The invention discloses a refrigerating capacity measuring device of a refrigerating machine, which measures the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerating machine by adopting the thermal balance of a power resistor, has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient operation and high reliability, can be used for the refrigerating capacity test of refrigerating machines with different temperature grades and different models, improves the test efficiency, can realize various environmental tests, has low requirements on space and the level of operators, improves the test efficiency and reduces the personnel cost.

The second method has the disadvantages that the detector matching dewar has a large number of components, part of precise components are easy to damage, the price is high, and most detector manufacturers do not sell matching dewars separately.

the platinum resistor 5 and the power resistor 6 are fixedly attached to the surface of a resistor mounting seat 7, the resistor mounting seat 7 is made of heat conducting materials, and the resistor mounting seat 7 is thermally coupled with a refrigerating end of a refrigerator to be tested; the resistor mounting seat 7, the platinum resistor 5 and the power resistor 6 are sealed in the vacuum chamber 4; the direct current power supply 3 supplies power to the power resistor 6 through the control of the switch 9; the electrical parameter tester 2 is connected with the power resistor 6 to measure the voltage and the current of the power resistor 6, and the power of the power resistor 6 is obtained through calculation according to the voltage and the current;
the power resistor 6 is used for providing heat equal to refrigerating capacity generated by a refrigerator to be measured, the platinum resistor 5 is used for measuring the temperature of the resistor mounting seat 7, and the thermometer 1 is connected with the platinum resistor 5 to read the temperature of the resistor mounting seat 7; when the temperature of the resistor mounting seat 7 is kept in a stable state for a set time, the power of the power resistor 6 is the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator at the current temperature.
Further, the device also comprises a vacuum gauge 8, a stop valve 10 and a vacuum pump 11, wherein the vacuum pump 11 is sequentially connected with the stop valve 10, the vacuum gauge 8 and the vacuum chamber 4 in a sealing manner.

The invention provides a device for measuring refrigerating capacity of a refrigerating machine, which comprises a thermometer 1, an electrical parameter tester 2, a direct current power supply 3, a vacuum chamber 4, a platinum resistor 5, a power resistor 6, a resistor mounting seat 7, a vacuum gauge 8, a switch 9, a stop valve 10 and a vacuum pump 11, as shown in figure 1.
The thermometer 1 is mainly used for displaying the temperature of the cold end of the refrigerator measured by the platinum resistor 5. The electrical parameter tester 2 is mainly used for testing the voltage and the current of the power resistor 6 when the refrigerator works, and calculating the power of the power resistor 6 according to the voltage and the current. The dc power supply 3 is mainly used to supply power to the power resistor 6. The vacuum chamber 4 is mainly used for providing a vacuum environment for the platinum resistor 5 and the power resistor 6. The measuring process of the device for measuring the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerating machine provided by the invention is as follows:
step 1, turning on a vacuum pump 11 and preheating. The stop valve 10 is opened, the vacuum chamber 4 is evacuated by the vacuum pump 11, and the pressure in the vacuum chamber 4 is detected by the vacuum gauge 8.
And 2, after the vacuum degree is displayed to reach 0.01Pa by the vacuum gauge 8 and is stabilized for 10min, closing the stop valve 10, closing the vacuum pump 11 and disconnecting the vacuum pump 11 from the vacuum chamber 4.

And 9, completing the refrigerating capacity test, turning off the refrigerating machine, simultaneously turning off the switch 9, turning off the electric parameter measuring instrument 2 and the direct current power supply 3, monitoring the temperature of the cold end of the refrigerating machine by the thermometer 1, turning off the thermometer 1 when the temperature gradually returns to the normal temperature, decoupling the refrigerating machine from the vacuum chamber 4, and arranging the devices such as the thermometer 1, the electric parameter measuring instrument 2 and the direct current power supply 3 for the next use.

the platinum resistor (5) and the power resistor (6) are fixedly attached to the surface of the resistor mounting seat (7), the resistor mounting seat (7) is made of a heat conduction material, and the resistor mounting seat (7) is thermally coupled with a refrigerating end of a refrigerator to be tested; the resistor mounting seat (7), the platinum resistor (5) and the power resistor (6) are sealed in the vacuum chamber (4); the direct current power supply (3) supplies power to the power resistor (6) through the control of the switch (9); the electrical parameter tester (2) is connected with the power resistor (6) to measure the voltage and the current of the power resistor (6), and the power of the power resistor (6) is calculated according to the voltage and the current;
the power resistor (6) is used for providing heat equal to the refrigerating capacity generated by the refrigerating machine to be measured, the platinum resistor (5) is used for measuring the temperature of the resistor mounting seat (7), and the thermometer (1) is connected with the platinum resistor (5) to read the temperature of the resistor mounting seat (7); when the temperature of the resistor mounting seat (7) is kept in a stable state for a set time, the power of the power resistor (6) is the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator at the current temperature.
