针织面料是指利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编和经编,经编是用多根纱线同时沿布面的纵向(经向)顺序成圈,纬编用一根或多根纱线沿布面的横向(纬线)顺序成圈。针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱,针织面料具有较好的弹性,吸湿透气,舒适保暖,是服装使用最广泛的面料,针织面料的原料主要是棉麻丝毛等天然纤维,也有锦纶,腈纶,涤纶等化学纤维针织物组织变化丰富,品种繁多,外观别具特点,过去多用于内衣,T恤等,而今,随着针织业的发展以及新型整理工艺的诞生,针织物的适用性能大为改观,几乎适用于服装的所有品类。现有的针织面料尺寸稳定性较差,在进行一定周期的使用后,利用针织面料加工制成的服装容易产生形变,现有针织面料在生产过程中常用包芯纱做为原料,常用的氨纶包芯纱具有优良的弹性及较好的弹性耐久性,但是现有的氨纶包芯纱以棉质纱线做为外层包覆纱,使得现有的针织面料在功能上不具有抗紫外功能,现有的针织面料抗菌性能较差,在穿着使用的过程中,容易引起细菌滋生繁殖,降低针织服装穿过的健康性和舒适性,现有的针织面料生产方法繁琐且织造效率较低,针织面料的生产成本较高,难以满足规模化生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料及其生产方法,本发明的针织面料尺寸稳定、质地蓬松厚实,手感柔软舒适,具有优良的抗紫外功能,本发明针织面料的生产方法简单且节能环保,能够实现产业化大规模的生产加工。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,它包含三层结构,抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的三层结构为抗紫外层、毛圈连接中层和抗菌内层,所述抗紫外层和抗菌内层分别编织贴合于毛圈连接中层的两侧,所述抗紫外层由咖啡碳包芯纱与真丝纱线采用纬编双面针织机织造加工而成,所述毛圈连接中层由阳离子聚酯纤维长丝与聚酯纤维长丝的复合丝构成,所述阳离子聚酯纤维长丝与聚酯纤维长丝之间通过低网络点连接,所述抗菌内层采用棉质纱线与汉麻抗菌纱线织造加工而成。
进一步地,所述抗紫外层的线圈长度为2.6mm,毛圈连接中层的线圈长度为2.4mm,抗菌内层的线圈长度为2.8mm,所述抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的单位面积重量为245克/平方米。

(2)将完成织造加工的针织面料坯布进行前处理去油加工,将坯布置于含2-5g/L净洗剂、4~5g/L的液碱、4~6g/L的双氧水、1.2-1.5g/L的双氧水稳定剂、0 .4~ 0 .6g/L的碱性匀染剂及0 .8~1.0g/L的精炼酶的处理液中,在120~130℃温度下处理25~30min;
(3)将完成前处理去油加工的针织面料坯布进行清洗加工,将完成步骤(2)工序的针织面料坯布置于含0.3-0.8g/L平滑柔软剂、3~5g/L的液碱和1.2~1.5g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在55℃~70℃温度下进行清洗15~25min,再将针织面料坯布置于含1.5-2.0g/L的净洗剂和2.0-3.0g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在40℃温度下中和处理8~10min;
(4)将完成清洗加工的针织面料坯布进行烘干加工,将完成步骤(3)工序的针织面料坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120~125℃,机速为15~20m/ min;
(5)将完成烘干加工的针织面料坯布进行定型加工,将完成步骤(4)工序的针织面料坯布利用定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的轧液率在70%-90%、压辊压力在2Kpa-5KPa、烘箱温度在100℃-130℃、速度在15 m/min-35 m/min。

本发明的抗紫外层的咖啡碳包芯纱包括芯层纱线和外层纱线,外层纱线紧致的包覆卷绕于芯层纱线外侧,芯层纱线为由弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝组成,弹性涤纶纤维与氨纶丝的质量百分比为35%:65%,外层纱线为咖啡碳纱线,咖啡碳纱线的细度为24tex-26tex。本发明的抗紫外层的咖啡碳包芯纱的生产方法包括如下步骤:首先,将弹性涤纶纤维与氨纶丝进行加捻卷曲制成芯层纱线,并将芯层纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,被浆料包覆的芯层纱线再卷绕到经轴上,然后,将经轴上的芯层纱线经棉纺细纱机的包芯纱装置喂入前罗拉钳口,最后,将咖啡碳纱线经棉纺细纱机的喇叭口喂入后罗拉,而后经棉纺细纱机的中罗拉和前罗拉的牵伸作用将咖啡碳纱线输出到棉纺细纱机的前罗拉钳口处,咖啡碳纱线在棉纺细纱机的前罗拉钳口处对芯层纱线进行卷绕包覆。本发明的芯层纱线在利用浆纱机进行上浆的过程中,浆纱机内的上浆浆料为磷酸酯淀粉浆和高性能淀粉浆的组合浆料,组合浆料包含下述重量份的原料:磷酸酯淀粉浆25份-75份,高性能淀粉浆25份-75份,丙烯3份-5份,蜡片2份-4份。
本发明的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的生产方法,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)利用双面针织大圆机将抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料进行织造;
(2)将完成织造加工的针织面料坯布进行前处理去油加工,将坯布置于含2-5g/L净洗剂、4~5g/L的液碱、4~6g/L的双氧水、1.2-1.5g/L的双氧水稳定剂、0 .4~ 0 .6g/L的碱性匀染剂及0 .8~1.0g/L的精炼酶的处理液中,在120~130℃温度下处理25~30min;
