Referring to fig. 5 and 6, preferably, the chassis mechanism 10 further includes a floor drain 13 and a drain pipe 14, the floor drain 13 includes a floor drain core 131, a mounting seat 132, a filter 133, a balance shaft 134 and a valve plate 135, the floor drain core 131 is mounted on the chassis 11 and includes a floor drain main body 1311 and an annular flange 1312 bent and formed at the top of the floor drain main body 1311, the floor drain main body 1311 is provided with a water inlet 1313 in a penetrating manner, and the outer side of the bottom end of the floor drain main body 1311 is provided with an external thread; the mounting seat 132 is mounted on the support component 12 and is provided with a water outlet 1321 communicated with the water inlet 1313 in a penetrating manner, the mounting seat 132 comprises a connecting section 1322, a straight pipe section 1323 and a conical section 1324 connected between the connecting section 1322 and the straight pipe section 1323, the cross section profile of the conical section 1324 is gradually increased from the straight pipe section 1323 to the connecting section 1322, an internal thread is arranged on the inner wall of the water outlet 1321 positioned at the connecting section 1322, and the floor drain core 131 is in threaded connection with the mounting seat 132 through the matching of the external thread and the internal thread; first sealing elements 136 are arranged between the top of the base plate 11 and the bottom of the annular flanging 1312 and between the bottom of the base plate 11 and the top of the connecting section 1322, so that water in the base plate 11 is prevented from seeping out of a gap between the base plate 11 and the floor drain 13, a straight pipe section 1323 is inserted into the drain pipe 14, the drain pipe 14 is connected with the conical section 1324, so that the connecting strength between the floor drain 13 and the drain pipe 14 is ensured, the drain pipe 14 is approximately S-shaped, when water flows through the drain pipe 14, a part of water automatically remains at the turning part of the drain pipe 14, so that water sealing is formed on the drain pipe 14, and odor and toxic gas in a sewer are prevented from entering the assembled shower room 1 through the drain pipe 14 and the; the filter 133 comprises a filter cartridge 1331 installed at the inlet of the water inlet 1313 and a filter plate 1332 covering the top of the filter cartridge 1331, the filter cartridge 1331 is in an inverted truncated cone shape and is partially inserted into the water inlet 1313, the filter plate 1332 and the filter cartridge 1331 can perform double filtration on passing water, filter out impurities such as hair and the like in the water, and avoid blocking the floor drain 13 or the drain pipe 14; the two ends of the balance shaft 134 are fixed on the inner wall of the drain hole, the axial direction of the balance shaft 134 is vertical to the axial direction of the drain hole, the valve plate 135 is rotatably installed on the balance shaft 134, when water flow reaches the valve plate 135, the valve plate 135 automatically rotates under the action of the water flow, so that the water passes through the gap between the valve plate 135 and the inner wall of the water inlet hole 1313, when no water flow passes through the valve plate 135, the valve plate 135 keeps balance under the action of self gravity and blocks the water inlet hole 1313, and meanwhile, the second sealing element 137 is arranged between the port of the drain pipe 14 and the conical section 1324, therefore, when the water in the drain pipe 14 is dried, odor and toxic gas in a sewer cannot enter the assembled shower room 1 from the floor drain 13 or the gap between the drain pipe 14 and the floor drain 13 under the action of the second sealing element 137 and the valve plate.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 8, as a modified form of this embodiment, the chassis 11 includes a bottom plate 112 and a water retaining rim 113 surrounding an edge of the bottom plate 112, the water retaining rim 113 extends upward from the edge of the bottom plate 112 and is inserted into the second slot 32, the lower slot 111 is disposed inside the water retaining rim 113, the supporting assembly 12 includes a supporting member 121 for being mounted to the ground and a bracket 122 connected to the supporting member 121, and the bracket 122 is connected to the bottom plate 112 in a snap-fit manner. The water retaining rim 113 and the bottom plate 112 are preferably integrally formed, so that water in the chassis 11 can be prevented from leaking out from a gap between the water retaining rim 113 and the bottom plate 112, and the waterproof performance of the chassis 11 is improved.
