Abstract
The invention discloses a blue-to-black disperse dye composition and a dye product. The disperse dye composition comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (I), the component B is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (II) and/or a formula (III), based on the component A and the component B, the mass percentage of the component A is 5-95%, and the mass percentage of the component B is 5-95%. The invention discloses a blue-to-black disperse dye product which contains a blue-to-black disperse dye composition and an auxiliary agent, wherein the weight ratio of the auxiliary agent to the disperse dye composition is 0.2-5: 1. When the disperse dye product prepared by the invention is applied to dyeing of hydrophobic fiber materialsGood stability, excellent color fastness, especially excellent fastness to washing and sublimation.
Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to a blue-to-black disperse dye composition and a dye product, in particular to an environment-friendly blue-to-black disperse dye composition and a dye product suitable for printing and dyeing hydrophobic fiber materials.
(II) background of the invention
In recent years, in order to improve the additional performance of textiles in export foreign sales bills in Europe and America, special after-treatment such as heat setting operation is usually carried out on the textiles, and due to the fact that the conventional disperse dyes are poor in heat migration resistance, when deep color polyester textiles are dyed, the dyes migrate from the interior of the fibers to the surface layers of the fibers through fiber capillaries in the after-treatment high-temperature tentering setting process, so that the dyes are accumulated on the surfaces of the fibers, other textiles are stained, the color fastness to washing is obviously reduced, and particularly the blue-black series dyes with the largest usage amount in the disperse dyes are used.
The prior documents CN105102547A, CN105038314A and the like provide a disperse dye composition which, although each fastness is excellent, has room for further improvement.
Disclosure of the invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of poor color fastness of the conventional blue-to-black disperse dye, and provides a high-fastness blue-to-black disperse dye composition and a dye product prepared from the composition, wherein the composition has good stability and excellent color fastness when being applied to dyeing of hydrophobic fiber materials, and particularly has outstanding washing fastness and sublimation fastness.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a blue-to-black disperse dye composition comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (I), the component B is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (II) and/or a formula (III), based on the component A and the component B, the mass percent of the component A is 5-95%, and the mass percent of the component B is 5-95%:

