Abstract
The invention discloses a floor support plate connected by a shaped folded plate and a preparation method thereof, comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein the shaped folded plate (3) is arranged above the bottom plate (1), and a reinforcing steel bar layer (2) is arranged below the shaped folded plate (3). The method comprises the following steps: firstly, cutting and bending a steel plate to form a folded plate; step two, bundling to obtain a reinforcing steel bar layer, and welding the reinforcing steel bar layer at the corresponding position of the folded plate to form a frame; and thirdly, fixing the frame on the bottom plate to obtain the floor support plate. The invention has the characteristics of convenient manufacture, high welding quality, low engineering cost and wide application range.
Description
Technical Field

Background

The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples, which are not intended to be limiting.
Example 1. The floor support plate (opening type) connected by the shape folding plate is composed of a bottom plate 1 as shown in fig. 1 and 2 and fig. 7 to 13, a shape folding plate 3 arranged above the bottom plate 1, and a reinforcing steel bar layer 2 arranged under the shape folding plate 3.
The bottom plate can be made of galvanized steel plates and profiled steel plates. The reinforcing steel bar layer and the folded plate can be connected by adopting a welding mode.

The detachable folded plate is bent downwards to form the plugboard, the slot of the bottom plate is matched with the plugboard and clamped by using external mechanical force, so that the stress requirement in construction is met; when the strength of the floor slab concrete meets the requirement, the external machinery is removed, and the bottom plate is very convenient to dismantle; the floor slab can be welded with the bottom plate instead of external machinery, the bent-down part of the folded plate is cut off in advance after the floor slab is formed, then the bottom plate is removed, and finally the groove at the bottom of the floor slab is filled with cement mortar.
A preparation method of a floor support plate connected by a folded plate comprises the following steps:
firstly, cutting and bending a steel plate to form a folded plate;
step two, bundling to obtain a reinforcing steel bar layer, and welding the reinforcing steel bar layer at the corresponding position of the folded plate to form a frame;
and thirdly, fixing the frame on the bottom plate to obtain the floor support plate.
The horizontal mounting plate can be of a rectangular structure, and the vertical connecting plate is of a trapezoid structure. As shown in fig. 10, the cutting and bending diagram is shown in fig. 11.
