本发明公开了一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,属于包装箱材料制备技术领域。本发明循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板由预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层形成;预浸料由粉末状环氧树脂组合物热熔浸渍增强材料制得;PP蜂窝芯材是双面覆无纺布的PP蜂窝芯。本发明提供的循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,防水防潮,绿色环保,力学性能优良,用本发明材料制备的包装箱强度高,重量轻,能对内装产品提供较好保护,且能多次循环使用降低包装成本。

本发明属于包装箱材料制备技术领域,具体为一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂窝芯是由PP等材料根据蜂窝的仿生原理加工而成的新型结构材料,可以和不同的面材如碳纤维板、木纹板、铝板、不锈钢板、大理石板、橡胶板等进行复合,可以大规模替代传统材料,广泛应用于厢式货车、高铁、航空航天、游艇、家居、移动建筑等领域。
目前面材与蜂窝芯材主要通过胶水粘合,或采用胶膜、玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料等在高温如190~230℃进行热熔粘合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,同时满足产品周转过程中对防护的要求。本发明的PP蜂窝板材料制成的包装箱,强度高、对内装物保护性更佳,且具有可循环周转使用的便利性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,其特征在于,循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板包括预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层。
所述的循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一:粉末状环氧树脂组合物制备。将原材料加入高速混合机中搅拌混合1~10 min,然后送入挤出机中60~110℃熔融挤出,经压片机冷却粗破碎后,送入ACM磨中细粉碎,经旋风分离器筛分得到粉末状环氧树脂组合物。
步骤二:预浸料制备。通过撒粉器将粉末状环氧树脂组合物均匀的撒粉至增强材料上,然后在60~130℃受热熔融,在辊压作用下浸渍增强材料,经过冷却段冷却收卷后即得预浸料卷。
步骤三:模压成型。将预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层叠合后,铺放在模具中,采用模压成型方法制备得到所述循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,模压成型方法中,成型温度为100~160℃,成型时间为2~15 min,成型压力为0.1~10 MPa。
上述技术方案中,优选的技术方案,所述的粉末状环氧树脂组合物是由环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂和助剂组成。
优选的技术方案,所述的预浸料由增强材料和本发明上述的粉末状环氧树脂组合物组成。
所述预浸料100重量份为基准,所述粉末状环氧树脂组合物的含量为30~80wt%。
所述增强材料为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、玄武岩纤维、竹纤维或麻纤维中的一种或多种。
优选的技术方案,所述PP蜂窝芯材是双面覆无纺布的PP蜂窝芯,无纺布克重为10~100 g/m2。
所述的PP蜂窝芯厚度为2~20 mm,孔径为2~12 mm。
优选的技术方案,所述的PP蜂窝板由本发明上述的的预浸料上下面层和本发明上述的PP蜂窝芯材通过模压成型工艺制备。
本发明将蜂窝芯作为循环包装箱芯材,然后搭配预浸料上下面层,在中温100~160℃进行快速模压成型,克服现有技术使用胶水,或成型温度高的缺点。本发明制备的循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板轻质高强、防水防潮,可进一步制成循环包装箱,可满足不同行业对包装箱内装产品的防护要求,并可替代纸箱、塑料箱等传统包装箱。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限定。
【实施例1】
本发明提供了一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,该循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:粉末状环氧树脂组合物制备。
将环氧树脂组合物原材料加入高速混合机中搅拌混合1~10min,然后送入挤出机中60~110℃熔融挤出,经压片机冷却粗破碎后,送入ACM磨中细粉碎,经旋风分离器筛分得到粉末状环氧树脂组合物。
步骤二:预浸料制备。
增强材料为无碱斜纹玻璃纤维布,克重300 g/m2。预浸料以100重量份为基准,粉末状环氧树脂组合物含量为30~80wt%。
通过撒粉器将粉末状环氧树脂组合物均匀的撒粉至增强材料上,然后在60~130℃受热熔融,在辊压作用下浸渍增强材料,经过冷却段冷却收卷后即得预浸料卷。
步骤三:模压成型。
PP蜂窝芯材所覆无纺布为40 g/m2,厚度为6 mm,孔径为8 mm。
将预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层叠合后,铺放在模具中,采用模压成型方法制备得到循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板-1,模压成型方法中,成型温度为100~160℃,成型时间为2~15 min,成型压力为0.1~10 MPa。
【实施例2】
本发明提供了一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,该循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:粉末状环氧树脂组合物制备。
将环氧树脂组合物原材料加入高速混合机中搅拌混合1~10 min,然后送入挤出机中60~110℃熔融挤出,经压片机冷却粗破碎后,送入ACM磨中细粉碎,经旋风分离器筛分得到粉末状环氧树脂组合物。

通过撒粉器将粉末状环氧树脂组合物均匀的撒粉至增强材料上,然后在60~130℃受热熔融,在辊压作用下浸渍增强材料,经过冷却段冷却收卷后即得预浸料卷。
步骤三:模压成型。
PP蜂窝芯材所覆无纺布为60 g/m2,厚度为15 mm,孔径为12 mm。
将预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层叠合后,铺放在模具中,采用模压成型方法制备得到循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板-2,模压成型方法中,成型温度为100~160℃,成型时间为2~15 min,成型压力为0.1~10 MPa。
【实施例3】
本发明提供了一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,该循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:粉末状环氧树脂组合物制备。

将预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层叠合后,铺放在模具中,采用模压成型方法制备得到循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板-3,模压成型方法中,成型温度为100~160℃,成型时间为2~15 min,成型压力为0.1~10 MPa。
综合以上实施例,该循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板强度高,对内装物保护性更佳,具有可循环周转使用的便利性,使用寿命较长,具有良好的社会经济效益。

步骤一,粉末状环氧树脂组合物制备:将原材料加入高速混合机中搅拌混合1~10 min,然后送入挤出机中60~110℃熔融挤出,经压片机冷却粗破碎后,送入ACM磨中细粉碎,经旋风分离器筛分得到粉末状环氧树脂组合物;
步骤二,预浸料制备:通过撒粉器将粉末状环氧树脂组合物均匀的撒粉至增强材料上,然后在60~130℃受热熔融,在辊压作用下浸渍增强材料,经过冷却段冷却收卷后即得预浸料卷;
步骤三,模压成型:将预浸料上下面层和PP蜂窝芯材里层叠合后,铺放在模具中,采用模压成型方法制备得到所述循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板,模压成型方法中,成型温度为100~160℃,成型时间为2~15 min,成型压力为0.1~10 MPa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的粉末状环氧树脂组合物是由环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂和助剂组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的预浸料由增强材料和如权利要求2所述的粉末状环氧树脂组合物组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,以所述预浸料100重量份为基准,所述粉末状环氧树脂组合物的含量为30~80wt%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述增强材料为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、玄武岩纤维、竹纤维或麻纤维中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述PP蜂窝芯材是双面覆无纺布的PP蜂窝芯,无纺布克重为10~100 g/m2。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的PP蜂窝芯厚度为2~20 mm,孔径为2~12 mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环包装箱用PP蜂窝板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的PP蜂窝板由权利要求3~5中任意一项所述的预浸料上下面层和权利要求6~7中任一项所述的PP蜂窝芯材通过模压成型工艺制备。
