Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-condensation tester for a ring main unit, in particular to a testing instrument for testing tight plugging of a cable inlet of the ring main unit when an equipment operation and maintenance unit checks and accepts the ring main unit, and finally achieving the anti-condensation function of the ring main unit.
Background
At present, the looped network cabinet and the switching station are more in application places, the operation environment is complex, the conditions such as a thermal pipeline and accumulated water are closed, condensation and corrosion of the cable compartment and the secondary chamber of the cabinet body can be caused by poor condensation prevention capacity of the looped network cabinet, and the accumulated water and the like cause short circuit of high-voltage equipment and misoperation of the secondary system in serious conditions.
Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a testing device capable of monitoring the anti-condensation capability of the ring main unit in real time to optimize the anti-condensation capability of the ring main unit.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a condensation-prevention testing apparatus for a ring main unit, including: the humidity alarm device comprises a humidity alarm device 1, a power supply 2 and a condensation output device 3, wherein the power supply 2 is respectively connected with the humidity alarm device 1 and the condensation output device 3 so as to supply power to the humidity alarm device 1 and the condensation output device 3; the condensation output device comprises a base 4, a water tank 5 and a top cover 6, wherein an electric element is arranged in the base 4, a water tank is formed at the upper end of the base 4, and an atomizing sheet is arranged in the water tank; the water tank 5 is detachably connected with the base 4, a water storage cavity is formed inside the water tank, a mist guiding channel is formed in the water tank, the mist guiding channel is communicated with the water tank, the atomizing sheet is arranged at a position where the water tank is communicated with the mist guiding channel, a mist conveying pipe 7 communicated with the mist guiding channel is formed on the outer side of the water tank, and the mist conveying pipe 7 is used for conveying airflow atomized by the atomizing sheet into the ring main unit; the water storage cavity is communicated with the water tank through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure comprises a stop piece arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity and a protruding piece arranged in the water tank; the top cover is detachably arranged at the top of the water tank so as to be convenient to inject into the water storage cavity.

In the embodiment of the invention, the electric elements in the base 4 of the condensation output device can comprise a circuit board, the circuit board can be a solid-state relay and an ultrasonic humidifying oscillation circuit, direct current is converted into high-frequency alternating current through the oscillation circuit and is applied to the atomizing sheet, the atomizing sheet generates vibration when alternating voltage is applied by utilizing the piezoelectric effect principle, and liquid water is atomized by utilizing cavitation. The circuit board can be connected with the power supply 2 through a power connecting wire on the base 4 so as to supply power through the power supply 2. In one example, the atomization sheet may be a ceramic atomization sheet.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the water tank is provided with an opening for accommodating the stop part, the stop part can comprise a baffle plate and a connecting column connected with the baffle plate, the baffle plate covers the opening, the connecting column is sleeved with a spring, when the water tank is contacted with the base, the protruding part on the base props against the connecting column, so that the spring is compressed, the spring drives the baffle plate to move upwards, the opening is opened, and the communication between the water tank and the base is realized. When the water tank is taken up, the spring is reset, and the baffle covers the opening to realize the sealing of the bottom of the water tank. In addition, the water tank and the base can be positioned through a positioning structure, for example, the positioning structure can comprise a concave hole arranged at the bottom of the water tank, a protrusion arranged on the base and matched with the concave hole, and the like. If no alarm is given, whether the indication number of the humidity alarm is in a normal range or not is observed, if the indication number of the humidity alarm is in the normal range, the humidity alarm can be applied to truly restoring an on-site condensation scene after the ring main unit is constructed and during acceptance check, and the condensation prevention capability and the rust resistance capability of the ring main unit are tested.
