Description

Fume exhaust fan
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a range hood.
Background
The application of air quality detection technology in kitchen environments is becoming more and more popular, especially in range hoods. Common air quality detection components such as PM2.5 sensors use laser or infrared to detect fine particles in the air. However, in a kitchen where the oil smoke environment is severe, the sensor is very susceptible, which may result in a reduction in detection accuracy and a reduction in the service life of the sensor.
There is no prior art solution to the above-mentioned problems.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a range hood 10 includes a smoke collecting hood 101, a cabinet 102 on the smoke collecting hood 101, and a controller 103; and a sensor protection device 104.
Referring to fig. 3, the sensor protection device 104 includes a chamber 1040 surrounded by a chamber wall 1041, and a sensor 20 disposed in the chamber 1040, the chamber 1040 having an opening 1042, and a cover 1043 for closing the opening 1042, the cover 1043 being rotatably fixed to one side of the chamber wall 1041 by a shaft 1044 under the control of the controller 103.
In one embodiment, the opening 1042 may be located above the chamber 1040.
Through above-mentioned scheme, set up the sensor in a cavity and can protect the sensor to avoid receiving the pollution in the kitchen environment through the lid of controller control cavity, increase the life of sensor, ensure its sensitivity.
As shown in fig. 2, the shaft 1044 divides the cap 1043 into two parts, which are demarcated by the shaft 1044 and respectively include a first part 1043-1 and a second part 1043-2; the first member 1043-1 is located above the opening 1042 and used for closing the opening 1042; the second member 1043-2 is located at an end of the cap 1043 offset from the opening 1042.
In one embodiment, the perpendicular length of the edge of the second member 1043-2 parallel to the axis 1044 from the axis 1044 may be set to be less than that of the first member 1043-1.
In one embodiment, the sensor protection device 104 further includes a first electromagnetic tip 1045 and a second electromagnetic tip 1046.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a first electromagnetic end 1045 may be provided on the second member 1043-2, and the weight of the first electromagnetic end 1045 is set to make the cover in an open position by its gravity acting on the cover 1043 in a free state; a second electromagnet end 1046 controlled by the controller is disposed in the magnetic field acting range of the first electromagnet end 1045, and the second electromagnet end 1046 attracts the first electromagnet end 1045 when being energized, so as to rotate the cover 1043 to the closed position, wherein the attraction force should be enough to overcome the gravity of the first electromagnet end 1045.
When a user starts cooking, the environment of the kitchen may be poor in an initial stage of cooking, and a cover of the sensor protection device needs to be closed to protect the sensor from contamination. At this time, the controller 103 controls the second electromagnetic terminal 1046 to be powered on, so that the first electromagnetic terminal 1045 is close to the second electromagnetic terminal 1046 under the attraction of the magnetic field, and drives the cover 1043 to rotate to the closed position. At this point, the sensor 20 may be deactivated.
In one embodiment, the controller 103 may control the second electromagnetic terminal 1046 to be energized when a cooking event is detected.
When the user finishes cooking, the second electromagnetic end 1046 is powered off, the first electromagnetic end 1045 is far away from the second electromagnetic end 1046 under the action of self gravity, and the cover 1043 is rotated to an open position. At this point, the sensor 20 may continue to operate.
In one embodiment, the second electromagnetic terminal 1046 can be disposed above or below the first electromagnetic terminal 1045, as long as it is within the magnetic field acting range of the first electromagnetic terminal 1045.
In one embodiment, the sensor protection device 104 may be disposed on the smoke collecting hood 101 or the cabinet 102.
In one embodiment, the sensor protection device 104 may be disposed at an intermediate position of the smoke collecting hood 101, and may be disposed at another position suitable for detecting the sensing data. This enables the data detected by the sensor to be more accurate.
In one embodiment, the sensor 20 comprises an air quality detection sensor, such as a PM2.5 sensor.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
