Specifically, the detecting unit 110 detects whether the controller is executed by a user to perform a preset first operation action for waking up the voice function of the controlled voice appliance. The control unit 120 is configured to wake up a voice function of a currently controlled target voice appliance when the detection unit 120 detects that the controller is executed with the first operation action.
For example, when the detection unit 110 detects that the controller is tapped, the control unit 120 wakes up the voice function of the controlled voice appliance. The detection unit 110 is further configured to: under the condition that the voice function of the controlled target voice electric appliance is awakened, detecting whether the controller executes a preset second operation action and/or whether a preset key on the controller executes a preset operation; the control unit 120 is further configured to: when the detection unit 110 detects that the controller is executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is executed with a preset operation, the target voice electric appliance is controlled according to a control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or a control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed.
The second operation action may specifically include at least one of the following:
(1) the control instruction corresponding to the action of swinging the controller along the set path comprises the following steps: playing the last audio file and/or playing the next audio file.

The controller may be provided with at least one key, and each key may be configured to execute at least one control instruction when different preset operations are performed or a combination of at least two keys is configured to perform different preset operations.
For example, the keys may include a volume up key, a volume down key, a pause/play key. The preset operation includes, for example, a single click and/or a long press. For example, clicking a volume up key or a volume down key corresponds to a volume up or volume down. For another example, when the voice broadcasting is not currently performed by the voice electric appliance, clicking the pause/play key once is used for starting the voice broadcasting, and clicking the pause/play key again is used for pausing the voice broadcasting; when the voice broadcasting is currently carried out by the voice electric appliance, clicking the pause/play key once is used for pausing the voice broadcasting, and clicking the pause/play key again is used for starting the voice broadcasting. For another example, long pressing the pause/play button is to bind or pair the controller with the controlled voice appliance.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of another embodiment of a control device of a controller of a voice appliance according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the control apparatus 100 further includes a determination unit 130.
The determining unit 130 is configured to determine whether a preset limiting function of the controller is turned on when the detecting unit 110 detects that the controller is executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is executed with a preset operation; the control unit 120 is further configured to: if the determining unit 130 determines that the preset limiting function is not turned on, the voice function of the voice electric appliance is controlled according to the control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or the control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed.
Specifically, the preset limiting function is specifically a child lock function, i.e., a controller that prevents a child from operating by mistake. And when the controller is detected to be executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is executed with the preset operation, determining whether a child lock function of the controller is started, if the child lock function is not started, controlling the voice function of the voice electric appliance according to a control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or a control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed, and if the child lock function is started, not controlling the voice function of the voice electric appliance according to the control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or the control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a control device of a controller of a voice appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. The controller includes a voice capture device. As shown in fig. 7, the control device 100 further includes an acquisition unit 140.
The acquisition unit 140 is configured to acquire a voice control instruction of a currently controlled target voice electrical appliance through the voice acquisition device; the control unit 120 is further configured to: and controlling the currently controlled target voice electric appliance to execute corresponding operation according to the voice control instruction acquired by the acquisition unit 140.
Specifically, a voice acquisition device, such as a microphone, may be disposed in the controller, and configured to acquire a voice control instruction sent by a user, convert the acquired voice control instruction into a control signal for a controlled target voice electrical appliance, and send the control signal to the target voice electrical appliance, so that the target voice electrical appliance executes an operation corresponding to the voice control instruction. And the target voice electric appliance feeds back a voice response signal after executing corresponding operation.
The invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the control method of the controller of the voice electric appliance, wherein a computer program is stored on the storage medium, and the computer program realizes the steps of any one of the methods when being executed by a processor.
The invention also provides a controller of the voice electric appliance corresponding to the control method of the controller of the voice electric appliance, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the steps of any one of the methods when executing the program.
The invention also provides a controller of the voice electric appliance corresponding to the control device of the controller of the voice electric appliance, which comprises the control device of the controller of any one of the voice electric appliances. The voice electric appliance can comprise a voice air conditioner, a voice refrigerator and/or a voice washing machine.
