本发明公开了一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,本发明选用聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、改性APAO乳液作为涂料主要成分,制作的涂料用于保护镀锌层,提高电镀锌材料整体工件的耐腐蚀性能,使镀锌工件的寿命延长一倍。

一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,属于建筑材料涂料领域。
背景技术
对于环保要求日益提高的今天,人们对于户外金属结构的防护要求却在提高,对于高盐分潮湿地区,电镀锌对钢结构的防护也只有3~5年左右的时间,但是如果在能在常规的电镀锌基础上,利用现代的涂装技术,把防护的水平提高,例如把邮箱防护的时间延长到10年,就会给用户带来额外的效益,节省大量的开支。
现有镀锌钢件涂料组成一般为有机树脂体系,此类型涂料在浸涂弧面工件时由于工件堆积压力,受力点存在压痕缺陷,从而导致盐雾测试、柠檬酸测试时,于缺陷处开始变色;而且,提高树脂的用量也无法完全解决。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料。本发明选用聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、改性APAO乳液作为涂料主要成分,制作的涂料用于保护镀锌层,提高电镀锌材料整体工件的耐腐蚀性能,使镀锌工件的寿命延长一倍。
一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,包括如下原料,按重量份计:
10~40份的聚氨酯树脂,10~20份的苯丙乳液,5~10份改性APAO水分散液,0.2~1份苯并三氮唑,1~4份的三乙胺,2~8份的乙二醇甲醚,3~6份的乙二醇,1-3份多聚磷酸,用纯水补足100份;
所述改性APAO水分散液的固含量为40%。
进一步的,上述的改性APAO水分散液为苯并咪唑改性的APAO水分散液,制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1 120#溶剂油和APAO按照液固的比例为1.5-2:1混合,加热到100度,待APAO完全溶解,获得APAO溶液;
S2在步骤S1获得的APAO溶液中滴加丙烯酸,丙烯酸添加量为APAO溶液总质量的5%,再滴加引发剂,添加量为APAO溶液总质量的0.3%,缓慢滴加,滴完后保温2-3h,获得改性液A;
S3向步骤S2获得的改性液A中加入邻苯二胺,温度升高到180-190℃,保温2-3h;所述邻苯二胺的添加量为步骤S2中所添加的丙烯酸的物质的量的1.1倍,获得改性液B;
S4负压情况下把步骤S3中获得的改性液B进行脱溶处理,完成后,逐渐加入皂液,乳化,获得改性APAO水分散液。
进一步的,上述步骤S2中所述的引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢。
进一步的,上述步骤S4中所述的皂液为含有氢氧化钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、OP-10的溶液,上述氢氧化钾的终浓度为2~5%,上述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9的终浓度为2~10%,上述OP-10的终浓度为2~5%。
进一步的,上述用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料的制作方法包括如下步骤:
将聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、改性的APAO乳液、苯并三氮唑、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇按上述重量份称取后混合,充分研磨,得到浆料,用三乙胺调整浆料的PH值到7,用纯水补足100份,获得用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料。
本申请还保护上述用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料在防护镀锌底金属制件中的应用。
成膜物中,苯丙乳液是常规涂料的主要成膜物质,这里只占成膜物的一小部分,APAO是一种高分子量的无归共聚的阿尔法聚烯烃,不结晶,常温下一直呈一种软弹,黏附状态,可以渗入极细的缝隙;可以自行弥补极细的缝隙;聚氨酯弹性体可以把漆膜弹性提上来,并提供反应基团,把整个体系的极性提上来,漆膜的亲水亲油平衡做好。
有益效果:
本发明通过在树脂乳液中添加上述功能助剂,制备出了能保护镀锌材料耐中性盐雾的涂料,通过对镀锌层的保护,从而提高镀锌材料的寿命,可以被用于提高电镀锌材料整体工件的耐腐蚀性能,使镀锌工件的寿命延长一倍。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部,本发明不受下述实施例的限制。
试验例1
一、试验步骤
一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,其成分和含量如下所示:
用以下重量份的配方:

配制出的分散液的固含量约60%,PH值7。
所述的聚氨酯树脂由恩泽化工提供的中等粘度的封闭型聚氨酯树脂,固含量为68~72%。
所述的苯丙乳液是由恩泽化工提供的通用型的苯丙乳液。
所述改性APAO水分散液为苯并咪唑改性的APAO水分散液,制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1 120#溶剂油和APAO按照液固的比例为2:1混合,加热到100度,待APAO完全溶解,获得APAO溶液;
S2在步骤S1获得的APAO溶液中滴加丙烯酸,丙烯酸添加量为APAO溶液总质量的5%,再滴加引发剂(引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢),添加量为APAO溶液总质量的0.3%,缓慢滴加,滴完后保温2h,获得改性液A;
S3向步骤S2获得的改性液A中加入邻苯二胺,温度升高到180℃,保温2h;所述邻苯二胺的添加量为步骤S2中所添加的丙烯酸的物质的量的1.1倍;
S4负压情况下把步骤S3中获得的改性液B进行脱溶处理,完成后,逐渐加入皂液,乳化,获得改性APAO水分散液,所述的皂液为含有氢氧化钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、OP-10的溶液,上述氢氧化钾的终浓度为2~5%,上述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9的终浓度为2~10%,上述OP-10的终浓度为2~5%。
所述的苯并三氮唑、三乙胺、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇为市售的化工产品。
将聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、改性的APAO乳液、苯并三氮唑、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇按上述重量份称取后混合,充分研磨,得到浆料,用三乙胺调整浆料的PH值到7,用纯水补足100份,获得用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料。
将电镀锌的工件,浸涂上述用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,自然风干2星期,将该工件进行耐中性盐雾切口试验,均见国标GB/T13448-2006。测试性能如表1所示:

二、结果分析
如图1所示,盐雾试验200小时后,平面的漆膜完好,镀锌层仍在保护之中。
实施例2
一、试验步骤
取三个电镀锌工件分别标注A、B、C,电镀锌厚度一致,A经过(常规耐盐雾工艺或涂料),B不经过耐盐雾处理,C表面涂本申请制备的用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,按照国标GB/T13448-2006进行耐中性盐雾试验。
二、结果分析
检测结果如表2和图2所示:

Claims (4)

1.一种用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,其特征在于,包括如下原料,按重量份计:
10-40份的聚氨酯树脂,10-20份的苯丙乳液,5-10份改性APAO水分散液,0.2-1份苯并三氮唑,1-4份的三乙胺,2-8份的乙二醇甲醚,3-6份的乙二醇,1-3份多聚磷酸,用纯水补足100份;
所述改性APAO水分散液的固含量为35-40%;
所述的改性APAO水分散液为苯并咪唑改性的APAO水分散液,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1 120#溶剂油和APAO按照液固的质量比为1.5-2:1混合,加热到98-100℃,待APAO完全溶解,获得APAO溶液;
S2 在步骤S1获得的APAO溶液中滴加丙烯酸,丙烯酸添加量为APAO溶液总质量的4-5%,再滴加引发剂,添加量为APAO溶液总质量的0.2-0.3%,缓慢滴加,滴完后保温2-3h,获得改性液A;
S3向步骤S2获得的改性液A中加入邻苯二胺,温度升高到180-190℃,保温2-3h;所述邻苯二胺的添加量为步骤S2中所添加的丙烯酸的物质的量的1-1.1倍,获得改性液B;
S4负压情况下把步骤S3中获得的改性液B进行脱溶处理,完成后,逐渐加入皂液,乳化,获得改性APAO水分散液。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述的皂液为含有氢氧化钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、OP-10的溶液,上述氢氧化钾的终浓度为2-5%,上述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9的终浓度为2-10%,上述OP-10的终浓度为2-5%。
4.权利要求1所述的用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、改性APAO水分散液、苯并三氮唑、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇、多聚磷酸按重量份称取后混合,充分研磨,得到浆料,用三乙胺调整浆料的pH值到7,用纯水补足100份,获得用于镀锌材料的耐中性盐雾涂料。
