The voice interactive ordering system comprises: the system comprises a voice acquisition device (such as a loudspeaker box), a display device and a cloud server.
The voice acquisition equipment receives a voice ordering instruction of a user and is bound with the display equipment, and the display equipment can be one or multiple and is communicated with the cloud server. The cloud server receives the voice ordering instruction from the voice acquisition equipment, starts the display equipment based on the ordering instruction, and drives the display equipment to display information corresponding to the voice instruction received by the voice acquisition equipment.
Referring to fig. 1, the voice ordering method includes the following steps.
In step S101, the voice acquisition device is controlled to receive a voice instruction.
The voice acquisition equipment can be a device which is provided with a microphone, a microphone array and the like and supports far-field voice interaction, and the voice acquisition equipment is controlled to receive voice instructions sent by users. The user can be one user or a plurality of users, and correspondingly, the voice instruction can also be one or more. The voice instruction may be voice information used by the user to order a meal, such as "my point take away" as a voice instruction to wake up the voice capture device. After waking up the voice acquisition device, the user uses the voice instruction to order food, for example, the user uses the voice instruction to send voice information of restaurants, dishes and the like.
In step S102, it is determined whether the received voice command is a meal ordering command.
The voice acquisition equipment receives a voice instruction of a user, performs noise reduction processing, voice recognition, semantic analysis and other processing on the received voice instruction of the user, and judges whether the voice instruction is an instruction for ordering by the user.
In step S103, in response to the voice command being a meal ordering command, a display device bound to the current account to which the voice capturing device belongs is started.
The voice collecting device may be a display device preset and bound to the current account at the terminal, for example, a device with a display function in an intelligent home system such as a television, a voice collecting device with a display screen, and an intelligent terminal. It can be understood that there may be a plurality of display devices bound in the current account to which the voice capture device belongs. The user can interact with the voice acquisition device through the display device under the current account.
And when the voice command is judged to be the ordering command, starting the display device bound under the current account to which the voice acquisition device belongs.
When a plurality of display devices are bound in the current account to which the voice acquisition device belongs, the current display device can be selected by the user at the terminal as required, and the display device is started.
In step S104, the display device is controlled to display information corresponding to the voice instruction received by the voice acquisition device based on the voice instruction received by the voice acquisition device.
The information corresponding to the voice instruction of the user is displayed through the display device, for example, the user instruction is 'my key point takeaway', the information such as 'takeaway platform' and 'takeaway menu' is displayed at the display device, and the user can operate according to the display of the display device to realize the operation of ordering.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the voice instruction is received through the voice acquisition device, whether the voice instruction is a food ordering instruction is judged according to the received voice instruction, when the voice instruction is the food ordering instruction, the display device bound under the current account to which the voice acquisition device belongs is started, and based on the voice instruction received by the voice acquisition device, information corresponding to the voice instruction received by the voice acquisition device is displayed in the display device, so that a user can perform food ordering operation according to the display of the display device, and the user experience is improved.