Therefore, the scheme provided by the invention realizes the control of the voice function of the voice electric appliance and improves the interactive experience; after the voice function of the controlled voice electric appliance is awakened, the voice function of the voice electric appliance can be controlled according to the operation of a user on the controller, such as adjusting the voice broadcast volume, stopping starting voice broadcast and the like; the limiting function of the control scene is set, a certain specific control scene can be locked and limited, and the limiting function of the controller is set, so that bad experience possibly caused by misoperation of a child when the child uses the controller can be reduced.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Other examples and implementations are within the scope and spirit of the invention and the following claims. For example, due to the nature of software, the functions described above may be implemented using software executed by a processor, hardware, firmware, hardwired, or a combination of any of these. In addition, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts serving as the control device may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (12)

1. A control method of a controller of a voice electric appliance is characterized in that the controller is a polyhedron and comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the controller is executed with a first operation action of waking up a voice function of a controlled target voice electric appliance or not;
when the controller is detected to be executed with the first operation action, the voice function of the currently controlled target voice electric appliance is awakened.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the voice function of the controlled target voice electric appliance is awakened, detecting whether the controller executes a preset second operation action and/or whether a preset key on the controller executes a preset operation;
when the controller is detected to be executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is detected to be executed with the preset operation, the voice electric appliance is controlled according to a control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or a control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the second operational action comprises:
the action of swinging the controller along a set path, wherein the control instruction corresponding to the action of swinging the controller along the set path comprises: playing the previous audio file and/or playing the next audio file; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the action of rotating the controller according to the set mode, wherein the control instruction corresponding to the action of rotating the controller according to the set mode comprises the following steps: increasing the volume of the voice playing and/or reducing the volume of the voice playing; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the action of surface turning the controller, the control instruction corresponding to the action of surface turning the controller, includes: switching the current control scene of the controller; each surface of the controller corresponds to at least one preset control scene; the control scenario includes: controlled target voice appliances and/or executable control functions.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
when the controller is detected to be executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is detected to be executed with the preset operation, determining whether a preset limiting function of the controller is started;
if the preset limiting function is determined not to be started, controlling the voice function of the target voice electric appliance according to a control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or a control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
when the second operation action executed by the controller is detected and the second operation action is used for carrying out surface overturning on the controller, judging whether a surface used as an overturning target is a surface corresponding to a preset limited-use control scene;
and if the surface which is taken as the turning target is the surface corresponding to the preset control scene which is limited to be used, the control operation included in the control scene corresponding to the surface which is taken as the turning target is not executed.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the controller comprises a voice capture device, the method further comprising:
acquiring a voice control instruction of a currently controlled target voice electric appliance through the voice acquisition equipment;
and controlling the currently controlled target voice electric appliance to execute corresponding operation according to the collected voice control instruction.
6. A control device of a controller of a voice electric appliance, characterized in that the controller is a polyhedron, comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the controller is executed with a first operation action of waking up a voice function of a target voice electric appliance controlled by a preset mode;
and the control unit is used for awakening the voice function of the currently controlled target voice electric appliance when the detection unit detects that the controller is executed with the first operation action.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the detection unit is further configured to: under the condition that the voice function of the controlled target voice electric appliance is awakened, detecting whether the controller executes a preset second operation action and/or whether a preset key on the controller executes a preset operation;
the control unit is further configured to: when the controller is detected to be executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is detected to be executed with the preset operation, the voice electric appliance is controlled according to a control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or a control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the second operational action comprises:
the action of swinging the controller along a set path, wherein the control instruction corresponding to the action of swinging the controller along the set path comprises: playing the previous audio file and/or playing the next audio file; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the action of rotating the controller according to the set mode, wherein the control instruction corresponding to the action of rotating the controller according to the set mode comprises the following steps: increasing the volume of the voice playing and/or reducing the volume of the voice playing; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the action of surface turning the controller, the control instruction corresponding to the action of surface turning the controller, includes: switching the current control scene of the controller; each surface of the controller corresponds to at least one preset control scene; the control scenario includes: controlled target voice appliances and/or executable control functions.
9. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, further comprising:
the determining unit is used for determining whether a preset limiting function of the controller is started or not when the detecting unit detects that the controller is executed with the second operation action and/or the preset key is executed with the preset operation;
the control unit is further configured to: if the determining unit determines that the preset limiting function is not started, controlling the target voice electric appliance according to a control instruction corresponding to the second operation action and/or a control instruction corresponding to the preset key when the preset operation is executed;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a determining unit, configured to determine whether a surface to be a target of inversion is a surface corresponding to a preset limited-use control scenario when the detecting unit detects that the controller is executed with the second operation action and the second operation action is a surface inversion action of the controller;
the control unit is further configured to: and if the surface which is taken as the turning target is the surface corresponding to the preset control scene which is limited to be used, the control operation included in the control scene corresponding to the surface which is taken as the turning target is not executed.
10. The apparatus of any of claims 6-9, wherein the controller comprises a voice capture device, the apparatus further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a voice control instruction of the currently controlled target voice electric appliance through the voice acquisition equipment;
the control unit is further configured to: and controlling the currently controlled target voice electric appliance to execute corresponding operation according to the collected voice control instruction.
11. A storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. A controller for a speech appliance, comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the program or comprising the control device according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
