技术领域
本发明涉及牛皮纸及其加工设备技术领域,特别涉及一种耐磨型牛皮纸及其生产用表面喷淋装置。
背景技术
牛皮卡纸比一般箱纸板更为坚韧、挺实,有极高的抗压强度、耐戳穿强度与耐折度,具有防潮性能好、外观质量好等特点,主要用于制造外贸包装纸箱及国内高档商品包装纸箱;通过回收废纸进行回收利用,制造成牛皮卡纸,称之为再生牛皮卡纸,也称牛皮纸。
目前市场上牛皮卡纸的耐磨性能较差,牛皮纸本身的材质难以满足较高的耐磨要求,主要原因为喷淋工艺中,容易夹杂较多杂质,且喷淋不均匀,导致整体耐磨性能差,因此,现有技术常常需要对牛皮纸进行喷淋处理,以除去其表面污渍、残渣或对其进行加湿处理;但现有的喷淋装置,普遍存在喷淋不均、效率低下的缺点,且喷淋用水易造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨型牛皮纸及其生产用表面喷淋装置,其结构设计简洁合理,运行稳定可靠;能快速高效、均匀的对牛皮纸表面进行喷淋工艺,并利于节水。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种耐磨型牛皮纸,包括牛皮纸本体、金刚砂层及粘设于牛皮纸本体上下表面的薄膜层;金刚砂层通过喷砂工艺喷涂至牛皮纸本体的上下表面,金刚砂层的覆盖面积占牛皮纸本体的面积的30%-40%,所述薄膜层为超高分子量聚乙烯薄膜。
所述金刚砂层喷涂于牛皮纸本体的边角及中间区域,薄膜层通过粘胶粘接于牛皮纸本体的非金刚砂层区域。
一种耐磨型牛皮纸生产用表面喷淋装置,包括机架、喷淋室、送料机构、污水收集斗、喷枪组件、过滤水循环组件;
所述机架水平设置,其中部架设有水平设置送料机构,其底部固设有污水收集斗,污水收集斗的底部连接过滤水循环组件;
所述机架上表面架设有喷淋室,所述喷淋室为中部设有内腔的壳罩;
所述喷淋室内设有喷枪组件,喷枪组件设于送料机构的上方;
所述喷枪组件包括若干喷枪、喷枪固定杆、转杆、轴承座、摆杆、连杆、凸轮转盘、减速电机;所述转杆水平设置,其左右两端分别穿设于轴承座内,轴承座固设于喷淋室的侧板之上;所述转杆为若干根,从前至后平行成间隔设置;所述转杆外壁套设有若干根喷枪固定杆,喷枪固定杆的底端固设有喷枪;
所述转杆外壁还套设有摆杆,摆杆的另一端铰接连杆的一端,连杆的另一端铰接于凸轮转盘的边缘之上;所述凸轮转盘的中心固设于减速电机的输出轴上。通过减速电机带动凸轮转盘旋转,在凸轮转盘、连杆构成的凸轮机构推动下,实现喷枪固定杆的前后摆动,进而实现喷枪的前后摆动,使得喷射出的水流能更均匀的接触牛皮纸的表面。
所述过滤水循环组件包括集水管、过滤板、水泵、水管、储水箱;所述集水管内部设有过滤板,过滤板将集水管内腔分隔成两个腔室,分别为污水室和净水室,净水室内设有水泵;所述过滤板上设有若干微孔,可供水流渗透浸出,并可过滤出砂粒和粉尘。所述集水管设于集水斗下方,并与集水斗底部连通。
为使污水回收循环使用,通过污水收集斗、过滤水循环组件将污水过滤后重新流进喷枪组件进行喷淋使用;
所述水泵通过水管连接储水箱;优选的,其还包括管架,所述水管穿设于管架之内;
所述储水箱底部设有若干根分水管,分水管与喷枪连接。
所述耐磨型牛皮纸铺设于送料机构上表面,向右输送进给;
优选的,所述喷淋室上还设有若干舱门和可视窗。
所述送料机构包括输送皮带、送料电机、主动转轴、从动转轴;输送皮带左右两端分别套设于从动转轴、主动转轴之上,主动转轴连接送料电机输出轴。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的牛皮纸通过配置在牛皮纸本体上薄膜层,能够有效增强其耐磨性能,特别是利用其薄膜的粘附性能,还能具备一定的防水能力,而且,由于将金刚砂层占30%-40%表面积的方式喷涂在牛皮纸本体上下表面如此,牛皮纸本体表面将形成较强的耐磨层,结合薄膜层的设置,使其既能粘附,又不被金刚砂层影响,两者共同作用实现良好的耐磨性能。
本发明的喷淋装置,配置喷枪、摆杆、凸轮转盘,结合其对应的动力机构,使喷淋时,喷枪能够前后摆动,且该摆动更为规律性,能够较为均匀地对牛皮纸表面形成均匀的喷淋,其动作更高效、稳定,更关键是,所配置过滤水循环组件,能够循环利用水资源,而又不影响喷枪喷淋,使其结构设计更加简洁合理,运行稳定可靠,避免水资源浪费,利于节能环保。

如图1至所示,一种耐磨型牛皮纸,包括牛皮纸本体100、金刚砂层200及粘设于牛皮纸本体上下表面的薄膜层300;金刚砂层200通过喷砂工艺喷涂至牛皮纸本体100的上下表面,金刚砂层200的覆盖面积占牛皮纸本体100的面积的30%-40%,所述薄膜层300为超高分子量聚乙烯薄膜。金刚砂层200喷涂于牛皮纸本体100的边角及中间区域,薄膜层300通过粘胶粘接于牛皮纸本体100的非金刚砂层区域。由于将金刚砂层占30%-40%表面积的方式喷涂在牛皮纸本体上下表面如此,牛皮纸本体表面将形成较强的耐磨层,结合薄膜层的设置,使其既能粘附,又不被金刚砂层影响,两者共同作用实现良好的耐磨性能。

本实施例中,作为优选的,所述过滤水循环组件6包括集水管61、过滤板62、水泵63、水管64、储水箱65;所述集水管61内部设有过滤板62,过滤板62将集水管61内腔分隔成两个腔室,分别为污水室和净水室,净水室内设有水泵63;所述过滤板62上设有若干微孔,可供水流渗透浸出,并可过滤出砂粒和粉尘。所述集水管61设于污水收集斗4下方,并与污水收集斗4底部连通。

6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨型牛皮纸生产用表面喷淋装置,其特征在于:所述送料机构包括输送皮带、送料电机、主动转轴、从动转轴;输送皮带左右两端分别套设于从动转轴、主动转轴之上,主动转轴连接送料电机输出轴。
