Abstract
The present invention addresses the problem of utilizing band marks positively. The invention provides a fishing tackle with a rod body, the rod body is provided with: a first zone (22) of the band mark formed by the forming belt (20) and facing the front side of the step (21), and a second zone (32) of the band mark formed by the forming belt (30) and facing the back side of the step (31); the fishing tackle is a hand rod, the tail rod (1) is provided with a first marked area (22) and a second marked area (32), the first marked area (22) is positioned at the front part of the tail rod (1), and the second marked area (32) is positioned at the rear part of the tail rod (1).

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fishing tackle having a rod body, and more particularly to a fishing rod and a jade handle.
Background
For example, the vibrating rod has a multi-section rod body. The preform of the rod body is generally formed of a prepreg. Further, preferably, the rod has a first marked area on the rear of the tail. When the hand rod is to be shortened and held, for example, the rear part of the upper rod may be held by the right hand. In this case, if the first mark region is provided at the rear of the butt rod, the right hand is less likely to slip, and the fisher can easily hold the fishing rod.
Further, where the fishing tackle is a jade shank, it is preferred that the tail rod has a first marked area and a second marked area, with the first marked area being located at the rear of the tail rod and the second marked area being located at the front of the tail rod. When using a net to dip fish, for example, the fishing rod is held with one hand and the rear portion of the tail rod of the jade handle is held with the other hand. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a fishing rod as a fishing tackle according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. The fishing rod is a hand rod, and typically a sweet-scented fish rod and a stream rod. The hand rod has a multi-section rod body and no fishing line guide. The rod body has more than three sections, such as seven sections to nine sections. Fig. 1 shows a tail rod 1 of a fishing rod. The fishing rod is a vibration-out type fishing rod, i.e., a vibrating rod, and the rod body on the front side is entirely accommodated in the tail rod 1. Fig. 1 shows a two-dot chain line showing a tail upper rod 2 with a section of the tail rod 1 located on the front side.
The tail rod 1 includes a cylindrical rod body 10 formed of a prepreg. A coating part 11 having a predetermined length is formed at the center of the rod blank 10 in the front-rear direction. The coating portion 11 is formed over the entire outer peripheral surface of the rod 10. An annular cap 12 is attached to the tip of the rod 10. The lid 12 is attached to the preform 10 so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the tip end of the preform 10 from the outside. The cover 12 is made of metal, for example. A tail plug 13 is mounted on the rear end of the rod blank 10. The tail plug 13 can be configured to be detachable from the rod 10.
The outer peripheral surface of the preform 10 has a region where a spiral band mark formed by the molding band remains. The preform 10 is formed by winding a prepreg around a mandrel, and pressing and firing the prepreg. During pressing, the molding tape is wound spirally on the prepreg at a predetermined pitch. The spacing is for example a few millimetres and less than the width of the forming belt. In particular, the pitch is preferably less than half of the band width, preferably about 1/10 of the band width, and preferably 2mm or less. The molding belt is spirally wound while overlapping with the adjacent molding belt. The formed belt is stripped after calcination. The outer peripheral surface of the preform 10 after the molded tape is peeled off is formed with a spiral tape mark, which is also called a tape seam. The stepped portion of the tape mark faces rearward when the molding tape is wound from the rear end to the front end of the preform 10. That is, the end face of the stepped portion with the mark faces rearward. When the molding tape is wound from the front end to the rear end of the preform 10, the stepped portion of the tape mark faces the front side. That is, the end face of the stepped portion with the mark faces the front side.
A first stepped section 21 with a mark of the molding belt 20 is left in the front part of the outer peripheral surface of the preform 10 and faces the front side first marked area 22. As shown in fig. 3 (a), in the first mark area 22, the end face 21a of the stepped portion 21 of the mark faces the front side. The stepped portions 21 with marks are formed at regular intervals in the front-rear direction, which is the axial direction of the rod blank 10. The interval between the step portions 21 is the winding pitch of the molding belt 20.
In fig. 3 (a), for the sake of simplicity, the portion between the adjacent stepped portions 21 is shown as a straight reverse tapered surface 23 having a diameter reduced toward the rear side, but most of the reverse tapered surface 23 may be a peripheral surface that is not substantially inclined. The end surface 21a of the step portion 21 has a steep angle and the reverse tapered surface 23 has a gentle angle. As shown in fig. 3 (b), such a tape mark in the first tape mark region 22 is formed by winding the molding tape 20 in a spiral shape around the outer peripheral surface of the prepreg. In fig. 3 (b), the belt width of the molding belt 20 is shown reduced for the sake of easy observation. In this manner, in the first belt mark region 22, the molding belt 20 is wound spirally while being overlapped at a predetermined pitch from the front side to the rear side. When the molded belt 20 is peeled off after the heating and baking, the state shown in fig. 3 (a) is obtained.
