Description

Disposable diaper with elastic composite and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing equipment of disposable sanitary products, in particular to the fields of infant pull-ups, adult pull-ups, sanitary pants and the like, and particularly relates to disposable diaper with an elastic complex and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Disposable diapers, particularly pull-up diaper products, whether of the three-piece style or the two-piece style, are generally constructed of two major parts, an outer cover S0 (outer cover) and an inner cover S1 (inner cover). The inner sheet S1 is directly wrapped by the integrated outer covering layer S0 to form the two-piece pull-up pants. And the split type outer covering S0 (which can be divided into two parts of abdomen and buttocks) and the inner piece S1 form three-piece pull-up trousers. Taking a conventional three-piece pull-up pant as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the three-piece pull-up pant is a three-piece product, in which an outer cover S0 is divided into an abdomen waistline S01 and a hip waistline S02, and both the abdomen waistline S01 and the hip waistline S02 are elastic composites formed by combining an outer sheet W1, a plurality of elastic strands T, and an inner sheet W2. Wherein the plurality of elastic threads T are located between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2. Since the inner sheet S1 is for absorbing liquid and wrinkles are not generated in the portion of the inner sheet S1 due to the elastic contraction of the outer cover S0, it is necessary to cut the elastic line T between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 so that the elasticity thereof disappears in the overlapping portion of the inner sheet S1 and the outer cover S0, that is, the first region K1 and the second region K2.
In the formation of the elastic composite of the outer cover S0, the conventional pull-up pants of the three-piece type or two-piece type at least include a process of applying an elastic thread T with an elastic thread fixing glue H applied continuously. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic thread fixing glue H continuously wraps the periphery of the elastic thread T, which causes problems in cutting effect and product flatness when the elastic thread T is cut.
In order to avoid the above problems, it is common to design the process of rubberizing the elastic threads T in the cut-off regions of the elastic threads T (i.e. the first region K1 and the second region K2) as an intermittent application process, i.e. the elastic threads T in the cut-off regions of the elastic threads T (i.e. the first region K1 and the second region K2) are not sized. However, this results in the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 not being adhesively secured in this region and delamination occurring. At this time, it is considered to add a glue application process to one or both of the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2. Moreover, the first fixing glue R1 and the second fixing glue R2 are sprayed on the area uniformly and completely, so that the outer layer sheet W1 and the inner layer sheet W2 can be fixed well, the gluing cost is high, the flexibility of the product is affected, the environment is not protected, and the cutting effect is affected. The sized elastic composite is passed through a cutting device, typically using point-like blades U, which are arranged over the entire cutting area, to cut a plurality of elastic threads T located in a first region K1 and a second region K2. As shown in fig. 2, in the cut molded product, a plurality of cut short elastic threads M remain between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 due to the glue sprayed in the entire width between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2, that is, flatness of the product is also problematic, and the surface of the outer sheet W1 is also cut with a large number of cutting marks of the blade U in the first region K1 and the second region K2. In addition, because the range of the first region K1 and the second region K2 is large, if the pressure of the corresponding point-shaped blade U in the cutting device is inconsistent, different degrees of cutting marks are easily generated on the surface of the outer layer sheet W1, and some outer layer sheets W1 are even cut to form a large opening, so that the appearance of the product is greatly influenced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and can be modified and implemented as desired within a scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
The invention provides a disposable diaper S having an elastic composite. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the product is of a three-piece type and comprises an outer coating layer S0 and an inner sheet S1, wherein the inner sheet S1 is a main body component containing an absorbent structure, and specifically comprises: surface layer, conducting layer, absorption core, waterproof membrane, both sides prevent edge leakage etc.. The inner sheet S1 is fixed to the outer cover S0 by glue, in this embodiment, the two sides of the outer cover S0 are covered upward and adhered to the upper surface of the inner sheet S1 by hot melt adhesive, wherein the covered side is the body side when worn and the side away from the covered side is the outer side when worn. The outer cover layer S0 includes an abdomen waistline S01 and a hip waistline S02, and the abdomen waistline S01 and the hip waistline S02 include an outer sheet W1 and an inner sheet W2 which are laminated and bonded to each other, and a plurality of elastic threads T extending in the longitudinal direction and distributed between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2. The outer sheet W1, the elastic threads T, and the inner sheet W2 are combined to form an elastic composite.
