Description

Manufacturing method of roller for artistic coating
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pigment printing, in particular to a method for manufacturing a roller for artistic paint.
Background
When people decorate houses, wall surfaces are generally decorated and beautified by materials such as wallpaper and the like for the sake of attractiveness. However, the conventional wallpaper is easy to have the problems of layering and color change, the service time of the wallpaper is effectively limited, the wallpaper needs to be replaced for a long time without being mounted, and the use experience is poor. In order to replace the traditional wallpaper, some researches have been made on imitating the wallpaper of the inner wall, and a certain tool is adopted to directly print and decorate the wall or the brick body. When embossing is carried out at present, the template with the concave-convex patterns is adopted to directly press the surface of the wall body or the brick body, so that the whole embossing process is easy to have the discontinuous condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roller manufacturing method for artistic paint, which aims to solve the problem that the existing printing operation is easy to have incoherence.
The basic scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for making the roller used for artistic paint features that the roller is used to roll on the surface of an object coated with artistic elastic bone paste and the pattern is printed on the surface of the object.
The scheme has the advantages that:
this scheme adopts the cylinder to replace current stamp instrument of pressing, utilizes the rotation of cylinder to make whole stamp operation link up more, avoids the stamp operation to lead to the stamp pattern to appear interrupted condition because not linking up. The printed object is similar to liquid wallpaper, can be a wall body directly or a brick body, and forms the printed object to form inner wall imitated wallpaper; the roller can be used for manufacturing various patterns and can be used for manufacturing objects with different surface patterns.
Further, the roller comprises a resin layer with a concave-convex pattern on the surface, and a roller body wound by the resin layer; the roller body can rotate; when the patterns are printed on the object, the concave-convex patterns on the resin layer on the outer surface of the roller body are in contact with the surface of the object by rotating the roller body.
The resin layer with the concave-convex pattern enables the surface of an object in contact with the resin layer to be printed with a corresponding pattern.
Further, a rotating shaft is rotationally connected in the roller body, and the rotating shaft is coaxial with the roller body; the end part of the rotating shaft is upwards connected with a handheld handle; when the pattern is printed, the resin layer is contacted with the surface of the object, and the hand-held handle is moved to enable the roller to rotate relative to the rotating shaft.
When the printing operation is carried out, the handle is held by hand, the roller finishes the printing operation while rolling over the surface of the object by utilizing gravity and friction force between the roller and the surface of the object, the whole process is continuous, and the condition that the printing is intermittent is avoided.
Further, the roller body is divided into two parts, so that the roller body is composed of two mutually connected dividing bodies; one end of a resin film base material is sandwiched between two split surfaces where two split bodies are joined, and then the resin film base material is wound in the circumferential direction of the roller body to form a resin layer.
The resin layer on the roller is formed by winding a resin film substrate, is of a multilayer structure, and can print continuous patterns on the surface of an object by utilizing continuous concave-convex patterns in the length direction of the resin film substrate.
Further, an installation groove parallel to the axis of the roller body is arranged on the outer surface of the roller body; and clamping one end of the resin film base material in the mounting groove, then winding the resin film base material along the circumferential direction of the roller body, and clamping the other end of the resin film base material in the mounting groove to form a resin layer.
And a circle of resin film base material is directly wound on the outer surface of the roller body, so that the roller is convenient to process. Meanwhile, the roller is rolled for one circle, so that the patterns on the resin layer can be completely printed on the surface of the object.
Further, the resin film base and the roller body are integrally bonded together before the resin layer is formed.
The resin layer bonds with the roll body and becomes a whole, when conveniently rotating the roll body, makes the resin layer rotate together. When the resin layers are multilayer, only the layer closest to the roller body is needed to be pasted.
Furthermore, before the roller is used for printing patterns, a fiber putty layer, a common putty layer and an artistic elastic bone paste layer are sequentially arranged on the outer surface of the object outwards, and after the roller is used for printing the patterns, a strong alkali-resistant primer layer, a stain-resistant finish paint layer and a transparent finishing oil layer are sequentially arranged outwards.
The coating is divided into a plurality of layers, when the coating is coated on the artistic elastic bone paste layer, roller printing is adopted, and then after the printed patterns are dried, a strong alkali-resistant primer layer, a stain-resistant finish paint layer and a transparent finishing oil layer are sequentially coated on the surface of the coating for protection.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the object is also provided with a decorative line layer, and the decorative line layer is arranged in a groove formed by disconnecting an artistic elastic bone slurry layer, a strong alkali-resistant primer layer, a stain-resistant finish paint layer and a transparent finishing oil layer.
The object is further decorated by means of the layer of decorative strands.
Further, the thickness of the fiber putty layer is 1-1.5 mm.
The effect is best when the thickness of the fiber putty layer is equal to the thickness.
Further, selecting an object with the humidity less than or equal to 10% and the pH value less than or equal to 10 as a basic construction object, and sequentially coating fiber putty, common putty, artistic elastic bone paste, strong alkali-resistant primer, stain-resistant finish paint and transparent finishing oil in batches to obtain a fiber putty layer, a common putty layer, an artistic elastic bone paste layer, a strong alkali-resistant primer layer, a stain-resistant finish paint layer and a transparent finishing oil layer; before coating, the fiber putty, the common putty and the strong alkali-resistant primer are respectively and uniformly mixed with water according to the weight ratio of 3.5:1, 3.5:1 and 10: 2.
The above steps are selected for coating, facilitating better printing to produce decorative objects.
