Description

Defogging device for laparoscope lens
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laparoscopes, in particular to a defogging device for a laparoscope lens.
Background
In laparoscopic surgery, a laparoscopic lens is passed through a puncture into the abdominal cavity to view the abdominal viscera. Because the temperature of the laparoscope lens is lower than that in the abdominal cavity, after the lens enters the abdominal cavity, the hot air in the abdominal cavity quickly forms fog on the surface of the lens to make the lens fuzzy. To prevent fogging of the laparoscope lens, three solutions are common: firstly, before an operation, an apparatus nurse puts a laparoscope lens into sterile normal saline with the temperature of 70 +/-10 ℃ for preheating for about 5min, then quickly puts the lens into an abdominal cavity, when the temperature of the lens is higher than that of the abdominal cavity, water vapor is not liquefied on the surface of the lens and forms fog to influence the sight, but in the operation process, hot saline in a container needs to be replaced at any time according to the water temperature condition, and the lens is easily damaged by water bath. Secondly, an anti-fog and anti-fog method is to use a sterilization injector to extract a little anti-fog oil before the laparoscope lens enters the abdominal cavity, then directly drip on the top end of the lens or drip on a cotton ball, and then evenly smear on the top end of the laparoscope lens to prevent fog. The antifogging oil can form a monomolecular transparent film on the surface of the lens, and the transparent film can prevent water vapor from condensing into water drops. However, most of antifogging oil for endoscopes in the current market is imported abroad, the price is high, the burden of patients is increased, and the antifogging oil is easy to pollute after being repeatedly extracted. And thirdly, an iodophor wiping antifogging method, namely wiping the front end of the lens by an iodophor cotton ball before the lens is placed in the abdominal cavity, and wiping off redundant iodophors by a dry cotton ball. The iodophor is an amorphous compound containing iodine, has smooth properties, can form a protective film on the surface of the lens, and can isolate hot air in the abdominal cavity from being attached to the lens to play a role in preventing fog. The iodophor wiping antifogging method protects the lens from being damaged, reduces the pollution risk, but has poor effect after 30min, and still needs to perform antifogging measures again or repeatedly when the operation time is long. The iodophor is colored liquid, and the white balance of the laparoscope needs to be adjusted before the lens is wiped. When the anti-fog measures are carried out again, residual iodophors need to be wiped off, then the iodophor gauze is used for wiping the lens, and finally the dry cotton balls are used for removing the redundant iodophors, so that the thickness of the iodophor protective film is uniform. The iodophor wiping operation is complex, the thickness of the iodophor protective film is difficult to ensure to be uniform, a laparoscope lens defogging device is urgently needed, and the iodophor wiping antifogging measure is automatically completed.

Detailed Description
As mentioned in the background art, the hot-salt bath antifogging method requires the replacement of hot salt water, the operation process is complicated, and the lens is easily damaged by the hot salt water immersion; the antifogging oil used in the antifogging method of the antifogging oil is expensive, and about 0.2mL of the antifogging oil is extracted by each surgical syringe in clinic and is easily polluted by repeated extraction. The iodophor wiping method has good antifogging effect and safe and convenient use, but the iodophor is colored liquid, and the white balance of the laparoscope needs to be adjusted before the lens is wiped so as not to influence the judgment of the color of the visceral organs in the abdominal cavity by an operating doctor. When the operation time is long and the antifogging is wiped for many times in the operation process, a nurse is required to wipe the fogged lens by using iodophor gauze and then wipe the lens by using a dry cotton ball, so that the condition that the redundant iodophors cover the lens, the thickness of an iodophor protective film is uneven, and the white balance of the laparoscope is required to be adjusted again is avoided. Based on the above analysis, the applicant has designed a laparoscopic lens defogging device that automatically completes the wiping of the iodophor and makes the thickness of the iodophor protective film of the multiple antifogging measures uniform.
