In another embodiment, the step of determining the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature based on the calculated respective similarities includes:
determining the target similarity greater than the preset similarity from the calculated similarities;
displaying a reference vehicle image corresponding to the determined target similarity, wherein the reference vehicle image is a vehicle image of a vehicle entering a parking lot, which is acquired by image acquisition equipment and stored in advance;
and when a selection instruction of a user is received, determining the vehicle feature corresponding to the reference vehicle image corresponding to the selection instruction in the displayed reference vehicle image as the vehicle feature matched with the target vehicle feature.
In practical applications, the vehicle feature corresponding to the maximum similarity is not necessarily the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature due to an error in the process of calculating the similarity. For example, the similarity between the vehicle feature of the vehicle 1 and the target vehicle feature is 98%, and the similarity between the vehicle feature of the vehicle 2 and the target vehicle is 97%. Although the similarity of the vehicle feature of the vehicle 1 to the target vehicle feature is larger than the similarity of the vehicle feature of the vehicle 2 to the target vehicle feature, the vehicle feature of the vehicle 2 is a vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature is determined, the target similarity greater than the preset similarity is determined from the calculated similarities, and the reference vehicle image corresponding to the determined target similarity is displayed, so that the user can manually determine which reference vehicle image matches the target vehicle to leave the parking lot among the displayed reference vehicle images. In the embodiment, when a target vehicle to leave a parking lot is identified, the target vehicle can be identified through the characteristic of the license plate information of the target vehicle, and if the target vehicle can be identified through the license plate information of the target vehicle, the target vehicle can be directly identified; if the target vehicle cannot be identified through the license plate information of the target vehicle, the target vehicle can be identified through other vehicle characteristics of the target vehicle.
Specifically, when a target vehicle is identified, a vehicle image which is acquired by an image acquisition device and contains a license plate area of the target vehicle can be acquired, and the vehicle image is subjected to image identification, so that license plate information of the target vehicle can be acquired; and judging whether reference license plate information matched with the license plate information exists in each piece of prestored reference license plate information, if the reference license plate information matched with the license plate information exists in each piece of prestored reference license plate information, indicating that the vehicle identification device also successfully acquires the license plate information of the target vehicle when the target vehicle enters the parking lot, and determining the reference license plate information matched with the license plate information as the target vehicle. If the reference license plate information matched with the license plate information does not exist in the prestored reference license plate information, the vehicle identification device fails to acquire the license plate information of the target vehicle when the target vehicle enters the parking lot, and at the moment, the target vehicle cannot be identified through the license plate information of the target vehicle, and the vehicle characteristics of the target vehicle to be left from the parking lot need to be acquired.
Of course, in practical applications, when a target vehicle to leave the parking lot leaves the parking lot, if the license plate area of the target vehicle is completely or partially blocked, the vehicle identification device cannot acquire the license plate information of the target vehicle, and the vehicle identification device also needs to acquire the target vehicle feature of the target vehicle to leave the parking lot.

In one embodiment, after the step of determining a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature as the target vehicle, the vehicle identification method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include the steps of:
and deleting the pre-stored vehicle characteristics matched with the target vehicle characteristics, the pre-stored reference vehicle images corresponding to the selection instructions and the pre-stored reference license plate information matched with the license plate information.
After the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle feature matched with the target vehicle feature is determined as the target vehicle, the target vehicle leaves the parking lot, and in order to reduce the fact that the vehicle feature, the reference image and the reference license plate information of the target vehicle leaving the parking lot occupy the memory of the vehicle recognition device and cause the running speed of the vehicle recognition device to become slow, the pre-stored vehicle feature matched with the target vehicle feature, the pre-stored reference vehicle image corresponding to the selection instruction, the pre-stored reference license plate information matched with the license plate information and the pre-stored reference license plate information matched with the license plate information can be deleted.
Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes vehicle identification based on various characteristics of the vehicle, and does not depend on single license plate information like the prior art, so that the accuracy of vehicle identification can be improved, and the vehicle identification efficiency can be improved on the basis of improving the accuracy of vehicle identification.

matching the obtained target vehicle characteristics with vehicle characteristics of each vehicle entering the parking lot, which are stored in advance, so as to obtain vehicle characteristics matched with the target vehicle characteristics;
and determining the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle characteristic matched with the target vehicle characteristic as the target vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the target vehicle characteristic of the target vehicle to exit the parking lot comprises:
acquiring a target vehicle image of a target vehicle to leave a parking lot, wherein the target vehicle image is acquired by an image acquisition device and comprises a characteristic region of the target vehicle;
and performing feature recognition on the target vehicle image to obtain the target vehicle feature of the target vehicle.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of matching the obtained target vehicle feature with the vehicle feature of each vehicle entering the parking lot to obtain a vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature comprises:
calculating the similarity between the obtained target vehicle characteristics and the vehicle characteristics of each vehicle entering the parking lot, which are stored in advance;
and determining the vehicle characteristics matched with the target vehicle characteristics based on the calculated similarity.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of determining the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature based on the calculated respective similarities comprises:
determining the maximum similarity from the calculated similarities;
and determining the vehicle characteristic corresponding to the maximum similarity as the vehicle characteristic matched with the target vehicle characteristic.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of determining the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature based on the calculated respective similarities comprises:
determining the target similarity greater than the preset similarity from the calculated similarities;
displaying a reference vehicle image corresponding to the determined target similarity, wherein the reference vehicle image is a vehicle image of a vehicle entering the parking lot, which is acquired by a pre-stored image acquisition device;
and when a selection instruction of a user is received, determining the vehicle feature corresponding to the reference vehicle image corresponding to the selection instruction in the displayed reference vehicle image as the vehicle feature matched with the target vehicle feature.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to the step of obtaining the target vehicle characteristic of the target vehicle to exit the parking lot, the method further comprises:
acquiring license plate information of a target vehicle to be left from a parking lot;
judging whether reference license plate information matched with the license plate information exists in each piece of prestored reference license plate information;
if so, determining the vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information matched with the license plate information as a target vehicle;
and if not, executing the step of acquiring the target vehicle characteristics of the target vehicle to leave the parking lot.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after the step of obtaining license plate information of the target vehicle to leave the parking lot, the method further comprises:
judging whether the confidence coefficient of the license plate information is greater than a preset confidence coefficient;
if so, executing the step of judging whether reference license plate information matched with the license plate information exists in each prestored reference license plate information.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein after the step of determining a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle feature matching the target vehicle feature as a target vehicle, the method further comprises:
and deleting pre-stored vehicle characteristics matched with the target vehicle characteristics, pre-stored reference vehicle images corresponding to the selection instructions and pre-stored reference license plate information matched with the license plate information.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the vehicle characteristics include at least two of the following vehicle characteristics: brand identification information, size information, color information, and license plate information.

the vehicle characteristic matching module is used for matching the obtained target vehicle characteristics with vehicle characteristics of all vehicles entering the parking lot, which are stored in advance, so as to obtain vehicle characteristics matched with the target vehicle characteristics;
and the target vehicle determining module is used for determining the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle characteristic matched with the target vehicle characteristic as the target vehicle.
