Abstract
The invention relates to a method for automatically and sectionally discharging and online checking strip steel plate shape, after a production line outlet section stops, a ' discharging and online checking plate shape ' function ' is selected through an operation interface or an operation panel button, pinch rollers of front and rear steering rollers of a horizontal checking table are pressed down, and an electric control system starts to execute sectionally discharging. By accurately controlling the tension distribution of the whole section, the sectional tension relief is automatically realized by one key, only the tension at the position of the horizontal inspection table is relieved, and meanwhile, the sectional tension reduction is carried out on the front area and the rear area of the horizontal inspection table, so that the strip steel in the relief area is ensured not to be drawn by large tension in the front and the rear directions to reestablish the relief, and the stability of the relief state of the relief area is kept; the strip steel of other sections still keeps micro-tension and is not contacted with non-roller equipment of a channel line, so that the strip steel of other sections is prevented from being scratched; by accurately controlling the displacement of the strip steel, the strip steel in the horizontal inspection table area is in contact with the horizontal inspection platform in a tension-free state, so that the real plate shape of the strip steel can be inspected conveniently.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgy, and particularly relates to a method for automatically and sectionally discharging and online detecting strip steel plate shape.
Background
The strip steel plate shape control is a key subject of attention of cold rolling, continuous annealing and coating units, and the specific control and regulation mainly depends on plate shape inspection feedback after rolling or leveling, so that the process control parameters of equipment such as a rolling mill, a leveling machine and the like are adjusted, and the strip steel plate shape is ensured to meet the requirements of customers. Therefore, the shape inspection is an indispensable work which is an important reference for production control and determines whether the final product can be delivered to the user.
At present, two modes of plate shape detection are available on a cold-rolled sheet production line, one mode is an online plate shape detector, but the plate shape can be detected only under the condition of tension of strip steel, so that the condition of the strip steel plate in the actual no-tension state cannot be reflected; the other mode is manual sampling inspection, namely, a sample is cut after the steel coil is off the line to perform manual inspection, the mode is limited by a sampling position and lags in time, and a steel plate is easy to deform in the sampling process, so that the real strip steel shape condition cannot be reflected in time. The two modes can not well solve the problem of timely, real and nondestructive testing of the strip steel plate shape.
The invention patent with the publication number of CN202539207U provides a device for detecting the shape of a strip steel plate, and during actual work, a production line is stopped, the tension of the strip steel is reduced to zero, so that the strip steel is contacted with a horizontal detection platform by means of self weight, and the shape of the strip steel plate, namely the flatness, can be measured by visual inspection or by using a measuring tool. The actual operation process is manual operation, and the working efficiency is low; and the strip steel can contact with equipment in other areas when the strip steel contacts with the horizontal detection platform by means of self weight through full-line tension relief, so that the risk of friction damage of the strip steel is brought.
The invention patent with application publication number CN105525088A provides a one-key tension releasing method, i.e. "when pressing the 'one-key tension releasing' button, the CPU firstly sends a back command to the motor, and starts automatic tension releasing after 3 seconds of back. The method can not accurately control the strip steel to enable the strip steel to be in contact with a horizontal inspection table only by delaying to control the tension relief, thereby having the condition of plate shape inspection; and the tension in the front and back of the tension relief area is not changed, the sectional tension relief is not implemented, the stability of the tension relief area is difficult to ensure, and the strip steel in the tension relief area is easy to be pulled by the tension in the front and back of the area to reestablish tension.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for automatically and sectionally discharging and online checking strip steel plate shape, which solves the problems of low efficiency and easy scratch of strip steel when the strip steel plate shape is checked through manual discharging and discharging.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for automatically and sectionally discharging and online checking strip steel plate shape comprises the following steps:
1) after the outlet section of the production line is stopped, the function of 'discharging on-line plate shape inspection' is selected through an operation interface or an operation panel button, pinch rollers of front and rear steering rollers of a horizontal inspection table are pressed down, and an electric control system starts to execute sectional discharging;
2) the integral tension of the outlet section is automatically reduced to be below 50% of the set tension in normal operation;
3) the tension of the horizontal inspection table section and the tension of the front section and the rear section of the horizontal inspection table section are reduced to be less than 20% of the set tension in normal operation at the same time;
4) the tension of the horizontal inspection table section is further reduced to be less than 10% of the set tension in normal operation;
5) assuming that the distance between the front and rear steering rollers of the horizontal inspection table is L1, the length of the horizontal inspection table is L2, the distance between the strip steel and the horizontal inspection table is D when the normal strip runs under tension, and the electric control system drives the horizontal inspection table to steer backwardsRewinding of strip after the rollsSo that the strip steel is completely stopped on the horizontal inspection table without tension;