In the blue-to-black disperse dye composition, based on the component A and the component B, the mass percentage of the component A is preferably 20-80%, and the mass percentage of the component B is preferably 20-80%.
The blue-to-black disperse dye composition particularly preferably comprises a component A and a component B, wherein:
the component A is at least one selected from formulas (I-1) to (I-6);
the component B is at least one selected from formulas (II-1) to (II-4) and formulas (III-1) to (III-4);
based on the component A and the component B, the mass percentage of the component A is 20-80%, and the mass percentage of the component B is 20-80%.
The blue to black disperse dye composition can only consist of the component A and the component B. It is particularly preferred here for the blue to black disperse dye composition to consist of component a and component B, where:
the component A is at least one selected from formulas (I-1) to (I-6);
the component B is selected from at least one of formulas (II-1) to (II-4) and at least one of formulas (III-1) to (III-4);
based on the component A and the component B, the mass percentage of the component A is 20-80%, and the mass percentage of the component B is 20-80%.
The blue to black disperse dye composition of the invention can also comprise, besides the component A and the component B, disperse dyes such as disperse blue, disperse yellow, disperse orange, disperse red and the like which are conventional in the market, such as at least one of formulas (IV-1) to (IV-6), and the addition amount of the disperse dyes is not more than 50 percent of the total weight of the component A and the component B, and preferably not more than 40 percent of the total weight of the component A and the component B:
when the blue-to-black disperse dye composition is sold as a commodity or applied to coloring textile materials, an auxiliary agent is usually added for post-treatment. Therefore, the invention also provides a blue-to-black disperse dye product which is sold as a commodity or applied to textile material coloring, and the blue-to-black disperse dye product comprises the blue-to-black disperse dye composition and an auxiliary agent, wherein the weight ratio of the auxiliary agent to the disperse dye composition is 0.2-5: 1. Preferably, the blue-black disperse dye product consists of the blue-black disperse dye composition and an auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent is a dispersing agent, other surfactants and the like which are commonly used in the process of compounding disperse dyes, and is preferably selected from one or a mixture of more than two of the following components: naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensates, lignosulfonates, alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensates (e.g., methylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF)), naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant NNO), benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant CNF), sodium lignosulfonates (lignin 85A, lignin 83A), and the like.
The preparation method of the blue-black disperse dye product comprises the following steps:
mixing the dye monomer compounds (crude dyes) which form the blue-to-black disperse dye composition according to a ratio, and then carrying out microparticulation by using a grinder such as a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of an auxiliary agent and water; alternatively, the dye monomer compound may be subjected to a pulverization treatment using a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary agent or water, and then mixed in a certain proportion. The disperse deep blue dye product of the present invention is liquid after being ground in a sand mill or a grinder, and may be powder or granule after being spray dried, which is a well-known preparation method for those skilled in the art.
In the present invention, the dye compounds represented by the formula (I), formula (II) and formula (III) can be conveniently synthesized in a manner well known to those skilled in the art, and can be prepared by a method described in patents US3821195A, GB1326124A, US5550217A or the like, or a commercially available product can be used.
The dye prepared by the dye composition can dye hydrophobic fiber materials (such as polyester and blended fabrics thereof) in a conventional mode in the industry, such as dyeing by a common dip dyeing method or a high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, and can also be used for direct printing. Wherein, the common dip-dyeing method comprises the steps of pretreating the hydrophobic fiber material, putting the hydrophobic fiber material into a dye vat for dip-dyeing, washing the hydrophobic fiber material to be neutral by cold water after dyeing, wringing, reducing, washing and drying; the direct printing is to carry out dyeing pretreatment, drying and setting on the fabric, print disperse dye color paste on a printing machine, then carry out steaming, fix the color of the dye on the fabric by using a steaming mode, finally wash and tenter setting.
When the blue-black disperse dye composition and the dye product provided by the invention are applied to dyeing of hydrophobic fiber materials, the stability is good, various color fastness is excellent, and especially the fastness to washing and the fastness to sublimation are outstanding.
(IV) detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto:
example 1:
35 g of a compound of a formula (I-1), 40 g of a compound of a formula (II-1), 25 g of a compound of a formula (III-1) and 200 g of a dispersing agent MF are mixed with 650 g of water, and then the mixture is ground, dispersed and dried to obtain a finished product, wherein the dye can provide black with excellent fastness performance for polyester fabrics.
Example 2:
60 g of a compound of a formula (I-1), 20 g of a compound of a formula (II-3), 20 g of a compound of a formula (III-3) and 200 g of a dispersing agent MF are mixed with 650 g of water, and then the mixture is ground, dispersed and dried to obtain a finished product, wherein the dye can provide blue with excellent fastness performance for polyester fabrics.
Examples 3 to 30:
according to the method described in the example 1 or 2, except that the structure and weight of the component A and the component B in the table 1 are adopted, 250 g of the auxiliary agent (200 g of the dispersing agent MF and 50 g of the sodium lignosulfonate) is added, 800 g of water is added to be mixed to prepare slurry, and the slurry is ground, dispersed and dried to prepare the finished product, wherein the dye can provide blue to black with excellent fastness properties for fabrics.

Example 32:
50 g of a compound of a formula (I-4), 20 g of a compound of a formula (II-4), 15 g of a compound of a formula (III-4), 10 g of a compound of a formula (IV-2), 5 g of a compound of a formula (IV-5) and 200 g of a dispersing agent MF are mixed with 650 g of water, and then the mixture is ground, dispersed and dried to obtain a finished product, wherein the dye can provide blue with excellent fastness properties for fabrics.
Comparative examples 1 to 4:
patent CN105102547A example 3 and example 6, and patent CN105038314A example 6 and example 18 are respectively used as comparative examples 1 to 4.
Dyeing example:
respectively weighing 2 g of the disperse dyes prepared in the examples 1-32 and the dyes in the comparative examples 1-4, treating the polyester fabric by adopting a conventional high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method and heat setting, controlling the dyeing depth (o.w.f) to be 6.0% and the bath ratio to be 1: 25, adjusting the pH value of a dyeing bath to be 4-5, dyeing at room temperature, heating to 125 ℃ at 1 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 45min, reducing, cleaning, washing and drying according to a conventional method, and carrying out heat setting at 180 ℃ for 60 seconds to obtain the blue-to-black dyed fabric. The sublimation and washing fastness was tested according to ISO 105-P01, AATCC 61-2A, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 2 below:

Therefore, when the disperse blue-black dye composition provided by the invention is applied to dyeing of polyester fabrics, compared with the disperse dyes of comparative examples, the disperse blue-black dye composition has obvious improvement on the sublimation resistance and washing fastness.

A blue-to-black disperse dye composition comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (I), the component B is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (II) and/or a formula (III), based on the component A and the component B, the mass percent of the component A is 5-95%, and the mass percent of the component B is 5-95%:
