An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for screening columns in an electronic table, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101, extracting a title from a title row of the electronic table;
as one implementation, the extracting the title from the spreadsheet title row comprises: extracting a title from the cells of the title line of the electronic form, and when n continuous cells in the same line belong to the same merge cell exist in the title line, extracting the title from the merge cell, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 2, such as a detailed data table of each item access condition shown in fig. 2, the grey filled line is the title line of the electronic form, and the title extracted from the cells of the line is 'date item number item name channel date showing number of times of daily showing, level of page click number, detailed page click number, and the like'. The two cells D3 and E3 belong to the same merged cell, and titles are extracted from the merged cell; the extracted titles may be displayed to the user in the form of a list, as shown in fig. 3;
s102, selecting a title to be displayed from the extracted titles; as shown in fig. 3, the title "date item name channel date showing number of people per day level of page click number detail page click number" in the selection list is the title to be displayed; the external instruction can be received to select the title to be displayed from the extracted titles;
s103 displays the column corresponding to the selected title and hides the columns corresponding to the unselected titles, as shown in fig. 4.
As an embodiment, the title row of the spreadsheet may be more than one row, and a title may be designated from the designated row of cells, such as the table shown in fig. 5, where the gray filled row is the title row of the spreadsheet, the title row has 3 rows in total, and the title extraction from the cell in row 2 may be designated, as described above, when there are n consecutive cells in the same row belonging to the same merge cell, the title is extracted from the merge cell, and C2, D2 and E2 in row 2 of fig. 5 belong to the same merge cell, and the title "payroll" is extracted from the merge cell; f2 and G2 belong to the same merge cell, and the title "bonus" is extracted from the merge cell. When one cell in the designated row is a sub-cell of the merged cell in the same column, the title is extracted from the merged cell, and if a2 and B2 in fig. 5 are sub-cells of the merged cell in the same column, the title "serial number" and "name" are extracted from the merged cell. The extracted titles are displayed to the user in the form of a list.
As an embodiment, the method further includes: after selecting the titles to be displayed from the extracted titles, saving the titles to be displayed as history column screening records for facilitating later-stage reuse, taking the table shown in fig. 2 as an example, the saved history column screening records may be shown in fig. 6, and the saved history screening records may be all history screening records; the user can further manually filter all the stored history filtering records, so that the finally stored history filtering records can also be part of the history filtering records filtered by the user.
As an embodiment, the method further includes:
after the titles are extracted from the spreadsheet title row, titles containing the keywords are searched from the extracted titles through the keywords, and the title to be displayed is selected from the searched titles containing the keywords. When the number of titles is large, the method can quickly locate the desired title, as shown in fig. 7. When the title containing the keyword is searched from the extracted title through the keyword, only the columns meeting the user screening condition are displayed by default, and other columns are hidden uniformly; if it is desired that the currently displayed columns are not hidden and displayed together with the subsequent columns satisfying the user filtering condition, the method can be implemented by setting a special function entry, as shown in fig. 7, and an option of "retaining the originally displayed columns" is provided. After a title to be displayed is selected from the searched titles containing the keywords, when an instruction for reserving the column corresponding to the displayed title is received (namely, the option of reserving the originally displayed column is checked), the title indicated by the instruction is displayed while the title containing the new keyword is searched from the extracted title through the new keyword next time.
A specific example is given below to illustrate:
such as the table header includes: a first quarterly target, a first quarterly sales volume, a first quarterly completion rate, a first quarterly growth rate, a second quarterly target, a second quarterly sales volume, a second quarterly completion rate, a second quarterly growth rate; the first screening with the keyword 'sales' resulted in the desired column: a first quarterly sales volume, a second quarterly sales volume; then hope to display the column containing 'growth rate' again on the basis of the original screening result, at this time, can check 'keep originally displayed column', continue screening with keyword 'growth rate' to get the required column: the first quarter sales, the first quarter growth rate, the second quarter sales and the second quarter growth rate, wherein the option of 'retaining the originally displayed column' is in a non-selection state, and if the function of 'retaining the originally displayed column' needs to be continuously started subsequently, the option of 'retaining the originally displayed column' can be selected again; if the columns which are originally displayed are not selected after the required columns are obtained by screening the keywords with the 'sales volume' for the first time, the columns obtained by continuing to screen the keywords with the 'growth rate' are: the first quarterly increasing rate and the second quarterly increasing rate do not match the expected result.
As an embodiment, the method further includes:
and receiving a locking instruction for the specified column through the set column locking entry, and displaying the locked column simultaneously when the column corresponding to the selected title is displayed. As shown in fig. 8, columns corresponding to two titles, "date" and "item name" may be locked in the title list, and they cannot be unchecked, and when a selected column is displayed, columns corresponding to "date" and "item name" are always displayed regardless of whether or not there are other checked columns or regardless of how the other checked columns change.
The embodiment of the invention can automatically and conveniently screen the columns to be displayed in the electronic table.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for screening columns in an electronic table, as shown in fig. 9, the system includes:
an extracting module 901, configured to extract a title from a spreadsheet title row;
