At present, a touch screen in a mobile terminal is generally connected with a printed circuit board through a flexible circuit board integrated with a touch chip, wherein the touch chip is welded on the flexible circuit board, but the touch chip mounted on the flexible circuit board is directly exposed outside and radiates electromagnetic waves outwards during operation, so that interference can be caused to a receiving antenna working around the touch chip, and then the receiving sensitivity of the antenna is reduced. In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the application is to provide the touch screen assembly so as to reduce interference of electromagnetic wave radiation generated by the touch chip on antenna signal receiving work and further improve antenna receiving sensitivity.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the touch screen assembly 10 includes a conductive ground plate 11, a flexible circuit board 12, a conductive wall 13, a touch chip 14 and a shielding cover 15, wherein the flexible circuit board 12 is disposed on the conductive ground plate 11, the flexible circuit board 12 includes a chip mounting portion 121 and a first extension portion 122 connected to the chip mounting portion 121, the conductive wall 13 is disposed on the conductive ground plate 11, the conductive wall 13 surrounds the chip mounting portion 121, and a first opening 131 is disposed at a junction with the first extension portion 122 so that the first extension portion 122 penetrates through the conductive wall 13, the touch chip 14 is mounted on the chip mounting portion 121, the shielding cover 15 is fixed on the conductive wall 13, and the shielding cover 15 covers the touch chip 14.
In the embodiment, the touch chip 14 of the touch screen assembly 10 is located in the cavity formed by the shielding cover 15, the conductive wall 13 and the conductive ground plate 11, so that interference of electromagnetic wave radiation generated during operation of the touch chip 14 on receiving operation of an antenna signal due to direct exposure of the touch chip 14 can be avoided, and in addition, the shielding cover 15 is grounded through the conductive wall 13 and the conductive ground plate 11, so that a return path of the electromagnetic wave signal generated by the touch chip 14 can be shortened, and radiation can be further reduced.
Specifically, the conductive ground plate 11 may be made of a metal conductive material, such as stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum alloy, magnesium aluminum alloy, or zinc alloy. The material of the conductive wall 13 may also be a metal conductive material, and the material of the conductive wall 13 may also be the same as the material of the conductive ground plate 11, and in specific implementation, the conductive wall 13 and the conductive ground plate 11 may be an integrated structure, so as to save the process of welding or adhering the conductive wall 13 to the conductive ground plate 11. The material of the shielding cover 15 may be a metal material such as copper, iron, aluminum, zinc, etc., and the thickness of the shielding cover 15 should be sufficiently thick to ensure the electromagnetic shielding effect of the shielding cover 15, for example, the thickness of the shielding cover 15 may be 0.15mm to 0.2 mm.
In this embodiment, the shielding cover 15 may be covered on the top of the conductive wall 13, wherein an inner diameter of the shielding cover 15 may be slightly larger than a diameter of a cylindrical space surrounded by the conductive wall 13 on the conductive ground plate 11, so that an inner wall surface 151 of the shielding cover 15 can be in close contact with the outer side surface 132 of the conductive wall 13, and in order to achieve quick installation of the shielding cover 15, a positioning groove (not shown) may be further disposed on the outer side surface 132 of the conductive wall 13, and a positioning block (not shown) may be disposed on the inner side wall 151 of the shielding cover 15, so that during the assembly process of the touch screen assembly 10, the positioning block on the shielding cover 15 may be accommodated in the positioning groove on the conductive wall 13, so as to achieve quick fixed installation of the shielding cover 15 on the conductive wall 13.
In addition, in some alternative embodiments, the outer diameter of the shielding cover 15 may be slightly smaller than the caliber of the cylindrical space surrounded by the conductive wall 13 on the conductive ground plate 11, so that the outer side 152 of the shielding cover 15 can be in close contact with the inner side surface 133 of the conductive wall, and correspondingly, a positioning block may be disposed on the inner side surface 133 of the conductive wall 13, and a positioning slot may be disposed on the outer side 152 of the shielding cover 15, and the positioning block on the conductive wall 13 may be received in the positioning slot on the shielding cover 15, so as to achieve fast fixing and mounting of the shielding cover 15 on the conductive wall 13. In other alternative embodiments, the shielding cover 15 may be directly stacked on top of the conductive wall 13, and the shielding cover 15 may be adhesively fixed on the conductive wall 13 by a conductive adhesive between the shielding cover 15 and the conductive wall 13, or may be fastened on the conductive wall 13 by a fastening structure between the shielding cover 15 and the conductive wall 13.