(3)将完成前处理去油加工的针织面料坯布进行清洗加工,将完成步骤(2)工序的针织面料坯布置于含0.3-0.8g/L平滑柔软剂、3~5g/L的液碱和1.2~1.5g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在55℃~70℃温度下进行清洗15~25min,再将针织面料坯布置于含1.5-2.0g/L的净洗剂和2.0-3.0g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在40℃温度下中和处理8~10min;
(4)将完成清洗加工的针织面料坯布进行烘干加工,将完成步骤(3)工序的针织面料坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120~125℃,机速为15~20m/ min;
(5)将完成烘干加工的针织面料坯布进行定型加工,将完成步骤(4)工序的针织面料坯布利用定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的轧液率在70%-90%、压辊压力在2Kpa-5KPa、烘箱温度在100℃-130℃、速度在15 m/min-35 m/min。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料为三层结构,抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的三层结构为抗紫外层、毛圈连接中层和抗菌内层,所述抗紫外层和抗菌内层分别编织贴合于毛圈连接中层的两侧,所述抗紫外层由咖啡碳包芯纱与真丝纱线采用纬编双面针织机织造加工而成,所述毛圈连接中层由阳离子聚酯纤维长丝与聚酯纤维长丝的复合丝构成,所述阳离子聚酯纤维长丝与聚酯纤维长丝之间通过低网络点连接,所述抗菌内层采用棉质纱线与汉麻抗菌纱线织造加工而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外层的线圈长度为2.6mm,毛圈连接中层的线圈长度为2.4mm,抗菌内层的线圈长度为2.8mm,所述抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的单位面积重量为245克/平方米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外层织造所采用的纬编双面针织机型号为机号E24筒径34英寸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述毛圈连接中层的阳离子聚酯纤维长丝和聚酯纤维长丝的细度为14tex-18tex,所述阳离子聚酯纤维长丝和聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为150D-200D。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌内层的棉质纱线采用JC40S棉纱,棉质纱线的线长为25cm-27cm/100G,所述抗菌内层的汉麻抗菌纱线的细度为20tex-22tex。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外层的咖啡碳包芯纱包括芯层纱线和外层纱线,外层纱线紧致的包覆卷绕于芯层纱线外侧,所述芯层纱线为由弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝组成,弹性涤纶纤维与氨纶丝的质量百分比为35%:65%,所述外层纱线为咖啡碳纱线,咖啡碳纱线的细度为24tex-26tex。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外层的咖啡碳包芯纱的生产方法包括如下步骤:首先,将弹性涤纶纤维与氨纶丝进行加捻卷曲制成芯层纱线,并将芯层纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,被浆料包覆的芯层纱线再卷绕到经轴上,然后,将经轴上的芯层纱线经棉纺细纱机的包芯纱装置喂入前罗拉钳口,最后,将咖啡碳纱线经棉纺细纱机的喇叭口喂入后罗拉,而后经棉纺细纱机的中罗拉和前罗拉的牵伸作用将咖啡碳纱线输出到棉纺细纱机的前罗拉钳口处,咖啡碳纱线在棉纺细纱机的前罗拉钳口处对芯层纱线进行卷绕包覆。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料,其特征在于:所述芯层纱线在利用浆纱机进行上浆的过程中,浆纱机内的上浆浆料为磷酸酯淀粉浆和高性能淀粉浆的组合浆料,所述组合浆料包含下述重量份的原料:磷酸酯淀粉浆25份-75份,高性能淀粉浆25份-75份,丙烯3份-5份,蜡片2份-4份。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料的生产方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)利用双面针织大圆机将抗紫外咖啡碳包芯纱针织面料进行织造;
(2)将完成织造加工的针织面料坯布进行前处理去油加工,将坯布置于含2-5g/L净洗剂、4~5g/L的液碱、4~6g/L的双氧水、1.2-1.5g/L的双氧水稳定剂、0 .4~ 0 .6g/L的碱性匀染剂及0 .8~1.0g/L的精炼酶的处理液中,在120~130℃温度下处理25~30min;
(3)将完成前处理去油加工的针织面料坯布进行清洗加工,将完成步骤(2)工序的针织面料坯布置于含0.3-0.8g/L平滑柔软剂、3~5g/L的液碱和1.2~1.5g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在55℃~70℃温度下进行清洗15~25min,再将针织面料坯布置于含1.5-2.0g/L的净洗剂和2.0-3.0g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在40℃温度下中和处理8~10min;
(4)将完成清洗加工的针织面料坯布进行烘干加工,将完成步骤(3)工序的针织面料坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120~125℃,机速为15~20m/ min;
(5)将完成烘干加工的针织面料坯布进行定型加工,将完成步骤(4)工序的针织面料坯布利用定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的轧液率在70%-90%、压辊压力在2Kpa-5KPa、烘箱温度在100℃-130℃、速度在15 m/min-35 m/min。