The plurality of elastic strands T includes front waist elastic strands T1 and abdomen elastic strands T3 at an abdomen waistline S01, and rear waist elastic strands T2 and hip elastic strands T4 at a hip waistline S02. Namely, the front waist elastic threads T1 and the abdomen elastic threads T3 are combined with the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 to form the abdomen waistline S01; the rear waistline elastic thread T2 and the hip elastic thread T4 are combined with the outer layer sheet W1 and the inner layer sheet W2 to form a hip waistline S02. In order to prevent the interior panel S1 from being elastically contracted by the exterior cover S0, the abdominal elastic strands T3 are cut in the first region K1 corresponding to the abdominal elastic strands T3, the hip elastic strands T4 are cut in the second region K2 corresponding to the hip elastic strands T4, and the first region K1 and the second region K2 are regions where the elastic strands are cut. Note that the front waist elastic threads T1 and the rear waist elastic threads T2 of the disposable diaper S do not need to be cut, and therefore, they will not be described in detail, and the following manufacturing method will not be described.
The disposable diaper S is characterized in that the front waist elastic threads T1 and the rear waist elastic threads T2 are respectively wrapped with front waist elastic thread fixing glue H1 and rear waist elastic thread fixing glue H2 which are continuous along the length direction at the outer periphery thereof. The abdomen elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 are respectively wrapped with discontinuous abdomen elastic thread fixing glue H3 and hip elastic thread fixing glue H4 along the length direction at the periphery thereof, and the abdomen elastic thread fixing glue H3 and the hip elastic thread fixing glue H4 respectively avoid a first region K1 and a second region K2 where the outer covering layer S0 and the inner mounting sheet S1 are mutually overlapped.
An abdomen sheet fastening glue H5 and a hip sheet fastening glue H6 which are arranged intermittently in the length direction and are respectively positioned in the first region K1 and the second region K2 for bonding the two sheets are further provided between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2, and the abdomen sheet fastening glue H5 and the hip sheet fastening glue H6 are respectively staggered one by one in the width direction at intervals from at least an abdomen elastic thread T3 which is uncut in the first region K1 and an hip elastic thread T4 which is uncut in the second region K2.
In the first region K1 and the second region K2, the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 are cut respectively so that the elasticity thereof disappears, and the cut portions of the cut elastic threads have elastic thread retracted portions N in a free state which are not fixed by the fixing glue, as shown in fig. 6 and 9. Because the elastic threads are cut in the non-gluing area and rebound is realized after cutting, the phenomenon that the cut elastic threads are remained between the inner non-woven fabric layer and the outer non-woven fabric layer is avoided, and the attractiveness and the smoothness of the product are improved. The outer cover S0 is sealed at both sides to form a disposable diaper S having elastic cuts of the elastic composite.
As shown in fig. 3, in the longitudinal direction, the lengths of the abdomen elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 in the adhesive-free region located in the first region K1 and the second region K2 are equal to the lengths of the abdomen sheet fastening glue H5 and the hip sheet fastening glue H6, respectively, and the abdomen sheet fastening glue H5 and the hip sheet fastening glue H6 are in the same straight line with the glue shapes of the abdomen elastic thread fastening glue H3 and the hip elastic thread fastening glue H4 at the discontinuity, respectively. In the width direction, the widths of the abdomen sheet fixing glue H5 and the hip sheet fixing glue H6 in the first region K1 and the second region K2 are respectively greater than the widths of the abdomen elastic thread fixing glue H3 and the hip elastic thread fixing glue H4.
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an elastic composite for disposable diaper S of the three-piece type as described above, which includes a feeding step, a gluing step, a combining step, and a cutting step, as shown in fig. 5 to 9.
A supply step: an abdominal elastic thread T3 and a hip elastic thread T4 which are stretchable are interposed between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2. The outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 are fed by a pull roller a which guides the outer sheet W1/the inner sheet W2 to travel in a predetermined path under an appropriate tension. The abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 feed a plurality of elastic thread materials of appropriate tension between the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 under the guidance of the guide roller D.
