This makes sampling of secretions inconvenient. Moreover, the tool can only take secretion, can not sample intrauterine tissues, and is inconvenient for experimental analysis.

4. can realize the functions of washing, applying and treating the inflammation in the vagina and uterus of the large livestock. The sampling inner rod 3 is arranged in the operation channel through the supporting piece 6, the clamp mouth assembly 4 is fixed at the head end of the sampling inner rod 3, the clamp mouth assembly 4 comprises two clamp mouth separating heads which can elastically expand outwards, the two clamp mouth separating heads are distributed in a Y state under the condition of no stress, and in order to collect tissues in uterus, saw teeth are processed on the involution surfaces of the clamp mouth separating heads. In an initial state, the inner sampling rod is rotated, and the clamp nozzle assembly does not extend out of the sampling spoon by means of the adjusting ring, so that the tool is sterilized before use. When only the purulent secretion in the uterus of the dairy cows needs to be sampled, the sampling spoon is stretched into the uterus by controlling the sampling rod, and when the sampling rod is retracted, the purulent secretion is sampled by the sampling spoon and then enters a laboratory for analysis.
When the tissue of the purulent secretion is to be sampled and the corresponding position of the purulent secretion is to be sampled for further study, the specific steps are as follows:
firstly, an operator rotates the sampling inner rod, and the clamp nozzle assembly extends out of the sampling spoon through the rotary movement of the adjusting ring;
then the sampling spoon is stretched into the uterus by controlling the sampling rod, after the sampling position is found, the sleeve is pulled back by hand, and the clamp mouth component is opened and then contacts the tissue surface. The sleeve is loosened, the clamp mouth assembly is closed under the action of the spring, and in the closing process, the tissue sampling is clamped in the two clamp mouths, so that the tissue sampling is realized; the whole tool is recovered, so that the purulent secretion and tissue blocks at the same position in the uterus are sampled.
The invention has simple operation, convenient use and convenient sterilization, reduces the damage to the dairy cows and avoids re-infection.
When the vagina and intrauterine inflammation of the large livestock is required to be washed, applied and treated, the specific process is as follows:
the sampling rod can be used independently after being separated from the sampling clamp assembly.
Firstly, injecting flushing fluid into the vagina of the large livestock by using a needle tube, then extending the head end of a sampling rod into the vagina, and connecting the tail end of the sampling rod with a negative pressure drainage device, so as to circularly flush the interior of the large livestock;