Preferably, the chassis 11 is made of a Polyoxymethylene (POM) material, the POM material has good electrical insulation property, and is hardly affected by temperature and humidity, and meanwhile, the POM material has good solvent resistance and small water absorption, so that the stability is good, the chassis 11 has the characteristics of high hardness, high rigidity, high wear resistance and high elasticity, the cracking phenomenon of the chassis 11 can be avoided, and the reliability of the chassis 11 is improved; and the bottom plate 112 is provided with anti-skidding lines and a flow guide inclined plane, the anti-skidding lines can reduce the risk that a user slips on the bottom plate 112, the safety coefficient of the chassis 11 is improved, and the flow guide inclined plane can guide water in the chassis 11 to stay on the floor drain 13, so that accumulated water in the chassis 11 is quickly discharged.
Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, as an improved manner of the present embodiment, the bottom plate 112 includes a bottom plate body 1121 and a first locking element 1122 protruding from the bottom of the bottom plate body 1121, the bracket 122 includes a bracket body 1221 and a second locking element 1222 protruding from the top of the bracket body 1221, the first locking element 1122 and the bottom plate body 1121 surround to form a third locking slot 1123 for the second locking element 1222 to be inserted, and the second locking element 1222 and the bracket body 1221 surround to form a fourth locking slot 1223 for the first locking element 1122 to be inserted.
Through setting up first buckle spare 1122 that encloses with bottom plate body 1121 and closes formation third draw-in groove 1123, enclose with support body 1221 and close formation second buckle spare 1222 of fourth draw-in groove 1223, when installing chassis 11, aim at fourth draw-in groove 1223 with first buckle spare 1122, second buckle spare 1222 aims at third draw-in groove 1123, then promote chassis 11, make first buckle spare 1122 insert fourth draw-in groove 1223, second buckle spare 1222 inserts third draw-in groove 1123, can install chassis 11 on support 122, the operation is simple, also be favorable to later maintenance and change, and can also realize the cyclic utilization of support 122 and chassis 11.
In this embodiment, the first locking member 1122 includes a first connection portion 1124 connected to the bottom of the bottom plate body 1121 and a first card insertion portion 1125 fixed to a side of the first connection portion 1124 and extending toward the fourth card slot 1223, the first connection portion 1124, the first card insertion portion 1125 and the bottom plate body 1121 together enclose a third card slot 1123, the second locking member 1222 includes a second connection portion 1224 connected to the top of the bracket body 1221 and a second card insertion portion 1225 fixed to a side of the second connection portion 1224 and extending toward the third card slot 1123, the second connection portion 1224, the second card insertion portion 1225 and the bracket body 1221 together enclose a fourth card slot 1223, the first card insertion portion 1125 extends obliquely downward from the first connection portion 1124 toward a side of the bottom plate body 1121, that is, a notch of the third card slot 1223 is increased, the second card insertion portion 1225 extends obliquely upward from the second connection portion 1224 toward a side of the bracket body 1221, the notch of the fourth card slot 1223 is enlarged, which facilitates the insertion of the first card insertion portion 1125 into the fourth card slot 1223 and the insertion of the second card insertion portion 1225 into the third card slot 1123, and also ensures the reliability of the chassis mechanism 10 as the first latch 1122 and the second latch 1222 are more tightly latched.
Referring to fig. 10, in this embodiment, the supporting member 121 includes a fixing element 1211, a connecting element 1212, and a screw 1213, the fixing element 1211 includes two fixing portions disposed opposite to each other at an interval and a supporting portion connected between the two fixing portions and protruding upward, the fixing portions are fixed to the ground through expansion bolts, the bottom of the screw 1213 abuts against the top of the supporting portion, the bottom of the screw 1213 is provided with a first threaded hole 1216, the supporting portion is provided with a circular hole at an alignment position, the connecting element 1212 passes through the circular hole and then is in threaded engagement with the first threaded hole 1216, the bracket body 1221 is provided with a second threaded hole 1226, the screw 1213 passes through the second threaded hole 1226 and is in threaded engagement with the second threaded hole 1226, and thus, by rotating the screw 1213, the connecting element 1212 can be driven to rotate together with respect to the fixing element 1211, so as to drive the bracket 122 to move linearly upward or, the support 122 is kept horizontal, and the requirement on the ground flatness in the construction process is reduced.