Gluing: an elastic thread glue gun E is provided on the flow path of the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 to glue the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4, respectively. Specifically, the elastic thread gluing gun E coats the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 with abdominal elastic thread fixing glue H3 and hip elastic thread fixing glue H4 in a discontinuous form at the outer peripheries in the flow direction, to form an abdominal elastic thread fixing glue region and an abdominal elastic thread non-fixing glue region, a hip elastic thread fixing glue region and a hip elastic thread non-fixing glue region, respectively. The first region K1 and the second region K2 are avoided by the abdomen elastic thread fixing glue region and the buttocks elastic thread fixing glue region respectively, so that the glue applying cost is reduced to a certain extent. The peel strength of the abdominal elastic strands T3, hip elastic strands T4, and inner and outer sheet materials can be adjusted by controlling the grammage of the adhesive applied by the elastic strand glue gun E. A sheet fixing glue gun F was provided on the flow path of the inner sheet W2 to apply glue to the inner nonwoven fabric W2. Specifically, the sheet fixing glue gun F coats the abdomen sheet fixing glue H5 and the hip sheet fixing glue H6 intermittently and in a spaced form in a width direction perpendicular to the flow direction on the inner layer sheet W2 in the flow direction to form an abdomen sheet fixing glue region and a hip sheet fixing glue region. The abdomen sheet fixing glue H5 and the hip sheet fixing glue H6 are used for fixing the outer layer sheet W1 and the inner layer sheet W2. The peel strength of the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 can be adjusted by controlling the grammage of the glue applied to the sheet fixing glue gun F.
In addition, the glue shape (close to the inner sheet) at the innermost side in the width direction of the abdomen sheet material fixing glue H5 and the hip sheet material fixing glue H6 is less from the edge position of one side of the inner sheet material and the edge position of one side of the outer sheet material, and the mouth opening phenomenon of the edges of the inner sheet material and the outer sheet material is effectively improved.
A compounding procedure: after the sizing is completed, the abdominal elastic threads T3 and the hip elastic threads T4 are respectively combined with the outer sheet W1 and the inner sheet W2 at the combining device C to form elastic composites. Specifically, the elastic thread fastening tape region of the abdomen elastic thread fastening tape H3, the abdomen sheet fastening tape region of the abdomen sheet fastening tape H5, the elastic thread fastening tape region of the hip elastic thread fastening tape H4, and the hip sheet fastening tape region of the hip sheet fastening tape H6 are alternately arranged in a staggered manner in the width direction under the reference of one disposable diaper S, and the abdomen sheet fastening tape region and the hip sheet fastening tape region correspond to the abdomen elastic thread non-fastening tape region and the hip elastic thread non-fastening tape region, respectively. The composite device C is used for clamping and driving the elastic composite body, so that the adhesive force among all the glue is increased, meanwhile, the elastic composite body can be driven, and the running speed of the elastic composite body can be adjusted.
Fig. 7 shows the application of glue to the elastic composite after the composite, the abdomen elastic thread fixing glue H3 and the abdomen sheet fixing glue H5, and the hip elastic thread fixing glue H4 and the hip sheet fixing glue H6 are respectively arranged intermittently in the flow direction and alternately staggered in the width direction.
A cutting procedure: as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the elastic composite body formed by the composite apparatus C passes through the cutting apparatus J, and the cutting of the abdominal elastic threads T3 and the hip elastic threads T4 in the elastic composite body is performed at the elastic thread non-sizing regions of the first region K1 and the second region K2, respectively. In order to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the cut of the outer cover S0 in the first region K1 and the second region K2, the cutting blade of the cutting device J faces the inner sheet W2 side of the elastic composite.
The cut abdominal elastic thread T3 and hip elastic thread T4 are not bonded between the inner and outer sheets in the first region K1 and the second region K2 due to the absence of the wrapping glue, so that the abdominal elastic thread T3 and hip elastic thread T4 are not bonded between the inner and outer sheets, and after being cut by the cutting device J, the abdominal elastic thread T3 and hip elastic thread T4 are elastically lost in the first region K1 and the second region K2 and are rapidly rebounded, and the cut part of the cut elastic thread has an elastic thread retraction part N which is not fixed by the fixing glue and is in a free state as shown in fig. 6. The combination configuration of each rubber shape and the cutting device J in the manufacturing method meets the requirement of cutting the elastic complex of the disposable diaper S, avoids the phenomenon of residual elastic threads after cutting, ensures the cutting effect, improves the smoothness of the product, cuts the inner layer sheet material W2 side, ensures that the inner layer sheet material W2 is cut through and the outer layer sheet material W1 is cut through, ensures that only marks consistent with the cutting edge J1211 (explained below) of the cutting device J are remained on the outer layer sheet material W1, does not generate cuts, and greatly improves the aesthetic degree of the product. The marks of the outer sheet W1 are respectively on any position of the first region K1 and the second region K2, because the first region K1 and the second region K2 are respectively the regions without fixing glue of the abdomen elastic threads and the hip elastic threads, and the elastic threads can be rapidly rebounded when being cut off at any position in the regions, thereby realizing the same cutting effect.
