Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a sterilization system for respiratory support equipment.
Background
The disinfection of the respiratory support equipment is an effective mode for reducing or avoiding cross infection, and currently, the disinfection of the respiratory support equipment is completed by a large amount of manpower, particularly the disinfection of a host machine of a noninvasive ventilator, and technical personnel in the major need to disassemble the noninvasive ventilator, so that the disinfection of the components one by one is realized, and therefore, the disinfection of the noninvasive ventilator generates a large amount of labor cost and time cost.
Ozone disinfection has been applied to breathing support equipment disinfection field at present, but ozone disinfection's technical scheme is imperfect, does not consider the influence of ozone concentration to disinfection validity, and the disinfection of breathing support equipment is considered from the consumption to many disinfection ozone disinfection products, and has ignored the influence of remaining after the disinfection of ozone to breathing support equipment user to the pollution of environment.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new respiratory support device disinfection system that addresses the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical problems and provide a respiratory support equipment disinfection system with a good disinfection effect.
The invention provides a respiratory support equipment disinfection system, which comprises a shell, a processor, a fan, an ozone generator, an ozone destructor, an ozone concentration sensor, a display, an input key, an air inlet, an air outlet and a connecting pipe, wherein the processor, the fan, the ozone generator, the ozone destructor and the ozone concentration sensor are arranged in the shell, the display and the input key are arranged on the shell, the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged at two ends of the shell, the connecting pipe is connected with and communicated with the air inlet, the processor can receive signals from the input key and receive a disinfection starting instruction and set disinfection time, the display displays disinfection working information, the processor can receive ozone concentration information from the ozone concentration sensor and adjust the output power of the ozone generator and the fan so as to change the concentration of output ozone, after disinfection is finished, the processor adjusts the rotating speed of the fan and closes the ozone generator and starts the ozone destructor, the ozone destroying device is enabled to reach the working state of destroying ozone, the ozone concentration sensor monitors the ozone concentration until the ozone content reaches a safe value, the display prompts the completion of ozone disinfection, and the processor controls the buzzer to send out a prompt.
Preferably, the respiratory support device disinfection system further comprises a buzzer disposed on the housing.
Compared with the prior art, the sterilization system for the respiratory support equipment has the advantages that ozone remained in the respiratory support equipment after sterilization is destroyed, and the damage to the body caused by the inhalation of the ozone by a user is avoided.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of the design of the respiratory support apparatus disinfection system of the present invention.
