All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a water cooling system of a data center according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the control method includes:
110, acquiring water cooling data of a water cooling system; the water cooling data includes at least one of a water cooling load rate, a chilled water supply water temperature, and a chilled water pump frequency.
Specifically, the water-cooling load rate refers to a ratio of an operation load to a rated load of the water-cooling system, and the water-cooling load rate may be represented as a ratio of a sum of operation powers of each water-cooling unit in the water-cooling system to a sum of rated powers of each water-cooling unit, may also be represented as an average value of a ratio of an operation power to a rated power of each water-cooling unit in the water-cooling system, and may also be represented as an average value of a ratio of an operation current to a rated current of each water-cooling unit in the water-cooling system, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The water cooling data acquired here may be any one or two of a water cooling load rate, a chilled water supply water temperature, and a chilled water pump frequency, and may further include and is not limited to the water cooling load rate, the chilled water supply water temperature, and the chilled water pump frequency. It should be noted that the water cooling data can be directly read, and the maintenance personnel are not required to collect and record the water cooling data through routing inspection, so that the workload of the maintenance personnel is reduced, the data acquisition time is saved, and the subsequent judgment efficiency of loading or unloading the water cooling system is improved.
And 120, loading or unloading the water cooling system according to the water cooling data.
Specifically, loading the water cooling system refers to loading a plurality of sets of water cooling units in the water cooling system, and unloading the water cooling system refers to unloading the plurality of sets of water cooling units from the water cooling system. Whether the water cooling system is loaded or unloaded depends on the water cooling data obtained in step 110. Further, the number of sets of water cooling units loaded or unloaded in the water cooling system also depends on the water cooling data.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water cooling system is loaded or unloaded through the water cooling data without manual judgment and operation, so that the time delay and uncertainty caused by human factors are avoided, the automatic loading and unloading of the water cooling system are realized, the refrigeration efficiency of the water cooling system is improved, and the energy-saving advantage of the water cooling system is fully exerted.
Based on the above embodiment, step 120 specifically includes:
121, if the water cooling load rates in the water cooling data in the first preset time are all smaller than the preset load rate, carrying out load shedding on the water cooling system;
and 122, if the chilled water supply temperature in the water cooling data in the second preset time is higher than the preset temperature and the chilled water pump frequency is higher than the preset frequency, loading the water cooling system.
Specifically, step 121 is a criterion for determining whether to unload the water cooling system, and step 122 is a criterion for determining whether to load the water cooling system, the embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the sequence of step 121 and step 122, step 122 may be executed prior to step 121, or may be executed synchronously with step 121,
in step 121, the first preset time is a preset monitoring time of a water cooling load rate for determining whether the water cooling system needs to be deloaded, and the preset load rate is a preset threshold of the water cooling load rate. If the water cooling load rate is continuously smaller than the preset load rate within the first preset time, determining that the power of the water cooling unit running in the current water cooling system is excessive, and reducing the load of the water cooling system so as to meet the water cooling requirement of the data center and achieve the purpose of saving energy.
In step 122, the second preset time is a preset monitoring time of the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency for judging whether the water cooling system needs to be loaded, the preset temperature is a preset chilled water supply temperature threshold, and the preset frequency is a preset chilled water pump frequency threshold. If the supply temperature of the chilled water is continuously higher than the preset temperature and the frequency of the chilled water pump is continuously higher than the preset frequency within the second preset time, the overload of the water cooling unit running in the current water cooling system is determined, the water cooling requirement of a data center is not met, and the water cooling system is loaded to avoid the influence on the service life of equipment due to the fact that the overload of the water cooling unit running in the current water cooling system causes equipment abrasion.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the load reduction is carried out when the power of the water cooling system is excessive, so that the operation energy consumption of the water cooling system is effectively reduced, and the operation cost is reduced; the water cooling system is loaded when being overloaded, so that the problem of equipment abrasion caused by overload of the water cooling unit is avoided, the service life of the water cooling unit is effectively prolonged, and the water cooling requirement of a data center is ensured to be met.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 121 specifically includes: if the water cooling load rates in the water cooling data within the first preset time are all smaller than the preset load rate, determining the number of the load shedding sets according to the water cooling load rates; and unloading a set of water cooling units in the water cooling system every third preset time until the number of the unloaded water cooling units reaches the number of the unloading units.