As shown in fig. 5, a cutting knife G for dividing the integrated elastic composite into an abdomen waistline S01 and a hip waistline S02 is further provided before the cutting step. Two cutting devices J stations are continuously arranged at the downstream side of the cutting knife G to respectively cut a first region K1 and a second region K2 corresponding to an abdomen elastic thread non-fixing glue region of an abdomen elastic thread T3 and a hip elastic thread non-fixing glue region of a hip elastic thread T4. In this embodiment, the abdominal waistline S01 after the elastic composite body is cut passes through the first cutter J and travels along the first path L1 and above the second cutter J. The hip waistline S02 after the elastic composite body is cut off travels along the second path L2 above the first cutting device J and through the second cutting device J. The two traveling paths finally join at a pull roll a on the downstream side of the cutting device J. This arrangement of the two cutting devices J can be adjusted individually corresponding to the cutting devices of the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4, respectively, and the adjustment is relatively flexible.
Further, before the cutting process, a driving roller B can be further arranged, the driving roller B is used for providing power for walking of the abdomen waistline S01 and the hip waistline S02 after cutting is completed, and the running speeds of the abdomen waistline S01 and the hip waistline S02 can be adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the driving roller B.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the cutting device J in the method for manufacturing the elastic composite of the disposable diaper comprises a cutting knife J1, a bottom roller J2 and a frame J4, wherein the cutting knife J1 and the bottom roller J2 are installed on the frame J4. The cutting knife J1 corresponds to the inner sheet W2 side of the elastic composite. The cutting device J further comprises a gap adjusting mechanism J5, the gap adjusting mechanism J5 is connected with a bottom roller J2, a gap capable of allowing an elastic composite body to pass is formed between the cutter J1 and the bottom roller J2, and the gap is adjusted through the gap adjusting mechanism J5. The elastic composite passes between the cutting knife J1 and the bottom roller J2 to achieve the cutting of the abdominal elastic strands T3 and the hip elastic strands T4 in the first region K1 and the second region K2, respectively, of the disposable diaper.
The rear part of the cutting knife J1 is connected with a motor J3, and the rear part of the bottom roller J2 is connected with an external driving source. The cutter J1 includes a cutter mandrel J11 and a detachable cutter module J12, the cutter module J12 is adjustably disposed on the outer side of the circumference of the cutter mandrel J11, the number (i.e. the number of openings) of the cutter modules J12 on the cutter mandrel J11 is determined according to the cutter diameter, the product size and other factors, in this embodiment, the number of the cutter modules J12 on the cutter mandrel J11 is 2 (i.e. 2 openings). The cutter module J12 is a slender and miniaturized structure, and the cutter module J12 is slender and miniaturized, so that the processing difficulty and the comprehensive cost are low. The cutter module J12 has linear blades J1211, the blades J1211 are arranged in an angular manner, and each elastic wire T to be cut can pass through at least two blades J1211 during the cutting process. The cutting edges J1211 are arranged in parallel at intervals to form a cutting edge group J121, the cutting edge group J121 is arranged on the cutter module J121, the number of the cutting edge group J121 in the axial direction of one cutter module J12 is at least 1, as shown in fig. 13, the number of the cutting edge group J121 in the axial direction of one cutter module J12 is 1, the number of the cutter modules J12 is 2, and the cutting edge group J121 is distributed on the circumference of the cutter J1 in 2. Whereas in fig. 14 the number of sets of blades J121 arranged in the axial direction of one cutter module J12 is 2, and the cutter module J12 is arranged to be 2, the sets of blades J121 are distributed over 4 on the circumference of the cutter J1. The actual usage can be determined according to the specific flow. The cutting device J meets the requirement of lightweight design and can flexibly deal with high-speed operation, so that the cutting damage area of the inner and outer layers of sheets is reduced, and the appearance quality is improved. The cutting knife module J12 which is slender and miniaturized is adopted, positioning cutting can be carried out at any position in a region needing cutting through control, and the flexibility is high; the cutting knife module J12 is slender and miniaturized, small-range cutting is carried out on the inner layer sheet side, the fact that at most only small-range shallow marks remained on the outer layer sheet are free from being cut is guaranteed, and attractiveness of product appearance is greatly improved.