On the other hand, a second stepped region 32 facing rearward is left in the rear part of the outer peripheral surface of the preform 10, with the stepped portion 31 of the molding tape 30 being stepped. As shown in fig. 4 (a), the second marked area 32 is an area in which the end surface 31a of the stepped portion 31 of the mark faces rearward, and faces opposite to the first marked area 22. The stepped portions 31 with marks are formed at regular intervals in the front-rear direction, which is the axial direction of the rod 10. The interval between the stepped portions 31 is the winding pitch of the molding belt 30, and in the present embodiment, is the same as the pitch in the first mark region 22, but may be different from each other. The forming belt 20 of the first footprint area 22 and the forming belt 30 of the second footprint area 32 may be identical to each other or may be different. That is, the material, thickness, belt width, tension, and the like of the molding belt 20 and the molding belt 30 may be the same or different.
In fig. 4 (a), for the sake of simplicity, the portion between the adjacent stepped portions 31 is shown as a straight tapered surface 33 having a diameter expanding rearward, but most of the tapered surface 33 may be a substantially non-inclined circumferential surface. The end surface 31a of the step 31 has a steep angle, and the tapered surface 33 has a gentle angle. As shown in fig. 4 (b), the tape mark in the second tape mark region 32 is formed by winding the molding tape 30 in a spiral shape around the outer peripheral surface of the prepreg. In fig. 4 (b), the belt width of the forming belt 30 is shown as being reduced for the sake of easy observation. In this manner, in the second belt mark region 32, the molding belt 30 is wound spirally while being overlapped at a predetermined pitch from the rear side to the front side. When the molded belt 30 is peeled off after the heating and calcining, the state shown in fig. 4 (a) is obtained.
Fig. 2 shows the preform 10 in a state where the molding belts 20 and 30 are peeled off. The left side in fig. 2 when facing the drawing is the front side, and the right side is the rear side. The front half of the preform 10 is defined as a first marked region 22, and the rear half of the preform 10 is defined as a second marked region 32. The outer peripheral surface of the preform 10 is divided into two regions, a first marked region 22 on the front side and a second marked region 32 on the rear side. The ratio of the first and second marked areas 22, 32 is arbitrary, and in this embodiment is approximately 1:1, but it is also preferred that the second footprint area 32 be longer than the first footprint area 22, for example. The second scored region 32 may also be more than half the length of the total length of the rod blank 10. The position of the boundary portion 40 between the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32 is arbitrary, and in the present embodiment, the boundary portion 40 is located at the center of the preform 10, but the boundary portion 40 may be located further forward than the center of the preform 10. The interface 40 is a portion where the winding direction of the forming belt 20 changes.
The coating portion 11 is formed by polishing and then coating a predetermined length portion of the outer peripheral surface of the preform 10 including the boundary portion 40. In the coating section 11, the tape mark is removed by polishing. The coating section 11 divides the first and second marked areas 22 and 32. Preferably, as shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 3 (a) and 4 (a), the metal deposition layer 41 is formed in the first and second belt mark areas 22 and 32. The metal deposition layer 41 is formed by physical vapor deposition such as vacuum vapor deposition or ion plating. In particular, in the first mark area 22, since the level difference part 21 is directed to the front side, sunlight is irradiated from above to the metal deposition layer 41 at the end face 21a of the level difference part 21 and reflected, and the first mark area 22 is made to be extremely glittering. In the second scratched area 32, the stepped portion 31 faces the rear side, and therefore sunlight is not easily reflected. That is, the degree of reflection of light is different between the first and second scratched areas 22 and 32. Therefore, the design is improved as compared with the case where the entire outer peripheral surface of the tail rod 1 has a single marked region. Further, outside the metal deposition layer 41, a transparent layer, not shown, is preferably formed as a protective layer for protecting the metal deposition layer 41. The tip of the rod 10 to which the cap 12 is attached is preferably polished to remove the mark.
Further, it is preferable that a band mark remains at least in the rear part of the entire length of the outer peripheral surface of the tail upper rod 2, and particularly, it is preferable that the stepped portion 21 of the band mark is directed to the first band mark region 22 on the front side. The entire length of the outer circumferential surface of the tail upper rod 2 may be the first marked area 22.
The fishing rod provided with the tail rod 1 as described above is used for fishing, for example. Fig. 5 shows an example of the use state. Fig. 5 shows a state in which a fisherman supports a fishing rod (a scented fish rod) with both hands while waiting for a scented fish to be hooked. The fisher grips the front portion of the tail rod 1 with the right hand, for example, and presses the rear portion of the tail rod 1 from above with the left hand. The interval between the hands is wider than the width of the body, and the fishing rod is held with the hands open. In this state, since the hands are in the open state, the hands naturally tend to approach. Therefore, the fisher holds the tail rod 1 without bringing both hands close.