The top of the bracket body 1221 is further concavely provided with a notch 1227 communicated with the second threaded hole 1226, and the end of the screw 1213 far away from the fixing member 1211 passes through the second threaded hole 1226 and then is located in the notch 1227, so that the problem that the screw 1213 affects the installation of the chassis 11 can be avoided, and the end of the screw 1213 far away from the fixing frame is provided with a cross-shaped notch 1217, so that a worker can use a tool to rotate the screw 1213.
Referring to fig. 1, 4, 8, 11, 16 and 18, as a modified manner of this embodiment, the wall plate mechanism 33 includes a first wall plate 331, a second wall plate 332 disposed opposite to the first wall plate 331 at a distance, and a third wall plate 333 disposed between the first wall plate 331 and the second wall plate 332, the first wall plate 331, the second wall plate 332 and the third wall plate 333 are respectively provided with a first card connector 34 and a second card connector 35 at the outer sides thereof, the frame 30 further includes a first upright post 36 and a second upright post 37, the first upright post 36 is provided with a first connection hole 361 therethrough, the second upright post 37 is provided with a second connection hole 371 therethrough, the ceiling mechanism 20 includes a first upper post 23 inserted into the first connection hole 361 from the top and a second upper post 24 inserted into the second connection from the top, the chassis mechanism 10 includes a first lower post 114 inserted into the first connection hole 361 from the bottom and a second lower post 115 inserted into the second connection hole 371 from the bottom, two adjacent sides of the first upright post 36 are connected with the first wall plate 331 and the third wall plate 333 respectively, and two adjacent sides of the second upright post 37 are connected with the second wall plate 332 and the third wall plate 333 respectively.
The first upper convex column 23 and the second upper convex column 24 are respectively arranged at two adjacent corners of the top plate 21, the first lower convex column 114 and the second lower convex column 115 are respectively arranged at two adjacent corners of the bottom plate 112, the first lower convex column 114 is arranged under the first upper convex column 23, the second lower convex column 115 is arranged under the second upper convex column 24, when the assembled shower room 1 is installed, the ceiling mechanism 20 and the chassis mechanism 10 can be connected together through the first upright column 36 and the second upright column 37, and then the first wall plate 331, the second wall plate 332 and the third wall plate 333 are clamped between the ceiling mechanism 20 and the chassis mechanism 10.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first wall panel 331, the second wall panel 332 and the third wall panel 333 are integrated by a plate and a reinforced composite material, so as to ensure the strength of each wall panel, and further avoid common quality problems such as hollowing and cracking, and meanwhile, the first waterproof adhesive tape 334 is arranged between the first wall panel 331 and the third wall panel 333 and between the second wall panel 332 and the third wall panel 333, so that the sealing performance of the wall panel mechanism 33 is enhanced, and the waterproof performance of the assembled shower room 1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20 and 21, in this embodiment, the frame 30 further includes a door moving mechanism 38, the door moving mechanism 38 includes a door frame 381, a first glass door 382, a second glass door 383 and a waterproof assembly 384, the door frame 381 includes an upper sliding rail 385 fixed to the top plate 21, a lower sliding rail 386 fixed to the bottom plate 112 and located right below the upper sliding rail 385, a right frame 387 connected to one side of the first wall plate 331 far from the third wall plate 333, and a left frame 388 connected to one side of the second wall plate 332 far from the third wall plate 333, second waterproof rubber strips 389 are respectively disposed between the right frame 387 and the third wall plate 333 and between the left frame 388 and the second wall plate 332, a first upper sliding groove 3851 and a second upper sliding groove 3852 are disposed at the bottom of the upper sliding rail 385, a first lower sliding groove 3861 and a second lower sliding groove 3862 are disposed at the top of the lower sliding rail 386, the first lower sliding groove 3861 is located right sliding groove 3851, the second lower chute 3862 is located right below the second upper chute 3852, the top and the bottom of the