In the method of manufacturing the elastic composite of the disposable diaper three-piece style shown in fig. 5, the cutting device J in the flow is in the style of fig. 13 because the elastic composite of the integrated type is divided into the abdomen waistline S01 and the hip waistline S02 by the cutting knife G. As shown in fig. 15, the blades J1211 of the blade group J121 are arranged such that each of the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 passes through at least two blades during cutting, ensuring that the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 are cut 100% under the shaking condition of the cutting blade at a high speed. Further, the width W of the blade J121 of the cutter module J12 is set to 0.1mm to 0.5mm, preferably 0.1mm to 0.3mm, which is a linear cutting mode, and the elastic thread T is cut more easily by this linear arrangement than by a point-like blade. In order to achieve better cutting effect, the included angle between the cutting edge J121 and the horizontal plane is alpha, and the angle range is more than 10 degrees and less than alpha and less than 45 degrees.
The disposable diaper three-piece style product described above may also be used without slitting the elastic composite, as shown in fig. 10, in addition to the process shown in fig. 5. FIG. 11 is a step diagram illustrating a disposable diaper three-piece style product during the process of FIG. 10. In this embodiment, the abdominal elastic threads T3 and the hip elastic threads T4 of the elastic composite are cut in the first region K1 and the second region K2 by a cutting device J, which is constructed as shown in fig. 14. The elastic composite in which the elastic strands T are cut at the station of the cutting device J remains integrated, and the division into the abdomen waistline S01 and the hip waistline S02 can be realized in the downstream process, and the division may be performed before or after the process of the cutting device J in an actual case, depending on the actual case. This way costs can be saved, but the relative positions at which the abdominal elastic thread T3 and the hip elastic thread T4 are cut are not adjustable, and the requirements on the processing and assembly accuracy of the cutting device J are relatively high.
The method of manufacturing the disposable diaper elastic composite according to the present invention can be applied to a two-piece type disposable diaper S', as shown in fig. 16 to 17, in addition to the three-piece type disposable diaper S shown in fig. 3 to 4.
The disposable diaper S 'includes an outer cover S0' and an inner panel S1 ', the outer cover S0' being of a one-piece type, which also includes a belly waist S01 'and a hip waist S02'. The inner sheet S1 'is fixed to the outer cover S0' by glue, in this embodiment, the two sides of the outer cover S0 'are covered upward and adhered to the upper surface of the inner sheet S1' by hot melt adhesive, wherein the covered side is the body side when worn and the side away from the covered side is the outer side when worn. The abdomen waistline S01 ' and the hip waistline S02 ' include an outer sheet W1 ' and an inner sheet W2 ' laminated and bonded to each other, and a plurality of elastic strands T ' extending in the longitudinal direction and distributed between the outer sheet W1 ' and the inner sheet W2 '. The outer sheet W1 ', the elastic threads T ', and the inner sheet W2 ' are combined to form an elastic composite. The plurality of elastic strands T ' include front waist elastic strands T1 ' and abdomen elastic strands T3 ' at the abdomen waistline S01 ', and rear waist elastic strands T2 ' and hip elastic strands T4 ' at the hip waistline S02 '. Namely, the front waist elastic threads T1 ', the abdomen elastic threads T3 ', the outer sheet W1 ' and the inner sheet W2 ' are combined to form the abdomen waistline S01 '; the rear waistline elastic thread T2 ', the hip elastic thread T4 ', the outer layer sheet W1 ' and the inner layer sheet W2 ' are compounded to form a hip waistline S02 '.
In order to provide a lifting effect when the two-piece product is worn, the outer cover layer S0 'further includes a crotch portion S2', and the crotch portion S2 'includes an outer sheet W1' and an inner sheet W2 'which are laminated and bonded to each other, and two sets of leg elastic threads T7' which are arranged between the outer sheet W1 'and the inner sheet W2' and are arranged in an arc-shaped curve along the length direction. Similarly, in order to prevent the inner panel S1 ' from being elastically contracted by the outer cover S0 ', the abdominal elastic strands T3 ' are cut in the first region K1 ' corresponding to the abdominal elastic strands T3 ', the hip elastic strands T4 ' are cut in the second region K2 ' corresponding to the hip elastic strands T4 ', and the leg elastic strands T7 ' are cut in the third region K3 ' corresponding to the crotch portion S2 '. Note that the front waist elastic threads T1 ' and the rear waist elastic threads T2 ' of the disposable diaper S ' do not need to be cut, and therefore, they will not be described in an excessive manner, and the following manufacturing method will not be described.