In this state, since the first mark area 22 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the front portion of the tail rod 1, the fisher can hold the first mark area 22 with the right hand. Since the step difference portion 21 is directed to the front side in the first marked area 22, the right hand becomes less likely to slip to the rear side. On the other hand, since the second marked area 32 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rear portion of the tail rod 1, the fisher can hold the second marked area 32 with his left hand. Since the step portion 21 is directed to the rear side in the second belt mark region 32, the left hand becomes less likely to slip to the front side. Therefore, the fisher can hold the tail rod 1 with both hands open with a light force, and the burden on the hands is reduced.
When the fishing rod is to be shortened and held, the rear part of the tail rod 2 may be held by the right hand. In this case, if the first mark area 22 is provided on the rear part of the tail rod 2, the right hand does not easily slip to the rear side even when the rear part of the tail rod 2 is gripped with the right hand. The left-handed portion moves forward according to the right-handed portion and comes closer to the coating portion 11 in the central portion of the tail rod 1, but the second marked area 32 is formed right behind the coating portion 11, so that the second marked area 32 can be held by the left hand. Further, if the coating portion 11 is located further forward than the center portion of the tail rod 1 and the second marked area 32 is formed to extend beyond the center portion of the tail rod 1 to the front side, the left hand is likely to stay in the second marked area 32 when the fishing rod is held while being shortened.
Further, whether the gripped portion is the first mark area 22 or the second mark area 32 can be easily grasped by the tactile sensation of the hand. Therefore, even if the held portion is not visually confirmed, the held portion can be easily grasped by the tactile sensation of the hand. In particular, since the two regions, i.e., the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32, are formed in the tail rod 1 in a divided manner, the grasping positions of the left and right hands are easy to grasp when the two portions of the tail rod 1 are grasped by the left and right hands.
As shown in fig. 6, the tail section (the section immediately in front of the tail stopper 13) of the tail rod 1 may be provided with a grip section 42 including a coating section. The grip portion 42 is a grip portion in which a resin coating layer that is not likely to slip is formed by applying a coating to the outer peripheral surface of the preform 10 and roughening the surface. For this coating, for example, a rubber-based resin coating can be used. As shown in fig. 7, the grip portion 42 may be provided at two locations with a space therebetween. The region between the two grip portions 42 may be the second scratched region 32, or may be a coated portion without leaving any scratches.
In the above embodiments, the fishing rod is exemplified as the fishing tackle having the rod body, but the fishing tackle may be a jade handle. The tail rod 1 of the jade handle is shown in figures 8 and 9. The tail rod 1 includes a rod blank 10, and the rod blank 10 has a first marked region 22 and a second marked region 32 on an outer peripheral surface thereof. The first marked area 22 is located at the rear of the tail rod 1 and the second marked area 32 is located at the front of the tail rod 1. Fig. 9 (a) shows an enlarged view of the portion C of fig. 8. Fig. 9 (a) shows the second footprint area 32. Fig. 9 (b) is an enlarged view of a portion D of fig. 8. Fig. 9 (b) shows the first footprint area 22. A coating portion 11 is formed between the second marked area 32 and the first marked area 22, and the second marked area 32 and the first marked area 22 are defined in front and rear by the coating portion 11. In the present embodiment, the first marking area 22 is long and the second marking area 32 is short, but the ratio of the lengths of both areas is arbitrary.

When the jade handle in the elongated state is to be collapsed, for example, the front part of the tail rod 1 is held with the left hand, and the upper tail rod 2 is held with the right hand. Since there is a second marked area 32 on the front of the tail rod 1 with the stepped portion 31 facing rearward, the left hand holding the front of the tail rod 1 is less likely to slip forward. Therefore, the tail rod 1 can be firmly held, and the tail rod 2 can be easily stored in the tail rod 1. Further, it is preferable that a first mark area 22 facing the front side of the level-difference portion 21 is formed in advance in the rear portion of the tail rod 2. When the upper tail rod 2 is to be stored in the tail rod 1, the right hand gripping the rear part of the upper tail rod 2 is less likely to slip to the rear side, and the upper tail rod 2 can be stored in the tail rod 1 more easily.
In the above embodiment, the case where the tail rod 1 is provided with the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32 has been described, but the tail rod 2 may be configured to have two regions of the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32, or another rod body may be configured to have two regions of the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32. In any case, if two regions, i.e., the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32, are provided in one rod body, the first marked region 22 and the second marked region 32 can be distinguished from each other by the tactile sensation. In addition, the first band mark area 22 can be arranged on a plurality of parts of one rod body, the second band mark area 32 can be arranged on a plurality of parts of one rod body, and the number and the arrangement mode of the first band mark area 22 and the second band mark area 32 can be changed in various ways.
