for the refrigerator comprises a top seat, a base and four vertical side edges, and adopts a film which is heated and shrunk to form an outer film, the outer film tightly wraps the top seat, the base and the four vertical side edges due to heating and shrinking to form a whole which is not easy to scatter, so that a packaging mode of full paper covering is not needed, the cost is saved, and the volume is reduced.
The film layer in the packaging structure for the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention is made of transparent materials, so that a user can view the product state of the refrigerator without disassembling the packaging box.
The film layer of the packaging structure for the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention has good chemical stability and water resistance, so that the problems that the packaging structure is affected with damp, mildewed and easy to fall apart due to environmental factors and the like are effectively avoided.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A packaging structure for a refrigerator, the packaging structure comprising:
a base supported at the bottom of the refrigerator;
the top seat is covered on the top of the refrigerator;
the two ends of each vertical side edge are respectively connected with the base and the top seat, and the four vertical side edges are respectively arranged at four corners of the base and the top seat; the base, the top seat and the four vertical side edges form an accommodating space for accommodating a refrigerator;
the packaging structure is characterized by further comprising a film layer, wherein the film layer is wrapped on the outer surface of the outline main body formed by the base, the top seat and the four vertical side edges in a film heating and shrinking mode.
2. The packaging structure for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an upper cover plate covering the outside of the top seat, wherein the film layer is wrapped on the outer surface of the profile body composed of the upper cover plate, the base and the four vertical side edges.
3. The packaging structure for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a lower cover plate covering the outside of the base, wherein the film layer is wrapped on the outer surface of the profile body composed of the upper cover plate, the lower cover plate and the four vertical side edges.
4. The packaging structure for a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the base, the top seat and the four vertical side edges are made of a shock-absorbing material.
5. The packaging structure for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base has a hollow portion in the middle, the hollow portion has an area between one third and two thirds of the area of the base, the predetermined portion of the top base has a plurality of through holes, and the through holes are uniformly arranged.
6. The packaging structure for a refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising a strapping band surrounding an outer side of the film layer.
7. The packaging structure for a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the material of the film layer comprises polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride.
8. The packaging structure for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical side edges are provided with a plurality of mutually spaced protrusions on an inner surface facing the refrigerator, and the protrusions abut against an outer surface of the refrigerator.
9. A packing method of a refrigerator, comprising the steps of:
placing the refrigerator on a base;
fixing four vertical side edges at four corners of the base respectively;
placing the top seat on the top of the refrigerator and fixing the top seat with the four vertical side edges;
and covering a film on the outer surface of the contour main body formed by the base, the top seat and the four vertical side edges, heating the film, and shrinking the film by heating to form a film layer.
10. The packing method of a packed refrigerator of claim 9, further comprising the steps of: and a packing belt is surrounded on the outer side of the film layer.