The disposable diaper S ' includes front and rear waist elastic threads T1 ' and T2 ' wrapped with front and rear waist elastic thread fixing tapes H1 ' and H2 ', respectively, continuously in the longitudinal direction. The abdominal elastic thread T3 'and the hip elastic thread T4' are respectively wrapped with intermittent abdominal elastic thread fixing glue H3 'and hip elastic thread fixing glue H4' along the outer circumference thereof in the length direction, and the abdominal elastic thread fixing glue H3 'and the hip elastic thread fixing glue H4' avoid a first region K1 'and a second region K2' where the outer covering layer S0 'and the inner covering sheet S1' are overlapped with each other.
Between the outer sheet W1 'and the inner sheet W2', there are further provided an abdomen sheet fastening adhesive H5 ', a hip sheet fastening adhesive H6' and inner and outer sheet fastening adhesives H7 'arranged in a leg elastic linear curve shape in the longitudinal direction for fastening the two sheets and two sets of leg elastic threads T7' intermittently arranged in the longitudinal direction, which are respectively located in the first region K1 'and the second region K2' for bonding and fastening the two sheets. The abdomen sheet fastening tape H5 'and the hip sheet fastening tape H6' are respectively offset in the width direction at least one by one from the uncut abdomen elastic threads T3 'in the first region K1' and the uncut hip elastic threads T4 'in the second region K2'. In the first region K1 ' and the second region K2 ', the abdominal elastic thread T3 ' and the hip elastic thread T4 ' are cut, respectively, so that the elasticity thereof disappears, and the cut portions of the cut elastic threads have elastic thread-retracted portions N ' in a free state that are not fixed by the fixing glue. As shown in fig. 20, since the disposable diaper S 'is of a two-piece type, the crotch portion S2' includes two sets of leg elastic threads T7 ', and the abdomen sheet fastening tape H5' includes, in addition to the glue pattern provided in the first region K1 'and the second region K2' in the longitudinal direction, a discontinuous glue pattern provided in the abdomen waistline S01 'at both end regions where the arc span of the leg elastic thread T7' is largest, the glue pattern being in a discontinuous form on the same line with the glue pattern of the first region K1 'in the width direction, for bonding the outer sheet W1', the inner sheet W2 'and the leg elastic threads T7'.
An inner and outer sheet material fixing glue H7 ' arranged in a leg elastic line curve shape along the length direction for bonding and fixing the two sheet materials and the two groups of leg elastic lines T7 ' is further arranged between the outer sheet material W1 ' and the inner and outer sheet materials W2 ', the inner and outer sheet material fixing glue H7 ' avoids a third area K3 ' where the two groups of leg elastic lines T7 ' are intensively distributed, and the third area K3 is an area where the elastic lines are cut, as shown in fig. 18 specifically. The two sets of leg elastic threads T7 ' are cut in the third region K3 ' so that their elasticity disappears, and the cut portions of the cut elastic threads have elastic thread recovery portions N ' in a free state which are not fixed by the fixing glue, as shown in fig. 22 and 24. The outer cover S0 'is sealed at both sides to form a disposable diaper S' having elastic cuts of the elastic composite.
As shown in fig. 16, in the longitudinal direction, the lengths of the abdomen elastic thread T3 'and the hip elastic thread T4' in the glue-free region located in the first region K1 'and the second region K2' are respectively equal to the lengths of the abdomen sheet fastening glue H5 'and the hip sheet fastening glue H6', and the abdomen sheet fastening glue H5 'and the hip sheet fastening glue H6' are respectively in the same straight line with the glue shapes of the abdomen elastic thread fastening glue H3 'and the hip elastic thread fastening glue H4' at the discontinuity. In the width direction, the widths of the abdomen sheet fixing glue H5 'and the hip sheet fixing glue H6' in the first region K1 'and the second region K2' are respectively greater than the widths of the abdomen elastic thread fixing glue H3 'and the hip elastic thread fixing glue H4'.
