An air pressure sensor 10 is arranged at an air outlet of the fan 9, so that the overload condition of the fan 9 and a pipeline can be monitored, and if the overload condition occurs, whether the pipeline is blocked or not is firstly checked, so that the overload is caused; secondly, whether the fan 9 is blocked is checked, whether the resistance of the fan 9 is normal or not and whether the power supply voltage is normal or not is measured, whether the contactor and the thermal relay are normal or not is checked, and finally whether the exhaust valve and the selection valve of the fan 9 are normal or not is checked.