It is understood that, when the shielding cover 15 is fixed on the conductive wall 13 through the positioning block and the positioning groove on the shielding cover 15 and the conductive wall 13, the positioning block is not limited to be only arranged on the shielding cover 15 or the conductive wall 13, and the positioning groove can be arranged on both the shielding cover 15 and the conductive wall 13 according to actual needs, and correspondingly, the positioning groove is not limited to be arranged on only the shielding cover 15 or the conductive wall 13, and can be arranged on both the shielding cover 15 and the conductive wall 13 according to actual needs. In addition, one positioning groove may accommodate one or more positioning blocks, for example, when the positioning groove is disposed on the outer surface 132 of the conductive wall 13, the positioning groove may extend circumferentially on the outer surface 132 of the conductive wall 13, correspondingly, the number of positioning blocks disposed on the inner sidewall 151 of the shielding cover 15 may be plural, and the positioning holes may also extend circumferentially on the inner sidewall 151 of the shielding cover 15.
Therefore, the shielding cover is fixed on the conductive wall integrally formed with the conductive grounding plate by adopting the structural design, the occurrence of the bad phenomenon of a device caused by directly welding and fixing the shielding cover on the conductive grounding plate can be avoided, the touch screen assembly is easier to realize in the assembling process, and the universality is stronger.
In one embodiment, in order to improve the sealing performance of the chamber formed by the shielding cover 15, the conductive wall 13 and the conductive ground plate 11, and to more effectively shield the electromagnetic waves generated by the touch chip 14 located therein, the shape and size of the shielding cover 15 may be matched with the shape and size of the conductive wall 13, so that the shielding cover 15 can be seamlessly covered on the top of the conductive wall 13. For example, when the cross-sectional shape of the conductive wall 13 is square, the cross-sectional shape of the shielding cover 15 may be square, and the size of the cross-sectional shape of the shielding cover 15 may be slightly larger or smaller than the size of the cross-sectional shape of the conductive wall 13, so that the shielding cover 15 can be closely and seamlessly placed on the top of the conductive wall 13.
In the present embodiment, the touch chip 14 may be mounted on the chip mounting portion 121 of the flexible circuit board 12 through a soldering process, and the touch chip 14 is connected to the wires in the chip mounting portion 121 and grounded through the conductive ground plate 11 located below the flexible circuit board 12. Specifically, the touch screen assembly 10 further includes a touch screen (not shown in the figure), which is electrically connected to the circuit in the first extension portion 121 of the flexible circuit board 12, so as to electrically connect the touch screen and the touch chip 14, so that the touch chip 14 can provide a driving signal to the touch screen when the touch screen is in operation.

The second extending portion 123 is electrically connected to an external printed circuit board, which is used to provide a working voltage to the touch screen assembly 10, specifically, the printed circuit board provides the working voltage to the touch chip 14, so that the touch chip 14 can provide a driving signal to the touch screen.
In order to further improve the sealing performance of the chamber formed by the shielding cover 15, the conductive wall 13 and the conductive ground plate 11, so as to more effectively shield the electromagnetic waves generated by the touch chip 14 located therein, the size of the first opening 131 and the size of the second opening located on the conductive wall 13 should not be too large, the shape and size of the first opening 131 may be configured to match the shape and size of the cross section of the first extending portion 122 at the first opening 131, and the shape and size of the second opening may be configured to match the shape and size of the cross section of the second extending portion 123 at the second opening, so that the first extending portion 122 of the flexible circuit board 12 can pass through the first opening 131 on the conductive wall 13 without a gap, and the second extending portion 123 can pass through the second opening on the conductive wall 13 without a gap, such that the shielding cover 15, The chamber formed by the conductive wall 13 and the conductive ground plate 11 will be a completely sealed chamber, enabling an optimal shielding effect.
Specifically, the height of the conductive wall 13 is not less than the thickness of the flexible circuit board 12, so that the shielding cover does not need to be opened, and therefore, a conventional shielding cover can be adopted in the assembly process of the touch screen assembly, which is beneficial to saving of process cost. In addition, the extending directions of the first extending portion 122 and the second extending portion 123 of the flexible circuit board 12 may be any angle, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the flexible circuit board 12 in which the extending direction of the first extending portion 122 and the extending direction of the second extending portion 123 are perpendicular to each other may be selected.
