The working principle of the device is as follows: the spare hot compress medicine package 3 is fixedly clamped and arranged in the rubber clamping sleeve 4 as shown in figure 2, and the device is integrally fixed on the part of a patient needing hot compress by using the fixed connecting belt 5, so that the part of the patient is subjected to hot compress treatment by using the waste heat of the spare hot compress medicine package 3; moreover, after the heat of the hot compress medicine package 3 gradually dissipates, the humidifier 7 works, the moisture generated by the humidifier 7 enters the moisture transmission head 72 through the hose 71, meanwhile, the electric heating pipe 73 is used for heating, the temperature is controlled in real time through the temperature controller 74, the patient is prevented from being injured due to overhigh temperature, and the hot air and the moisture enter the hot compress medicine package 3 through the moisture outlet 75, so that the hot and humid heat during hot compress can be ensured, the medicine hot compress can be continuously performed, and the medicine hot compress effect is better; when medicine is hot compressed, massage can be performed, namely, the cam 82 is driven to rotate through the output shaft of the first motor 81, the movable plate 83 moves up and down when the cam 82 rotates, meanwhile, the movable plate 83 can be constantly contacted with the cam 82 through the reset spring 810, the second motor 84, the transmission shaft 85, the connecting rod 86, the connecting seat 87, the buffer spring 813, the movable block 88 and the massage ball 8 are enabled to integrally vibrate up and down when the movable plate 83 moves up and down, further, the affected part can be vibrated and massaged through the hot compressed medicine bag 3 by utilizing the vertical vibration of the massage ball 8, and the buffer spring 813 can also play a role in buffering; meanwhile, still drive transmission shaft 85 through second motor 84 and rotate, and then drive connecting rod 86, connecting seat 87, buffer spring 813, movable block 88, massage ball 8 carries out the rotation entirely, make massage ball 8 roll the massage when shaking like this, make the effect of massage better, massage again when hot compress like this, can further promote affected part blood circulation, and then further promote the absorption of traditional chinese medicine in the hot compress cartridge bag 3, finally make the hot compress reach better physiotherapy effect.

the massage mechanism comprises a mounting plate (8) fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the shell (1), wherein the inner walls of the bottom of the shell (1) and located on the two sides of the mounting plate (8) are fixedly provided with supports (812), a same movable plate (83) is slidably mounted between the two supports (812), the top of the movable plate (83) is provided with a cam (82) in a rolling manner, the mounting plate (8) is fixedly provided with a first motor (81), the cam (82) is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the first motor (81), two reset springs (810) are fixedly connected between the movable plate (83) and the inner wall of the top of the shell (1), and the two reset springs (810) are respectively located on the two sides of the cam (82); the bottom fixed mounting of fly leaf (83) has a plurality of second motors (84), fixedly connected with transmission shaft (85) on the output shaft of second motor (84), the bottom activity of transmission shaft (85) runs through to in gasbag (2) and through connecting rod (86) fixedly connected with connecting seat (87), the bottom movable mounting of connecting seat (87) has movable block (88), the bottom roll-mounting of movable block (88) has massage ball (89), and massage ball (89) and the bottom inner wall counterbalance contact of gasbag (2).
2. The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress physiotherapy nursing device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the movable block (88) is fixedly connected with a ball shell (814) with a hemispherical structure, and the massage balls (89) roll in the ball shell (814).
