Optionally, the diaper body 1 comprises a surface coating layer, an absorption core layer and a base fabric, the surface coating layer and the base fabric are made of non-woven fabrics, and the absorption core layer comprises fluff pulp and super absorbent resin; wherein the surface covering contacts the skin of the wearer. When panty-shape diapers body 1 has above-mentioned structure, can place flexibility from power generation facility 2 inside the absorption sandwich layer, preferably crotch portion to make the electrolyte in the electrolyte layer 23 among the flexibility from power generation facility 2 can contact the urine better, can place alarm device 3 in the backer outside, preferably waist, so that wearer's experience is better, and the nursing staff is easier to observe.
Alternatively, the "flexible self-generating device 2 includes the positive electrode layer 21, the negative electrode layer 22, and the electrolyte layer 23 located between the positive electrode layer 21 and the negative electrode layer 22" may be implemented in various ways:
in one example, as shown in fig. 2, the positive electrode layer 21, the electrolyte layer 23, and the negative electrode layer 22 are sequentially stacked, so that the area of the flexible self-power-generating device 2 is small. In this example, in order to improve the contact effect of the electrolyte layer 23 with urine, the positive electrode layer 21 and the negative electrode layer 22 may have a hollow pattern, for example, a grid shape with a fixed line width, so that urine can enter the contact electrolyte layer 23 from the hollow. Alternatively, the electrolyte layer 23 is a paper electrolyte layer or a non-woven fabric electrolyte layer, and may be obtained by immersing an electrolyte liquid into paper or non-woven fabric, followed by drying.
In another example, as shown in fig. 3, the positive electrode layer 21, the electrolyte layer 23 and the negative electrode layer 22 are located on the same plane, and the positive electrode layer 21 and the negative electrode layer 22 are respectively disposed on two sides of the electrolyte layer 23, so that the electrolyte layer 23 is easier to contact with urine, and the detection effect is better. Illustratively, the first liquid metal layer and the second liquid metal layer each include 10% by mass of carbon nanotubes.
The first liquid metal layer and the second liquid metal layer may be formed by spraying, printing, transferring, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. The liquid metal and the first metal powder or the second metal powder can be mixed by means of ball milling and stirring.
Alternatively, the electrolyte in the electrolyte layer 23 is citric acid or acetic acid, which is less acidic and does not cause irritation to the wearer's skin.