first glass door 382 are respectively and slidably mounted to the first upper chute 3851 and the first lower chute 3861 through a pulley 390, the top and the bottom of the second glass door 383 are also respectively and slidably mounted to the second upper chute 3852 and the second lower chute 3862 through a pulley 390, both the first glass door 382 and the second glass door 383 are provided with handles, the waterproof assembly 384 includes a third waterproof adhesive tape 3841 connected to one side of the first glass door 382 facing the second glass door 383 and a fourth waterproof adhesive tape 3842 fixed to the second glass door 383 and attached to the third waterproof adhesive tape 3841, a side of the third waterproof adhesive tape 3841 facing the fourth waterproof adhesive tape 3842 is a first inclined plane, a side of the fourth waterproof adhesive tape 3842 facing the third waterproof adhesive tape 3841 is a second inclined plane, the first inclined plane is parallel to the second inclined plane, and the first inclined plane is provided with a first sawtooth 3843, the second inclined plane is provided with second saw teeth 3844 which are meshed with the first saw teeth 3843, so that water in the assembled shower room 1 can be prevented from seeping through a gap between the first glass door 382 and the second glass door 383 or a gap between the third waterproof rubber strip 3841 and the fourth waterproof rubber strip 3842, and the waterproof performance of the assembled shower room 1 is improved.
The left frame 388 and the right frame 387 are both of a hollow structure, the other two adjacent corners of the bottom plate 112 and the top plate 21 are provided with a limiting column 40 which is inserted into the left frame 388 and the right frame 387 to limit the left frame 388, the right frame 387 is provided with a first right groove 3871 and a second right groove 3872 towards one side of the left frame 388, the left frame 388 is provided with a first left groove 3881 and a second left groove 3882 towards one side of the right frame 387, the first right groove 3871 is just opposite to the first left groove 3881, the second right groove 3872 is just opposite to the second left groove 3882, the first left groove 3881 and the first right groove 3871 are used for inserting two opposite side parts of the first glass door 382, the second left groove 3882 and the second right groove 3872 are used for inserting two opposite side parts of the second glass door 383, the first glass door 382 is provided with a first magnetic part which faces two sides of the first left groove 3881 and the first right groove 3871 and the second glass door 383 faces two sides of the second left groove 3882 and the second groove 391, a second magnetic part 392 which is just opposite to the first magnetic part 391 is arranged in the first left groove 3881, the first right groove 3871, the second left groove 3882 and the second right groove 3872, the first magnetic part 391 and the second magnetic part 392 attract each other, a fifth waterproof rubber strip 393 which is used for being attached to the inner side and the outer side of the first glass door 382 is arranged on two opposite groove walls of the first left groove 3881 and the first right groove 3871, similarly, a fifth waterproof rubber strip 393 which is used for being attached to the inner side and the outer side of the second glass door 383 is also arranged on two opposite groove walls of the second left groove 3882 and the second right groove 3872, when the glass door is inserted into a groove on a frame, water can be prevented from seeping out from a gap between the glass door and the groove, and the waterproof performance of the assembled shower room 1 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 11, and 16-18, as a modified form of this embodiment, the frame 30 further includes a third card insert 50, where the third card insert 50 is disposed outside the first wall plate 331, outside the second wall plate 332, and outside the third wall plate 333, the first wall plate 331, the third wall plate 333, the third card insert 50 mounted on the first wall plate 331 and attached to the first upright post 36, and the third card insert 50 mounted on the third wall plate 333 and attached to the first upright post 36 enclose a first installation slot 54 for the first upright post 36 to pass through, and the second wall plate 332, the third wall plate 333, the third card insert 50 mounted on the second wall plate 332 and attached to the second upright post 37, and the third card insert 50 mounted on the third wall plate 333 and attached to the second upright post 37 enclose a second installation slot 55 for the second upright post 37 to pass through.
