Abstract
本发明涉及用于肠气排出的、直肠安装的装置。使用者舒适度的改善是基于以下事实,即用于无声地去除和收集肠气的装置采用中空的椭圆形壳体的形式来制造,其带有在椭圆形壳体的外表面上的、在近端和远端的、两个套环式凸起,在这些凸起之间存在与出口流体连通的窗口;在出口处存在止动件。窗口可由沿圆周位于套环式凸起之间的若干入口所组成;在远端的套环式凸起的外侧上存在排出槽。
Description
本实用新型涉及满足人类需求,特别是涉及一些直肠(rectally)安装的肠气排出装置。
最接近的解决方案是采用中空的椭圆形壳体的形式制造的“直肠探头”RU PM27488[1],其带有在壳体侧壁上的窗口,该窗口与位于椭圆形壳体的近端端面上的出口流体连通。
该解决方案的缺点是由于无法持续携带该装置所导致的功能低下。现有的装置仅能在医院中使用,并且需要专业人员的帮助。另一个缺点是使用患者无法控制气体从直肠的排出,这会导致其舒适度和生活质量的下降,特别是饮食限制。缺点还包括肠胃胀气时声音产生会增多,而这可能导致其他人感到不适。
所提出的本实用新型的技术效果是由于用户可活动性和舒适度的提高从而使得功能性被提高,同时消除了饮食限制以及改善了其他人的舒适度。
上述技术效果的实现是通过:一种用于去除和收集肠气的装置,该装置按照中空的椭圆形壳体的形式来制造,其带有在壳体侧壁上的窗口,该窗口与位于椭圆形壳体的近端(相对于出口而言)处的出口流体连通,该装置具有在椭圆形壳体的外表面上的、在近端和远端的、两个套环式凸起(缘)。与出口的孔流体连通的窗口位于所述凸起之间;在出口处存在止动件。
每个套环式凸起能够通过具有相邻底部的两个锥形表面来限制。远端的凸起具有截面呈椭圆形的底部,这提高了可制造性,并允许使用者控制肠胃胀气过程。
窗口可由沿圆周位于套环式凸起之间的若干入口所组成。在远端的套环式凸起的外侧上存在排出槽,这些排出槽有助于去除气体以及有助于使用者通过******的内部张力来调节气体排出。

6-排出槽;
7-***锁槽。
该装置的操作方式如下:用于去除和收集肠气的装置包括带有出口1的壳体,该出口1与窗口2流体连通,该窗口2位于(在相对于出口的孔的近端的)凸起3与远端的凸起4之间。在出口的区域中存在止动件5,该止动件5例如采用位于孔的相对侧面上的两个板的形式,所述两个板沿着垂直于孔的轴线的一个轴线。排出槽6位于远端的凸起上的、远离轴线(abaxially)的外侧。在近端的凸起内侧,在窗口与出口之间存在***锁(未示出)的槽7。
该装置被***使用者的***口中,锁被安装在臀瓣之间并防止该装置刺入直肠中。***包围近端和远端的凸起。使用者可部分地控制***的压力并调节肠胃胀气,并且气体从直肠流过排出槽6经窗口2进入出口1。
该设备允许安装***——产生声音效果的设备——以及排气管,在排气管的另一端上可安装气体收集器,其将进一步提高使用者和其他人的舒适度。
由于能够持续佩戴该装置,并且在其安装和使用过程中不需要专业人员的帮助,从而实现了以下技术效果:提高功能性、可移动性并由此扩展应用可能性。由于对肠胃胀气的更好控制,在肠胃胀气时较低的声音强度,这导致减少了对营养的限制,从而改善了生活质量,并由此实现了以下技术效果:提高使用者舒适度。使用者能够食用会引起肠气产生增加的食物,并且在紧急情况下,包括肠胃胀气以及会引起从肠道释放气体的情况(例如在飞机机舱内气压较低的飞行过程中)下,可以更加自信。通过改善可控性,降低在肠胃胀气时声音的强度,能够在胃肠道正常功能期间以及在肠胃胀气期间实现以下技术效果:增加其他人的舒适度。有可能将气体收集器连接到该装置,这将进一步增加在使用者周围的人的舒适度。
工业实用性。所要求保护的设计和技术方案可成功地用来制造用于去除和收集肠气的直肠安装的装置。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于去除和收集肠气的装置,其采用中空的椭圆形壳体的形式来制造,带有在所述壳体的侧壁上的窗口,所述窗口与位于所述椭圆形壳体的近端处的出口流体连通,其特征在于,存在位于所述椭圆形壳体的外表面上的、在近端和远端的、两个套环式凸起,在这些凸起之间存在与所述出口流体连通的窗口;在所述出口处存在止动件。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,每个套环式凸起通过具有相邻的底部的两个锥形表面来限制,并且远端的凸起具有截面呈椭圆形的底部。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述窗口由沿圆周位于所述套环式凸起之间的若干入口所组成;在远端的套环式凸起的外侧上存在排出槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述壳体内侧存在***或者用于产生各种声音的装置。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述壳体内侧存在***锁,其带有与用于去除和/或收集气体的管相连接的环。