The present invention is directed to a method for manufacturing an elastic composite for disposable diaper S' of the two-piece type as described above, which includes a feeding process, a gluing process, a combining process, and a cutting process, as shown in fig. 21 to 24.
A supply step: stretchable abdominal elastic threads T3 ', hip elastic threads T4 ' and leg elastic threads T7 ' are interposed between the outer sheet W1 ' and the inner sheet W2 ', as shown in fig. 21. Wherein, the transmission of the abdomen elastic thread T3 'and the hip elastic thread T4' is positioned at the same process station. The flow path of the outer layer sheet W1 'and the inner layer sheet W2' includes a drawing roller a and a driving roller B, wherein the drawing roller a is used for guiding the outer layer sheet W1 'and the inner layer sheet W2' to respectively run along a specified route under proper tension.
The abdominal elastic thread T3 'and the hip elastic thread T4' feed a plurality of elastic thread materials of appropriate tension between the outer sheet W1 'and the inner sheet W2', respectively, under the guidance of the guide roller D. Likewise, the leg elastic threads T7 ' feed a plurality of elastic thread materials of appropriate tension between the outer sheet W1 ' and the inner sheet W2 ', respectively, under the guidance of the guide roller D. The driving roller B is used for providing a source power for the traveling of the outer layer sheet material W1 '/the inner layer sheet material W2', and the speed adjustment of the traveling of the outer layer sheet material W1 '/the inner layer sheet material W2' can be realized by controlling the rotating speed of the driving roller B.
Gluing: an elastic thread glue gun E ' is provided on the flow path of the abdominal elastic thread T3 ' and the hip elastic thread T4 ' to glue the abdominal elastic thread T3 ' and the hip elastic thread T4 ', respectively. Specifically, the elastic thread gluing gun E ' applies the abdominal elastic thread fixing glue H3 ' and the hip elastic thread fixing glue H4 ' in a discontinuous form to the outer circumferences of the abdominal elastic thread T3 ' and the hip elastic thread T4 ' in the flow direction, respectively forming an abdominal elastic thread fixing glue region and an abdominal elastic thread non-fixing glue region, a hip elastic thread fixing glue region and a hip elastic thread non-fixing glue region. The first region K1 'and the second region K2' are avoided by the abdomen elastic thread anchoring adhesive region and the hip elastic thread anchoring adhesive region, respectively, and the adhesive applying cost is reduced to some extent. The peel strength of the abdomen elastic thread T3 ', the hip elastic thread T4 ' and the inner and outer layer sheets can be adjusted by controlling the glue applying gram weight of the elastic thread glue gun E ';
a sheet fixing glue gun F ' is provided on the flow path of the inner layer sheet W2 ' to apply glue to the inner layer nonwoven cloth W2 '. Specifically, the sheet fixing glue gun F 'coats the abdomen sheet fixing glue H5' and the hip sheet fixing glue H6 'intermittently and in a spaced form in a width direction perpendicular to the flow direction on the inner layer sheet W2' in the flow direction to form an abdomen sheet fixing glue region and a hip sheet fixing glue region. The abdomen sheet fixing glue H5 'and the hip sheet fixing glue H6' are used for fixing the outer layer sheet W1 and the inner layer sheet W2. The peel strength of the outer sheet W1 ' and the inner sheet W2 ' can be adjusted by controlling the grammage of the glue applied to the sheet fixing glue gun F '.
The gluing step further comprises the step of providing a crotch panel fixing glue gun (O ') on the flow path of the outer panel (W1'), wherein the crotch panel fixing glue gun (O ') forms an inner and outer panel fixing glue H7' which is used for fixing the outer panel (W1 '), the leg elastic threads T7' and the inner panel (W2 ') and is arranged in the shape of leg elastic thread curves intermittently in the flow direction and in the width direction on the outer panel (W1'); the inner and outer sheet fixing adhesives H7 ' are not applied in the third region (K3 ') corresponding to the leg elastic threads T7 '.