In this embodiment, the third card insertion member 50 is disposed on two opposite side portions of the first wall plate 331, the second wall plate 332 and the third wall plate 333, the structure of the third card insertion member 50 is the same as that of the first card insertion member 34 and is substantially in a "Z" shape, the third card insertion member 50 includes a first connection plate 51, a second connection plate 52 and a third connection plate 53 connecting the first connection plate 51 and the second connection plate 52, the first connection plate 51 is fixed on the outer side of the wall plate mechanism 33, the second connection plate 52 and the first connection plate 51 are horizontally offset and parallel to each other, the structure of the first upright post 36 is the same as that of the second upright post 37 in this embodiment, and the first upright post 36 is taken as an example to be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, the first upright post 36 is a hexagonal prism including a first sidewall 362 disposed opposite to and spaced apart from a third wall plate 333, a second sidewall 363 perpendicularly connected to a side of the first sidewall 362 facing the first wall plate 331 and extending toward the first wall plate 331, a third sidewall 364 extending obliquely from a side of the second sidewall 363 away from the first sidewall 362 and facing the third wall plate 333, a fourth sidewall 365 extending obliquely from a side of the third sidewall 364 away from the second sidewall 363 and facing away from the first wall plate 331, a fifth sidewall 366 extending obliquely from a side of the fourth sidewall 365 away from the third sidewall 364 and facing away from the third wall plate 333, and a sixth sidewall 367 perpendicularly connected between the fifth sidewall 366 and the first sidewall 362, wherein the first sidewall 362 and the second sidewall 363 are respectively attached to the second connecting plate 52 and the third connecting plate 53 of the third card connector 50 on the first wall plate 331, the third sidewall 364 and the fourth sidewall 365 are respectively attached to two adjacent side surfaces of the first wall plate 331 and the third wall plate 333, the fifth and sixth side walls 366 and 367 respectively engage the third and second connector plates 53 and 52 of the third card insert 50 of the third wall 333.
As an improvement of this embodiment, the shower room 1 further includes a shower mechanism 60, the shower mechanism 60 includes a shower head assembly, a valve assembly for controlling the shower head assembly, and a control panel for controlling the opening and closing of the valve assembly, the valve assembly is mounted on the top of the ceiling mechanism 20, the ceiling mechanism 20 is provided with a through hole for passing a water supply pipe, and the control panel is mounted on the inner side of the frame 30.

Specifically, the installation process of the assembled shower room 1 is as follows:
firstly, determining the installation position of the chassis 11 and then the support member 121 according to the size of the assembled shower room 1, fixing the support member 121 to the ground by expansion bolts, aligning the screw 1213 with the second screw hole 1226 of the bracket 122, inserting a tool into the cross recess 1217 at the top end of the screw 1213, rotating the screw 1213 to move the bracket 122 downward, adjusting each support member 121 to keep the bracket 122 in a horizontal state, installing the mounting seat 132 of the floor drain 13 on the bracket 122 and fixing by a nut, connecting the drain pipe 14 with the tapered section 1324, aligning the first snap fastener 1122 on the bottom plate 112 with the second snap fastener 1222 on the bracket 122, pushing the chassis 11 to insert the first card insert 1125 into the fourth card insert 1223, inserting the second card insert 1225 into the third card insert 1123, and installing the floor drain core 131 with the balance shaft 134 and the valve plate 135 on the bottom plate 112, the floor drain core 131 is connected with the mounting seat 132 by screw threads, and then the filter 133 is mounted on the floor drain core 131, so that the chassis mechanism 10 can be mounted; the first upper convex column 23 and the first lower convex column 114 are inserted into the first connecting hole 361, the second upper convex column 24 and the second lower convex column 115 are inserted into the second connecting hole, the limiting column 40 is inserted into the left frame 388 and the right frame 387, so that the ceiling mechanism 20, the chassis mechanism 10, the first upright post 36, the second upright post 37, the left frame 388 and the right frame 387 are assembled together, then the first wall plate 331, the second wall plate 332 and the third wall plate 333 are installed, the top of each wall plate is inserted into the upper groove 211 on the top plate 21, the side edge 22 of the ceiling mechanism 20 is inserted into the first slot 31, the bottom of each wall plate is inserted into the groove 111 on the bottom plate 112, the water retaining edge 113 is inserted into the second slot 32, the upper slide rail 385 and the lower slide rail 386 are fixed to the top plate 21 and the bottom in a factory, therefore, only the first glass door 382 and the second glass door 383 need to be slidably installed between the upper slide rail 385 and the lower slide rail 386 during site construction, finally, the shower mechanism 60 is installed, and then the installation of the assembled shower room 1 can be completed.

