Abstract

3. The electromagnetic signal controls the electromagnetic directional valve to switch the original backflow direction of the condensed water, so that the condensed water is prevented from being continuously injected into the boiler barrel.
4. The electromagnetic signal controls the electromagnetic directional valve to switch the original backflow direction of the condensed water, and the condensed water is introduced into the normal-pressure water tank.

Under the normal operation condition of the boiler, the pressurized condensate water is pressurized by the booster pump, passes through the inlet P of the electromagnetic directional valve 1, is guided to the outlet A, and is directly injected into the boiler barrel.
Under the conditions of high water level alarm, overpressure alarm and low water level interlocking of the boiler, the alarm and interlocking signals of the protection system are converted into electromagnetic signals, the electromagnetic directional valve is controlled to guide, pressurized condensate water is guided to the outlet B from the inlet P of the electromagnetic directional valve 1, the condensate water is prevented from being continuously injected into the boiler barrel, and the boiler is prevented from causing the accidents of explosion caused by overhigh water level, overhigh pressure and even water addition in a dry boiler.
The electromagnetic directional valve 1 guides the pressurized condensate water from the inlet P to the outlet B, and the pressurized condensate water is injected into the normal-pressure water tank 2 to save energy and water for later use of a water pump.