Further, the tension of the horizontal inspection table section in the step 4) is further reduced to be less than 10% of the set tension in normal operation, and the unit tension of the strip steel is ensured to be less than 4N/mm2。
The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the invention realizes the sectional tension relief automatically by one key through accurately controlling the tension distribution of the whole section, and the preparation work of all the plate shape inspection is automatically completed by one key, thus the efficiency is high; (2) the sectional tension relief control method only relieves the position tension of the horizontal inspection table, and simultaneously implements sectional tension reduction on the front and rear areas of the horizontal inspection table, so as to ensure that strip steel in a relief area is not pulled by front and rear large tensions to reestablish tension and maintain the stability of the relief state of the relief area; (3) the strip steel of other sections still keeps micro-tension and is not contacted with non-roller equipment of a channel line, so that the strip steel of other sections is prevented from being scratched; (4) the strip steel in the horizontal inspection table area is in contact with the horizontal inspection platform in a tension-free state by accurately controlling the displacement of the strip steel, so that the real plate shape of the strip steel is conveniently inspected; (5) the method has strong applicability, and can be popularized and applied to a continuous galvanizing production line, a continuous annealing production line and the like with a horizontal inspection table.

The following are specific examples of the present invention and further describe the technical solutions of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples. All changes, modifications and equivalents that do not depart from the spirit of the invention are intended to be included within the scope thereof.
A method for automatically and sectionally discharging and online checking strip steel plate shape comprises the following steps:
1) after the outlet section of the production line is stopped, the function of 'discharging on-line plate shape inspection' is selected through an operation interface or an operation panel button, pinch rollers of front and rear steering rollers of a horizontal inspection table are pressed down, and an electric control system starts to execute sectional discharging.
2) The integral tension of the outlet section is automatically reduced to below 50 percent of the set tension in normal operation, and the unit tension of the strip steel is ensured to be less than 20N/mm2。
3) The tension of the horizontal inspection table subsection and the tension of the front subsection and the rear subsection of the horizontal inspection table subsection are simultaneously reduced to be less than 20% of the set tension during normal operation, and the unit tension of the strip steel is ensured to be less than 8N/mm2。
4) The tension of the horizontal inspection table section is further reduced to below 10 percent of the set tension in normal operation, and the unit tension of the strip steel is ensured to be less than 4N/mm2。
5) Assuming that the distance between the front and rear steering rollers of the horizontal inspection table is L1, the length of the horizontal inspection table is L2, the distance between the strip steel and the horizontal inspection table is D when the normal strip is in tension operation, and the electric control system drives the strip steel behind the rear steering roller of the horizontal inspection table to rewindSo that the strip steel is completely stopped on the horizontal inspection table without tension.
6) At the moment, the strip shape inspection condition is met, an operator observes the type of the strip shape defect by adopting a visual method, the strip shape height is measured by adopting a taper ruler, the strip shape interval is measured by adopting a measuring tape, and the strip shape measurement inspection work is finished.
The method for automatically and sectionally discharging and online checking the strip steel plate shape is used for a certain continuous hot galvanizing unit. A schematic view of the horizontal table area is shown in fig. 1. In the attached figure 2, the outlet section is divided into three sections by a front tensioning roller group and a rear tensioning roller group of a horizontal inspection table, and assuming that the specification of the currently produced strip steel is 1.0mm thick and 1200mm wide, the tension set values of the three sections of the outlet section are as follows:

The segmented tension relief is that the integral tension of the outlet segment is automatically reduced to 50% of the set tension in normal operation, as shown in the following table;

At the moment, the strip shape inspection condition is met, an operator can observe the type of the strip shape defect by adopting a visual method, the strip shape height is measured by adopting a taper ruler, the strip shape interval is measured by adopting a measuring tape, and the strip shape measurement inspection work is finished.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any structural changes made under the teaching of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention, which is similar or similar to the technical solutions of the present invention.

3) the tension of the horizontal inspection table section and the tension of the front section and the rear section of the horizontal inspection table section are reduced to be less than 20% of the set tension in normal operation at the same time;
4) the tension of the horizontal inspection table section is further reduced to be less than 10% of the set tension in normal operation;
