Claims (10)

1. An abnormal population information screening method based on action characteristics of an agent is characterized in that: the abnormal population information screening method based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises the following steps:
collecting action characteristic data of the behavior person by the first mobile terminal;
determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether to perform inter-device communication;
if the inter-device communication is determined to be performed, sending, by the first mobile terminal, a request for time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to a base station;
allocating and notifying, by the base station, time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to the first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal based on whether the base station is operating in a first state or a second state;
performing, by the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, inter-device communication based on the time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery.
2. The abnormal population information screening method based on the actor's characteristics of action of claim 1, wherein: the abnormal population information screening method based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises the following steps:
if the base station operates in a first state, reserving time-frequency resources by the base station for discovery among devices;
selecting, by the base station, a portion of time-frequency resources from the reserved time-frequency resources for inter-device discovery by the first mobile terminal in response to receiving a request for time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery sent by the first mobile terminal;
generating, by the base station, a notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery based on the selected portion of time-frequency resources;
broadcasting, by the base station, the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to a plurality of mobile terminals including the first mobile terminal;
transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a message for discovering a second mobile terminal on time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery;
in response to receiving a message sent by the first mobile terminal for discovering a second mobile terminal, sending, by the second mobile terminal, a response message to the first mobile terminal on the time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery;
sending, by the first mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data to the second mobile terminal in response to receiving the response message, wherein, if a plurality of response messages are received, the collected agent action feature data is sent by the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal with which it has the best link quality.
3. The abnormal population information screening method based on the actor's characteristics of action of claim 2, wherein: the abnormal population information screening method based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises the following steps:
sending, by the second mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data to the base station in response to receiving the collected agent action feature data;
and sending the collected action characteristic data of the agent to an abnormal population information screening center server by the base station, wherein the abnormal population information screening center server can generate a screening result based on the collected action characteristic data of the agent.
4. The abnormal population information screening method based on the actor's characteristics of action of claim 1, wherein: the abnormal population information screening method based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises the following steps:
determining, by the base station, the geographic location of the first mobile terminal and the geographic locations of other mobile terminals in communication with the base station if the base station is operating in a second state;
determining, by the base station, the second mobile terminal to inter-device communicate with the first mobile terminal based on the geographic location of the first mobile terminal and the geographic locations of other mobile terminals in communication with the base station;
determining available time-frequency resources by the base station, and using the available time-frequency resources as the time-frequency resources for the first mobile terminal to perform inter-device discovery;
generating, by the base station, a notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery based on the available time-frequency resources;
transmitting, by the base station, the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, wherein the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery further comprises an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a message for discovering a second mobile terminal on a time-frequency resource indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery, wherein the message for discovering a second mobile terminal comprises an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
in response to receiving a message sent by the first mobile terminal for discovering a second mobile terminal, judging, by the second mobile terminal, whether the message for discovering the second mobile terminal includes an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
sending, by the second mobile terminal, a response message to the first mobile terminal on the time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery if the message for discovering the second mobile terminal comprises an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
sending, by the first mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data to the second mobile terminal in response to receiving the response message.
5. The abnormal population information screening method based on the actor's characteristics according to claim 4, characterized in that: the abnormal population information screening method based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises the following steps:
sending, by the second mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data to the base station in response to receiving the collected agent action feature data;
and sending the collected action characteristic data of the agent to an abnormal population information screening center server by the base station, wherein the abnormal population information screening center server can generate a screening result based on the collected action characteristic data of the agent.
6. An abnormal population information screening system based on action characteristics of an agent is characterized in that: the abnormal population information screening system based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises:
means for collecting, by a first mobile terminal, agent action feature data;
means for determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether to perform inter-device communication;
means for transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a request to a base station for time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery if it is determined that inter-device communication is to be performed;
means for assigning and notifying, by the base station, time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to the first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal based on whether the base station is operating in a first state or a second state;
means for performing, by the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, inter-device communication based on the time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the system is configured to screen for abnormal population information based on the behavioral characteristics of the agent: the abnormal population information screening system based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises:
means for reserving, by the base station, time-frequency resources for inter-device discovery if the base station is operating in a first state;
means for selecting, by the base station, a portion of time-frequency resources from the reserved time-frequency resources for inter-device discovery by the first mobile terminal in response to receiving a request for time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery sent by the first mobile terminal;
means for generating, by the base station, a notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery based on the selected portion of time-frequency resources;
means for broadcasting, by the base station, the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to a plurality of mobile terminals including the first mobile terminal;
means for transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a message for discovering a second mobile terminal on time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery;
means for transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, a response message to the first mobile terminal on the time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery in response to receiving a message transmitted by the first mobile terminal for discovering the second mobile terminal;
means for sending, by the first mobile terminal, the collected agent activity feature data to the second mobile terminal in response to receiving the response message, wherein, if a plurality of response messages are received, the collected agent activity feature data is sent by the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal with which it has the best link quality.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the system is configured to screen for abnormal population information based on the behavioral characteristics of the agent: the abnormal population information screening system based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises:
means for transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data to the base station in response to receiving the collected agent action feature data;
means for transmitting, by the base station, the collected agent action feature data to an abnormal population information screening center server, wherein the abnormal population information screening center server is capable of generating a screening result based on the collected agent action feature data.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein the system is configured to screen for abnormal population information based on the behavioral characteristics of the agent: the abnormal population information screening system based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises:
means for determining, by the base station, the geographic location of the first mobile terminal and the geographic locations of other mobile terminals in communication with the base station if the base station is operating in a second state;
means for determining, by the base station, the second mobile terminal to inter-device communicate with the first mobile terminal based on the geographic location of the first mobile terminal and geographic locations of other mobile terminals in communication with the base station;
means for determining, by the base station, available time-frequency resources, and using the available time-frequency resources as time-frequency resources for inter-device discovery by the first mobile terminal;
means for generating, by the base station, a notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery based on the available time-frequency resources;
means for transmitting, by the base station, the notification of the time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery to the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, wherein the notification of the time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery further comprises an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
means for transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a message for discovering a second mobile terminal on time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery, wherein the message for discovering a second mobile terminal comprises an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
means for determining, by the second mobile terminal, whether the message for discovering the second mobile terminal includes an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal in response to receiving the message for discovering the second mobile terminal sent by the first mobile terminal;
means for sending a response message by the second mobile terminal to the first mobile terminal on the time-frequency resources indicated by the notification of time-frequency scheduling for inter-device discovery if the message for discovering the second mobile terminal comprises an identity identifier of the second mobile terminal;
means for transmitting, by the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data in response to receiving the response message.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the system is configured to screen for abnormal population information based on the behavioral characteristics of the agent: the abnormal population information screening system based on the action characteristics of the agent comprises:
means for transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, the collected agent action feature data to the base station in response to receiving the collected agent action feature data;
means for transmitting, by the base station, the collected agent action feature data to an abnormal population information screening center server, wherein the abnormal population information screening center server is capable of generating a screening result based on the collected agent action feature data.
