Abstract

本发明涉及一种便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,包括灯条支架、灯条和背光底板,所述灯条支架为类“T”字形,所述灯条支架的竖边近背光底板侧设置LED灯条,所述灯条支架的横边外侧设置若干散热翅片,所述灯条支架横边的一端设置台阶,且台阶处螺纹连接背光底板。本发明采用铝合金材质的灯条支架,且在灯条支架的外侧设置散热翅片,提高其导热以及散热效果,可以将背光模块的温度控制在35℃以下。

技术领域
本发明涉及背光模块领域,具体涉及一种便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块。
背景技术
随着液晶屏产品被应用在越来越多的领域,对产品本身的要求也日益增多,亮度作为液晶屏的一个重要指标,不断的提升用以满足室外等特殊应用是必然趋势
目前一般的液晶屏产品采用的都是侧入式背光,光源采用LED灯珠,众所周知,LED的缺点就是散热问题,散热的好坏直接决定寿命,也就是说,背光散热的好坏,直接决定了液晶屏的寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,用以解决现有技术中的背光散热的问题。
本发明提供了一种便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,包括灯条支架、灯条和背光底板,所述灯条支架为类“T”字形,所述灯条支架的竖边近背光底板侧设置LED灯条,所述灯条支架的横边外侧设置若干散热翅片,所述灯条支架横边的一端设置台阶,且台阶处螺纹连接背光底板。
进一步的,所述LED灯条通过导热双面胶粘贴在灯条支架的竖边上。
进一步的,所述灯条支架的材质为铝合金6061。
采用上述本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明采用铝合金材质的灯条支架,且在灯条支架的外侧设置散热翅片,提高其导热以及散热效果,可以将背光模块的温度控制在35℃以下。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,包括灯条支架1、灯条2和背光底板3,所述灯条支架1为类“T”字形,所述灯条支架1的竖边近背光底板3侧设置LED灯条2,所述LED灯条正对光学组件6设置,所述灯条支架1的横边外侧设置若干散热翅片4,所述灯条支架1横边的一端设置台阶,且台阶处螺纹连接背光底板3。
具体的,所述LED灯条2通过导热双面胶5粘贴在灯条支架1的竖边上,LED灯条2产生的热量直接通过导热双面胶5传输至灯条支架1上,将灯条支架1的材质设置为铝合金6061,铝合金材质具有较好的导热以及散热效果,且在灯条支架1的外侧设置散热翅片4,便于散热。
本发明采用铝合金材质的灯条支架,且在灯条支架的外侧设置散热翅片4,提高其导热以及散热效果,可以将背光模块的温度控制在35℃以下。

1.一种便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,其特征在于,包括灯条支架、灯条和背光底板,所述灯条支架为类“T”字形,所述灯条支架的竖边近背光底板侧设置LED灯条,所述灯条支架的横边外侧设置若干散热翅片,所述灯条支架横边的一端设置台阶,且台阶处螺纹连接背光底板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,其特征在于,所述LED灯条通过导热双面胶粘贴在灯条支架的竖边上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于散热的侧入式高亮度背光模块,其特征在于,所述灯条支架的材质为铝合金6061。
