The end cover 3 is correspondingly arranged at the first end part of the shaft body 1 and is connected with the cylinder body 1. The connecting flange 4 is correspondingly arranged at the second end part of the shaft body 1, the first end face of the connecting flange 4 is connected with the cylinder body 1, and the second end face of the connecting flange 4 is connected with the packing sealing component arranged on the periphery of the second end part of the shaft body 1. The mechanical seal assembly 6 is arranged at the periphery of the shaft body 1 and located inside the cylinder body 2, and is adjacent to the packing seal assembly. The stuffing box 52 is of a cylindrical structure, a sealing stuffing 521 is arranged in the stuffing box 52, the stuffing box 52 is sleeved on the periphery of the shaft sleeve 51 and is fixedly connected with the second end face of the connecting flange 4 through bolts. The filler arranged in the filler box 52 effectively prevents the material from leaking, and the sealing effect is ensured. The end face of the shaft sleeve 51 is further provided with an annular groove, and a packing ring for collision avoidance is installed in the annular groove. The surface of the stuffing box 52 also begins with an annular groove and a packing ring 522 is installed in the annular groove for impact resistance.
As shown in fig. 2, the mechanical seal assembly 6 in the present embodiment employs a double mechanical seal. This mechanical seal subassembly 6 reaches sealed effect through the compressing tightly of rotating ring and quiet ring section, and wherein the rotating ring is connected with axis body 1, and quiet ring is connected with barrel 2. The moving ring and the static ring in the mechanical seal assembly 6 are made of materials which can bear the working temperature of 320 ℃ and are corrosion-resistant in the prior art. A mechanical seal cavity (a shown in fig. 2) is formed in the mechanical seal assembly 6 and the inner wall of the cylinder body, a mechanical seal liquid pipeline 61 is arranged on the cylinder wall of the cylinder body 1, the mechanical seal liquid pipeline 61 is provided with a liquid inlet pipeline and a liquid outlet pipeline, and the mechanical seal liquid pipeline is communicated with the mechanical seal cavity, so that the mechanical seal assembly 6 is cooled and lubricated.
As shown in fig. 1, a first set of bearing assemblies 81 is provided adjacent the mechanical seal assembly 6 and a second set of bearing assemblies 82 is provided adjacent the end cap 3, the bearing assemblies being positioned by the locating cylinders 9. The locating cylinder 9 is sleeved and fixed on the periphery of the shaft body 1, provides axial supporting force for the bearing and locates the positions of two groups of bearing assemblies, and the specific positions of the two groups of bearing assemblies are arranged to play a good supporting role for the shaft body 1. The structure of the horizontal-type structure equipment has natural gravity, the deflection of the shaft generated by the gravity can influence the work of the shaft, and when the transmission end 100 for the polymerization kettle of the embodiment is used in the horizontal-type polymerization kettle, the shaft body 1 is well supported due to the arrangement of the specific positions of the two groups of bearing assemblies, so that the influence caused by the deflection of the shaft generated by the gravity is overcome, and the normal work of a moving ring and a static ring in the mechanical sealing assembly 6 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, each set of bearing assembly includes a bearing seat installed between the outer circumferential wall of the shaft body 1 and the inner wall of the cylinder body 2 in a matching manner, and a bearing installed on the bearing seat correspondingly, each bearing seat is provided with an annular groove on the outer circumferential surface corresponding to the inner wall of the cylinder body 2, and the annular groove and the inner wall of the cylinder body 2 form a bearing seat cavity. As illustrated in fig. 3 for the bearing housings 811 and 812 of the first set of bearing assemblies 81, the bearing housing cavity formed between the bearing housing 811 and the inner wall of the cylinder 2 is shown as b in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cooling water pipeline 83 is disposed on the wall of the barrel 2, the cooling water pipeline 83 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the cooling water pipeline 83 is communicated with the two bearing seat cavities to cool the two bearing seats through the circulation of cooling water. In addition, an oil seal ring 84 is disposed between the bearing 812 and the mechanical seal assembly 6 to prevent bearing oil from entering the mechanical seal cavity.
The seal ring assembly 7 includes a plurality of seal rings 71 to 77 disposed at a plurality of positions inside the driving end 100 for the polymerizer as shown in FIG. 3, to achieve a sealing effect.
The drive end 100 in this embodiment is used in a horizontal polymerizer. The horizontal polymerizers are usually supported on a support frame (not shown) below. As shown in FIG. 4, two driving terminals 100 are used in the horizontal polymerizer, the driving terminal 100 located at the left position as shown in FIG. 4 is used as the main driving terminal, and the driving terminal 100 located at the right position as shown in FIG. 4 is used as the driven terminal. The first end connection transmission 200 of the axis body in the final drive end, the one end of agitating unit is connected to the second end of the axis body of final drive end, and the flange connection of final drive end is at the left side tip of cauldron body 300. The second end of the shaft body in the driven end is connected with the other end of the stirring device, and the connecting flange in the driven end is connected with the left end of the kettle body 300.
