4. A movable sill ladder assembly as claimed in claim 2 or 3 wherein the locking mechanism includes a triangular lock.
5. The movable sill ladder assembly of any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the ladder is a telescoping ladder.
6. The assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of said hinges are provided on the side of said ladder, and arranged along the length of said ladder.