Specifically, after the water-cooling load rate is determined to meet the condition of load shedding of the water-cooling system, the number of load shedding sets is determined according to the water-cooling load rate. Here, the number of load shedding units is the number of water cooling units that need to be shed from the water cooling system. There are various methods for determining the number of load shedding sets according to the water cooling load rate, for example, a difference between a preset load rate and the water cooling load rate may be calculated, one set of water cooling set is shed if each difference is 5%, and then the number of load shedding sets is determined, a table of the number of load shedding sets corresponding to the water cooling load rate may be preset, and the number of load shedding sets is determined by looking up the table, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
After the number of the load shedding machine sets is determined, the load shedding of the water cooling system is started, and only one set of water cooling machine sets is subjected to load shedding in the water cooling system at the same time. And after the previous set of water cooling units are unloaded, waiting for a third preset time, and then unloading the next set of water cooling units until the number of the water cooling units for unloading reaches the number of the unloading units. Here, the third preset time is an intermediate time interval for performing load shedding of the two water chiller units when the water cooling system is subjected to load shedding.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the number of the load shedding sets is determined through the water cooling load rate, so that the unreliability of manual judgment is avoided, the gradual load shedding is carried out on the water cooling system, the instability of the water cooling system caused by the steep rise of the power of the water cooling sets running in the water cooling system due to the simultaneous load shedding of a plurality of water cooling sets is avoided, the service life of the water cooling sets is influenced, the running energy consumption of the water cooling system is effectively reduced, and the running cost is reduced.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 122 specifically includes: if the chilled water supply temperature in the water cooling data in the second preset time is greater than the preset temperature and the chilled water pump frequency is greater than the preset frequency, determining the number of the loading units according to the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency; and loading a set of water cooling units in the water cooling system every fourth preset time until the number of the loaded water cooling units reaches the number of the loading units.
Specifically, after the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency are determined to meet the loading condition of the water cooling system, the number of loading units is determined according to the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency. Here, the number of the loading units is the number of the water cooling units to be loaded in the water cooling system. There are various methods for determining the number of the loading units according to the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency, for example, a difference between the chilled water supply temperature and a preset temperature and a difference between the chilled water pump frequency and the preset frequency may be calculated, a set of refrigeration units may be loaded at each difference of 2 ℃ and each difference of 5Hz, a table of the number of the loading units corresponding to the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency may be preset, and the number of the loading units may be determined by looking up the table.
And after the number of the loading units is determined, loading the water cooling system, and only loading one set of water cooling unit in the water cooling system at the same time. And after the previous set of water cooling units are loaded, waiting for a fourth preset time, and then loading the next set of water cooling units until the number of the loaded water cooling units reaches the number of the loading units. Here, the fourth preset time is an intermediate time interval between the two water chiller units when the water cooling system is loaded.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the number of the loading units is determined according to the supply water temperature of the chilled water and the frequency of the chilled water pump, so that the unreliability of manual judgment is avoided, the water cooling system is gradually loaded, the instability of the power supply system caused by loading a plurality of water cooling units simultaneously is avoided, the problem of equipment abrasion caused by overload of the water cooling units is avoided, the service life of the water cooling units is effectively prolonged, and the water cooling requirement of a data center is ensured to be met.
Based on any of the above embodiments, after step 120, the control method further includes: and 130, after waiting for the preset waiting time, acquiring water cooling data of the water cooling system, and loading or unloading the water cooling system according to the water cooling data.
Specifically, the preset waiting time is a time interval between the completion of the loading and unloading of the water cooling system and the re-judgment of whether the loading and unloading of the water cooling system are required. After the water cooling system is added or removed, waiting for the preset waiting time, acquiring the current water cooling data of the water cooling system again, and judging whether the water cooling system needs to be added or removed according to the water cooling data and executing the adding or removing, namely, the adding or removing of the load to the water cooling system is periodic and is executed once every preset waiting time, so that the real-time monitoring of the water cooling system can be realized, and the water cooling system can save energy to the maximum extent while meeting the water cooling requirement of a data center.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the control method further includes:
and 150, acquiring the outdoor wet bulb temperature.
160, switching the operation mode of the water cooling system according to the outdoor wet bulb temperature; the operation modes include a cooling mode, a partial free cooling mode and a full free cooling mode.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the execution sequence between steps 150 and 160 and steps 110, 120, and 130 is not specifically limited, and steps 150 and 160 may be executed after the loading and unloading of the water cooling system is completed in step 120, or may be executed before step 110.
The outdoor wet bulb temperature refers to the lowest temperature that can be reached in an outdoor environment by merely evaporating moisture. In the operation mode, the refrigeration mode means that the water cooling system is completely cooled by the compressor to circulate chilled water; the all natural cooling mode means that the water cooling system completely cools and circulates chilled water through a cooling tower or a heat exchanger without compressor power consumption; the partial natural cooling mode means that the water cooling system cools the circulating chilled water through a cooling tower or a heat exchanger and achieves the required cold quantity through the refrigeration relay of a compressor, namely, the natural cooling and the compressor cooling are operated simultaneously.
After the outdoor wet bulb temperature is obtained, there are various methods for determining the operation state of the water cooling system according to the outdoor wet bulb temperature, for example, a comparison table of the difference between the return water temperature of the chilled water and the outdoor wet bulb temperature and the operation state of the water cooling system is preset, after the outdoor wet bulb temperature is obtained, the difference between the return water temperature of the chilled water and the outdoor wet bulb temperature is obtained, and the corresponding operation state is obtained through table lookup and is switched; for example, a comparison table of the outdoor wet bulb temperature and the operation state of the water cooling system is preset, and after the outdoor wet bulb temperature is obtained, the corresponding operation state is obtained through table lookup and is switched.
The control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can switch the running state of the water cooling system according to the outdoor wet bulb temperature, can utilize a natural cold source to the maximum extent, and can reduce the running energy consumption of the water cooling system.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 160 specifically includes: if the temperature of the outer wet bulb of the inner chamber is greater than the first preset temperature within the fifth preset time, switching the operation mode of the water cooling system to a refrigeration mode; if the temperature of the outer wet bulb of the inner chamber is less than or equal to the first preset temperature and greater than the second preset temperature within the fifth preset time, switching the operation mode of the water cooling system to a partial natural cooling mode; if the temperature of the outer wet bulb of the inner chamber is less than or equal to the second preset temperature within the fifth preset time, switching the operation mode of the water cooling system to a full natural cooling mode; wherein the first preset temperature is higher than the second preset temperature.
Specifically, the fifth preset time is preset monitoring time of the outdoor wet bulb temperature for judging whether the water cooling system needs to switch the operation mode. The first preset temperature and the second preset temperature are preset outdoor wet bulb temperature thresholds, the first preset temperature is greater than the second preset temperature, and the combination of the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature can form three temperature intervals, namely, the temperature interval is greater than the first preset temperature, between the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature, and is less than the second preset temperature.
After the outdoor wet bulb temperature is obtained, comparing the outdoor wet bulb temperature with a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature, if the outdoor wet bulb temperature is greater than the first preset temperature in a fifth preset time, determining that the current outdoor wet bulb temperature does not have a natural cooling condition, and switching the operation mode of the water cooling system to a refrigeration mode; if the temperature of the indoor and outdoor wet bulb is between the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature within the fifth preset time, confirming that the current outdoor wet bulb temperature has a partial natural cooling condition, and switching the operation mode of the water cooling system to a partial natural cooling mode; and if the temperature of the indoor and outdoor wet bulb is less than or equal to the second preset temperature within the fifth preset time, determining that the current outdoor wet bulb temperature has all natural cooling conditions, and switching the operation mode of the water cooling system to all natural cooling modes.
In order to better understand and apply the control method of the water cooling system of the data center, the invention is exemplified as follows, and the invention is not limited to the following examples.
In this example, the water cooling data includes a water cooling load rate, a chilled water supply temperature, and a chilled water pump frequency, where the water cooling load rate η is expressed as follows:
Figure BDA0001850926580000071
in the formula inIs the running current of the nth water cooling unit in the water cooling system ineThe rated current of the nth water cooling unit in the water cooling system is shown, and the number of sets of the water cooling units in the water cooling system is n.
And then, judging whether to load or unload the water cooling system according to the water cooling data. In this example, the first preset time is 15 minutes, the second preset time is 30 minutes, the third preset time is 5 minutes, the fourth preset time is 15 minutes, the preset load rate is 80%, the preset temperature is 15 ℃, and the preset frequency is 45 Hz.
If the water cooling load rate η is continuously less than 80% within 15 minutes, it is determined that the water cooling units operating in the current water cooling system have excess power, and the water cooling system can be deloaded to achieve the purpose of saving energy while meeting the water cooling requirement of the data center.
Figure BDA0001850926580000081
And when the number of the deloading machine sets is 2, after one water chilling unit in the deloading water chilling system is deloaded, waiting for 5 minutes, and then deloading the other water chilling unit in the water chilling system.
If the supply temperature of the chilled water is continuously higher than 15 ℃ within 30 minutes and the frequency of a chilled water pump is continuously higher than 45Hz, the water cooling unit running in the current water cooling system is determined to be overloaded, which is not enough to meet the water cooling requirement of a data center, and the water cooling system needs to be loaded, so that the problem that the service life of equipment is influenced due to equipment abrasion caused by overload of the water cooling unit running in the current water cooling system is solved. At this time, the number of loading sets can be obtained by the following table:
Figure BDA0001850926580000082
and when the number of the load shedding machine sets is 3, after one set of water cooling machine set is loaded in the water cooling system, waiting for 15 minutes, and then loading the other set of water cooling machine set in the water cooling system.
According to the control method provided by the example, the water cooling system is loaded or unloaded through the water cooling data, manual judgment and operation are not needed, time delay and uncertainty caused by human factors are avoided, automatic loading and unloading of the water cooling system are achieved, the refrigeration efficiency of the water cooling system is improved, and the energy-saving advantage of the water cooling system is fully exerted. The number of the deloading units is determined according to the water-cooling load rate, so that the unreliability of artificial judgment is avoided, the water-cooling system is deloaded gradually, the instability of the water-cooling system caused by the steep rise of the power of the water-cooling units running in the water-cooling system due to the simultaneous deloading of a plurality of water-cooling units is avoided, the service life of the water-cooling units is influenced, the running energy consumption of the water-cooling system is effectively reduced, and the running cost is reduced. In addition, the number of the loading units is determined according to the chilled water supply temperature and the chilled water pump frequency, so that the unreliability of manual judgment is avoided, the water cooling system is gradually loaded, the instability of a power supply system caused by simultaneously loading a plurality of water cooling units is avoided, the problem of equipment abrasion caused by overload of the water cooling units is avoided, the service life of the water cooling units is effectively prolonged, and the water cooling requirement of a data center is ensured to be met.