A compounding procedure: after the sizing is completed, the outer sheet W1 ', the abdominal elastic threads T3 ' and the hip elastic threads T4 ' are respectively combined with the leg elastic threads T7 ' and the inner sheet W2 ' at the combining device C to form an elastic composite. Specifically, the abdomen elastic thread anchor tape region of the abdomen elastic thread anchor tape H3 ', the abdomen sheet anchor tape region of the abdomen sheet anchor tape H5 ', the hip elastic thread anchor tape region of the hip elastic thread anchor tape H4 ' and the hip sheet anchor tape region of the hip sheet anchor tape H6 ' are alternately arranged in a staggered manner in the width direction on the basis of one disposable diaper S ', and the abdomen sheet anchor tape region and the hip sheet anchor tape region correspond to the abdomen elastic thread anchor tape free region and the hip elastic thread anchor tape free region, respectively, as shown in fig. 22 to 23. Meanwhile, the inner and outer sheet fixing adhesives H7 'are positioned at the middle position of the crotch part S2' of the product, overlapped with the leg elastic threads T7 ', and avoid the third region K3'. The composite device C is used for clamping and driving the elastic composite body, increasing the adhesive force among the glues, driving the elastic composite body and adjusting the running speed of the elastic composite body.
Further, before the combination of the combination device C, the outer sheet W1 ' may be combined with the abdominal elastic threads T3 ' and the hip elastic threads T4 ' preferentially at the driving roller B, which may be a driving source or a combination roller.
Further, before the compounding device C ' is compounded and after the driving roller B, a leg elastic thread guide P ' for guiding the leg elastic thread T7 ' conveyed in the flow direction in an arcuate curved arrangement is provided. The leg elastic thread guide device P ' is also provided with two nip rollers, so that the leg elastic thread T7 ' guided into the arc-shaped curve is immediately compounded with other materials, and the curve accuracy of the leg elastic thread T7 ' is improved.
A cutting procedure: the elastic composite formed by the composite device C ' passes through the cutting device J, and cuts the abdominal elastic threads T3 ', the hip elastic threads T4 ', and the leg elastic threads T7 ' in the elastic composite at the elastic thread non-sizing regions of the first region K1 ', the second region K2 ', and the third region K3 ', respectively, are achieved.
In order to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the cut of the outer cover S0 in the first, second and third regions K1, K2 and K3, the cutting blade plane of the cutting device J also corresponds to the inner sheet W2' side of the elastic composite. In which the abdominal elastic threads T3 ' and the leg elastic threads T7 ' are simultaneously cut by the cutting apparatus J having the structure of fig. 14, and the hip elastic threads T4 ' are cut by the cutting apparatus J having the structure of fig. 13. Or the abdominal elastic threads T3 ' are cut as in the cutting apparatus J of the structure of fig. 13, and the hip elastic threads T4 ' and the leg elastic threads T7 ' are cut as in the cutting apparatus J of the structure of fig. 14. That is, when more than one cutting device J is provided in the cutting process, any one cutting device J cuts the leg elastic thread T7'. The cut abdominal elastic threads T3 ', hip elastic threads T4' and leg elastic threads T7 'are not bonded between the inner and outer sheets in the first, second and third regions K1, K2 and K3 due to the absence of the wrapping glue, so that the abdominal elastic threads T3', hip elastic threads T4 'and leg elastic threads T7' are not bonded between the inner and outer sheets, and thus after being cut by the cutting apparatus J, the abdominal elastic threads T3, hip elastic threads T4 and leg elastic threads T7 'are elastically lost in the first, second and third regions K1, K2 and K3 and rapidly undergo spring back, and the cut portion of the cut elastic threads has an elastic thread retracting portion N' in a free state which is not fixed by the fixing glue as in fig. 22. The combination configuration of each rubber shape and the cutting device J in the manufacturing method meets the requirement of cutting the elastic complex of the disposable diaper S ', avoids the phenomenon of residual elastic threads after cutting, improves the smoothness of the product, cuts the side of the inner layer sheet W2 ', ensures that the inner layer sheet W2 ' is cut through and the outer layer sheet W1 ' is not cut through, ensures that only a small range of marks are left on the outer layer sheet W1 ', does not generate cuts, and greatly improves the aesthetic degree of the product. The outer sheet W1 'is marked at any position of the first region K1', the second region K2 'and the third region K3', respectively, because the first region K1 ', the second region K2' and the third region K3 'are regions without fixing glue of the abdomen elastic threads T3', the hip elastic threads T4 'and the leg elastic threads T7', respectively, and the elastic threads can be cut at any position in the regions to be rapidly rebounded, thereby achieving the same cutting effect.
The present invention has been described in detail in order to enable those skilled in the art to understand the invention and to practice it, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
