本发明涉及一种医疗设备。
背景技术
如专利申请CN201911062014.5所公开的,传送医用病人转移床用活动床的动力机构包括设置在床架上的电机、由电机通过传动机构(传动轮/传动带式传动机构或者链轮/链条式传动机构)带动的转动设置在床架上的丝杆、旋接在丝杆上的螺母,螺母与活动床架连接。采用丝杆、螺母的方式传动,虽然,传动精度高,但是成本也相应高,而且,拆装很不方便,况且,活动床的移动也不需要高的传送精度,另外,动力机构与活动床的其他传动机构(如使活动床的床上的皮带移动的传动机构)是独立的,相互没有联系,多种动力传动机构独立设置,也导致这个产品的结构复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种制造成本低、拆装方便的传送医用病人转移床用活动床的动力机构。
本发明是这样实现的,包括设置在床架上的电机、由电机通过传动机构带动的传动光轴、变速箱、变速箱两边的传动轴、连接在传动轴端部的齿轮、设置在床架两边的齿条,传动光轴前后活动连接在变速箱的传动光轴动力输入轴孔内,两传动轴分别连接在变速箱两侧的动力输出端,变速箱连接在活动床的活动床架下面。
工作时,电机通过传动机构带动的传动光轴转动,传动光轴则带动变速箱内的主动斜齿轮转动,主动斜齿轮则带动变速箱内的被动斜齿轮转动,被动斜齿轮则带动传动轴转动,从而将传动光轴的纵向的转动转换成传动轴的横向的转动,传动轴则带动两边的齿轮同步转动,转动的齿轮则沿齿条前后滚动,带动变速箱沿传动光轴前后移动,从而带动与其固定连接在一起的活动床前后移动。由于变速箱与传动光轴、传动轴(变速箱两边的传动轴可采用一根横向穿过变速箱的轴)都可以通过穿接的方式连接在变速箱上,而齿轮只是放置在齿条上即完成装配,因此,拆装方便,而且,采用变速箱、齿轮、齿条传动,相对于丝杆和螺母的传动技术,成本低,况且,齿条、齿轮可与转移床上的带动活动床的床上的传输带移动的滚轴的齿条、齿轮共用,因此,可有效使转移床的整体结构简单。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有结构简单、制造成本低、拆装方便的优点。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,本发明的动力机构3包括设置在床架1上的电机3a、由电机3a通过传动机构3b(传动轮/传动带式传动机构或者链轮/链条式传动机构)带动的传动光轴3c(包括但不只限于方轴、六方轴、花键轴)、变速箱3d、变速箱3d两边的传动轴3e、连接在传动轴3e端部的齿轮4、设置在床架1两边的齿条6,如图3所示,变速箱3d主要由相互啮合的主动斜齿轮3f和被动斜齿轮3g构成,传动光轴3c前后活动连接在变速箱3d的主动斜齿轮3f的传动光轴动力输入轴孔内,带有键的一根轴穿过带有键槽的被动斜齿轮3g,位于被动斜齿轮3g两边的轴构成变速箱3d两边的传动轴3e,变速箱3d连接在活动床2的活动床架2a下面。
如图2所示,活动床2包括设置在床架1上的由动力机构3带动左右移动的活动床架2a、设置在活动床架2a上的床2b,床2b包括设置在活动床架2a左右两边的滚轴2b1、绕在左右两边的滚轴2b1上的传输带2b2(皮带或者布带)、带动滚轴2b2转动的动力、设置在活动床架2a左右两边且位于滚轴2b1下面的下滚轴2b5、绕在下滚轴2b5上的下传输带2b6(皮带或者布带),下传输带2b6的下面前端固定在床架1上。
如图2所示,带动滚轴2b2转动的动力是动力机构3,在活动床架2a的其中一边的外侧的滚轴2b1下面是与齿条6啮合的齿轮4,齿轮4上方的活动床架2a上的滚轴2b1的轴上设置有可与齿轮4啮合的传动齿轮5,传动齿轮5沿滚轴2b1轴线滑动(滚轴2b1的轴上设置有键或者凸缘,对应键或者凸缘的传动齿轮5上设置有导槽)移动并带动滚轴2b1转动。

1.传送医用病人转移床用活动床的动力机构,其特征在于包括设置在床架上的电机、由电机通过传动机构带动的传动光轴、变速箱、变速箱两边的传动轴、连接在传动轴端部的齿轮、设置在床架两边的齿条,传动光轴前后活动连接在变速箱的传动光轴动力输入轴孔内,两传动轴分别连接在变速箱两侧的动力输出端,变速箱连接在活动床的活动床架下面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传送医用病人转移床用活动床的动力机构,其特征在于设置在床架上的活动床包括活动床架、设置在活动床架上的床,床包括设置在活动床架左右两边的滚轴、绕在左右两边的滚轴上的传输带、带动滚轴转动的动力、设置在活动床架左右两边且位于滚轴下面的下滚轴、绕在下滚轴上的下传输带,下传输带的下面前端固定在床架上,在活动床架的其中一边的外侧的滚轴下面是与齿条啮合的齿轮,齿轮上方的活动床架上的滚轴的轴上设置有可与齿轮啮合的传动齿轮,传动齿轮沿滚轴轴线滑动移动并带动滚轴转动。