Claims (10)

1. The assembled shower room is characterized by comprising a chassis mechanism used for being mounted on the ground, a ceiling mechanism arranged opposite to the chassis mechanism at intervals, and a frame body arranged between the chassis mechanism and the ceiling mechanism in a surrounding mode, wherein the frame body is provided with a first clamping groove used for being in clamping fit with the ceiling mechanism and a second clamping groove used for being in clamping fit with the chassis mechanism.
2. The fabricated shower room according to claim 1, wherein the frame body comprises a wall plate mechanism and a first card insertion piece, the first card insertion piece comprises a first vertical plate connected to the outer side of the wall plate mechanism, a first transverse plate with one end connected with the first vertical plate and extending in a direction away from the wall plate mechanism, and a second vertical plate connected with the other end of the first transverse plate and extending upwards, and the second vertical plate, the first transverse plate and the wall plate mechanism enclose to form the first card slot.
3. The fabricated shower enclosure of claim 2, wherein the ceiling mechanism includes a top plate and side edges surrounding edges of the top plate and inserted into the first slots, and an upper groove is recessed in a bottom of the top plate for insertion of a top of the wall mechanism.

The fabricated shower room as claimed in claim 2, wherein the frame body further comprises a second card insertion member, the second card insertion member comprises a third vertical plate connected to the outer side of the wall plate mechanism, a second horizontal plate with one end connected to the third vertical plate and extending in a direction away from the wall plate mechanism, and a fourth vertical plate connected to the other end of the second horizontal plate and extending downward, and the fourth vertical plate, the second horizontal plate and the wall plate mechanism enclose to form the second card slot.

The fitted shower enclosure of claim 4, wherein the chassis mechanism includes a chassis and a support assembly for mounting to the floor to support the chassis, the chassis being snap-fit to the second card slot and the chassis being recessed with a lower groove into which the bottom of the wall plate mechanism is inserted.
6. The shower enclosure as claimed in claim 5 wherein the tray includes a floor and a water retaining rim surrounding an edge of the floor and extending upwardly into the second slot, the lower slot being defined in the water retaining rim, the support assembly including a support member for mounting to the floor and a bracket connected to the support member, the bracket being snap-fit to the floor.

The shower cubicle of claim 6, wherein the base plate comprises a base plate body and a first latch protruding from the bottom of the base plate body, the bracket comprises a bracket body and a second latch protruding from the top of the bracket body, the first latch and the base plate body enclose a third slot into which the second latch is inserted, and the second latch and the bracket body enclose a fourth slot into which the first latch is inserted.

The prefabricated shower enclosure of claim 4, wherein the wall panel mechanism comprises a first wall panel, a second wall panel disposed opposite to and spaced apart from the first wall panel, and a third wall panel disposed between the first wall panel and the second wall panel, the first wall panel, the second wall panel, and the third wall panel are provided at outer sides thereof with the first and second snap-in units, the frame body further comprises a first column penetrating a first connection hole and a second column penetrating a second connection hole, the ceiling mechanism comprises a first upper protrusion inserted into the first connection hole from a top portion and a second upper protrusion inserted into the second connection hole from a top portion, the floor mechanism comprises a first lower protrusion inserted into the first connection hole from a bottom portion and a second lower protrusion inserted into a second connection hole from a bottom portion, two adjacent side surfaces of the first column are connected to the first wall panel and the third wall panel, respectively, and two adjacent side surfaces of the second upright post are respectively connected with the second wallboard and the third wallboard.
