In this embodiment, on one hand, if the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is less than 0.05mm, and the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is too close, the lens 23 is likely to collide with the camera module 22 in the test process; on the other hand, if the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is greater than 0.2mm, the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is too long, which results in an oversize camera assembly 20; therefore, the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is within 0.05 mm-0.2 mm, so that the stress is not easy to damage during impact test and rolling test, and the size of the camera assembly 20 is moderate.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present application, the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is 0.1 mm.
In this embodiment, the distance H between the lens 23 and the camera module 22 is 0.1mm, so that the stress is not easily damaged during the impact test and the rolling test, and the volume of the camera module 20 is moderate.
In one embodiment of the present application, the hardness of the lens 23 is 7H or greater.
In this embodiment, it is ensured that the lens 23 has sufficient hardness, so that the damage of the lens 23 in the wear resistance and drop and roll tests can be effectively reduced.
As shown in FIG. 6, in one embodiment of the present application, the thickness D of the lens 23 is 0.1mm to 1 mm.
In this embodiment, on the one hand, if the thickness D of the lens 23 is less than 0.1mm, the strength of the lens 23 is not high and the lens 23 is easily damaged if the thickness D of the lens 23 is too small; on the other hand, if the thickness D of the lens 23 is greater than 1mm, the thickness D of the lens 23 is too large, which affects the light entering the camera module 22, thereby affecting the imaging effect of the camera module 22; therefore, the thickness D of the lens 23 is within 0.1 mm-1 mm, and the lens 23 can be ensured to have enough hardness, so that the damage of the lens 23 caused by the abrasion resistance, falling and rolling tests can be effectively reduced, and the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present application, the thickness D of the lens 23 is 0.5 mm.
In this embodiment, the thickness D of the lens 23 is 0.5mm, and the lens 23 can be ensured to have sufficient hardness, so that the damage of the lens 23 in the wear resistance and drop and roll tests can be effectively reduced, and the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present application, the first surface 231 of the lens 23 is provided with the anti-fingerprint film 24, and the first surface 231 is located on the side of the lens 23 away from the installation cavity 211.
In this embodiment, the anti-fingerprint film 24 has the advantages of anti-fouling property, scratch resistance, super-strong wear resistance, high definition and high permeability, and the like; the antifouling property makes the fingerprints and the oil stain not easy to adhere to the lens 23, and the fingerprints and the oil stain are easy to erase, so that the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured; the scratch resistance enables the surface of the lens 23 to be smooth, the hand feeling to be comfortable and the scratching to be difficult; the super-strong wear resistance can better ensure that the lens 23 has higher strength, and the lens 23 is prevented from being scratched, so that the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured; the high-definition high-transmittance enables the light transmittance of the lens 23 to reach more than 98%, so that the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment of the present application, the anti-fingerprint film 24 is disposed on both the first surface 231 and the second surface 232 of the lens 23, the first surface 231 is located on the side of the lens 23 away from the mounting cavity 211, and the second surface 232 is located on the side of the lens 23 adjacent to the mounting cavity 211.
In this embodiment, the anti-fingerprint film 24 has the advantages of anti-fouling property, scratch resistance, super-strong wear resistance, high definition and high permeability, and the like; the antifouling property makes the fingerprints and the oil stain not easy to adhere to the lens 23, and the fingerprints and the oil stain are easy to erase, so that the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured; the scratch resistance enables the surface of the lens 23 to be smooth, the hand feeling to be comfortable and the scratching to be difficult; the super-strong wear resistance can better ensure that the lens 23 has higher strength, and the lens 23 is prevented from being scratched, so that the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured; the high-definition high-transmittance enables the light transmittance of the lens 23 to reach more than 98%, so that the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in one embodiment of the present application, the thickness L of the anti-fingerprint film 24 is 420nm to 680 nm.
In this embodiment, on the one hand, the thickness L of the anti-fingerprint film 24 is prevented from being less than 420nm, the thickness L of the anti-fingerprint film 24 is thin, and the anti-fingerprint film 24 is easily damaged; on the other hand, the thickness L of the fingerprint-proof film 24 is prevented from being larger than 680nm, and the thickness L of the fingerprint-proof film 24 is prevented from being larger, so that light entering the camera module 22 is prevented from being influenced, and the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is prevented from being influenced; therefore, the thickness L of the fingerprint-proof film 24 is within 420 nm-680 nm, so that the fingerprint-proof film 24 has enough hardness, the probability of damage of the fingerprint-proof film 24 is reduced, the service life of a product is prolonged, and the imaging effect of the camera module 22 is ensured.
In one embodiment of the present application, the angle of the contact angle is 110 ° or greater.
In the embodiment, the angle of the contact angle is greater than or equal to 110 degrees, so that the lens has good fingerprint resistance and wear resistance.
