Abstract
A split sealing mechanism comprises an installation base, a limiting seat, a magnetic strip connecting piece, a permanent magnetic strip block and a strip iron block; the limiting seat comprises an inner side transverse piece, an outer side transverse piece, a middle transverse piece and a vertical connecting piece, wherein an iron block accommodating groove is formed in the tail end of the middle transverse piece, and the strip-shaped iron block is positioned in the iron block accommodating groove; the middle part of the magnetic stripe connecting piece is provided with a magnetic stripe accommodating groove, and the permanent magnet strip block is positioned in the magnetic stripe accommodating groove. So two realize sealed after the cabinet door is closed, avoid gaseous leakage.

A split sealing mechanism is arranged on one side edge of a cabinet door and comprises an installation base connected with the cabinet door, a limiting seat connected with the installation base, a magnetic stripe connecting piece movably connected with the limiting seat, a permanent magnetic bar block arranged on the magnetic stripe connecting piece and a bar-shaped iron block arranged on the limiting seat; the opposite ends of the permanent magnet strip blocks on the two cabinet doors have opposite polarities; the limiting seat comprises a vertical connecting piece, an inner lateral piece and an outer lateral piece which are connected with two ends of the vertical connecting piece, and a middle lateral piece which is connected with the middle part of the vertical connecting piece, wherein an iron block accommodating groove is formed in the tail end of the middle lateral piece, and the strip-shaped iron block is positioned in the iron block accommodating groove; the middle part of the magnetic stripe connecting piece is provided with a magnetic stripe accommodating groove, and the permanent magnet strip block is positioned in the magnetic stripe accommodating groove; the magnetic stripe connecting piece is connected with a first limiting supporting leg and a second limiting supporting leg towards the side surface of the vertical connecting piece, the first limiting supporting leg is positioned between the inner side transverse piece and the middle transverse piece, and the tail end of the first limiting supporting leg is provided with a clamping block movably clamped with the inner side transverse piece or the middle transverse piece; the second limiting support leg is positioned between the middle transverse part and the outer transverse part, and the tail end of the second limiting support leg is provided with a barb movably clamped with the middle transverse part or the outer transverse part.

Compared with the prior art, the split sealing mechanism comprises an installation base connected with the cabinet door, a limiting seat connected with the installation base, a magnetic stripe connecting piece movably connected with the limiting seat, a permanent magnetic stripe block arranged on the magnetic stripe connecting piece and a strip iron block arranged on the limiting seat; the opposite ends of the permanent magnet strip blocks on the two cabinet doors have opposite polarities; the limiting seat comprises a vertical connecting piece, an inner lateral piece and an outer lateral piece which are connected with two ends of the vertical connecting piece, and a middle lateral piece which is connected with the middle part of the vertical connecting piece, wherein an iron block accommodating groove is formed in the tail end of the middle lateral piece, and the strip-shaped iron block is positioned in the iron block accommodating groove; the middle part of the magnetic stripe connecting piece is provided with a magnetic stripe accommodating groove, and the permanent magnet strip block is positioned in the magnetic stripe accommodating groove; the magnetic stripe connecting piece is connected with a first limiting supporting leg and a second limiting supporting leg towards the side surface of the vertical connecting piece, the first limiting supporting leg is positioned between the inner side transverse piece and the middle transverse piece, and the tail end of the first limiting supporting leg is provided with a clamping block movably clamped with the inner side transverse piece or the middle transverse piece; the second limiting support leg is positioned between the middle transverse part and the outer transverse part, and the tail end of the second limiting support leg is provided with a barb movably clamped with the middle transverse part or the outer transverse part. So realize two cabinet doors closed back sealed, avoid gas to leak.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below based on the drawings. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the split sealing mechanism provided in the present invention is disposed on a storage cabinet, and the storage cabinet includes a cabinet body 10, two cabinet doors 20 disposed on one side of the cabinet body 10 in a split manner, a split sealing mechanism 30 disposed on an inner side of the cabinet door 20 facing the cabinet body 10 and near a first opposite side of the two cabinet doors 20, and an edge sealing mechanism 40 disposed on the inner side of the cabinet door 20 and near the other three sides.
One side of the cabinet door 20 is provided with an opening, and one ends of the two cabinet doors 20, which are far away from each other, are respectively rotatably arranged at two sides of the opening of the cabinet body 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the split sealing mechanism 30 includes an installation base 32 connected to the cabinet door 20, a limiting seat 33 connected to the installation base 32, a magnetic stripe connector 34 movably connected to the limiting seat 33, a permanent magnetic stripe block disposed on the magnetic stripe connector 34, and a strip iron block disposed on the limiting seat 33.
The opposite sides of the permanent magnet strips on the two cabinet doors 20 are arranged oppositely.
Referring to fig. 4, the limiting seat 33 is shaped like an E and includes a vertical connecting member 331, an inner transverse member 332 and an outer transverse member 333 connected to two ends of the vertical connecting member 331, respectively, and a middle transverse member 334 connected to a middle portion of the vertical connecting member 331.
The distal end of the medial cross member 332 is inclined or bent toward the middle cross member 334 to form a first stopper 3321.
The end of the middle cross member 334 is provided with a second blocking portion 3341 protruding toward the inner cross member 332, a third blocking portion 3342 protruding toward the outer cross member 333, an iron block accommodating groove 3343 recessed between the second blocking portion 3341 and the third blocking portion 3342 is provided at the end of the middle cross member 334, and a limiting flange is oppositely protruded at two sides of the iron block accommodating groove 3343 of the second blocking portion 3341 and the third blocking portion 3342. The strip-shaped iron block is positioned in the iron block accommodating groove 3343.
The magnetic stripe accommodating groove 341 is formed in the middle of the magnetic stripe connector 34, and the permanent magnet bar block is located in the magnetic stripe accommodating groove 341. The magnetic stripe connector 34 is connected with a first limit supporting leg 342 and a second limit supporting leg 343 towards the side of the vertical connector 331, wherein the first limit supporting leg 342 is located at one end of the magnetic stripe connector 34 close to the inner transverse member 332, and the second limit supporting leg 343 is located at one end of the magnetic stripe connector 34 close to the outer transverse member 333.
The first restraining leg 342 is located between the medial cross member 332 and the medial cross member 334; the second limiting leg 343 is located between the middle cross member 334 and the outer cross member 333.
The end of the first limiting support leg 342 is provided with a clamping block movably clamped with the first blocking part 3321 or the second blocking part 3341. In this embodiment, a first block 3421 movably engaged with the first blocking portion 3321 is protruded from a side of the end of the first limiting leg 342 facing the inner lateral member 332, and a second block 3422 movably engaged with the second blocking portion 3341 is protruded from a side facing the middle lateral member 334.
The end of the second limiting leg 343 is provided with a barb 3431 protruding towards one side of the middle cross member 334 for movably clamping with the third blocking part 3342.
In this embodiment, the first block 3421, the second block 3422 and the barb 3431 are made of elastic materials, so that the first block 3421, the second block 3422 and the barb 3431 have good sealing performance and toughness and are not easily damaged by pulling.
Because the opposite one side of polarity of the permanent magnetism barrel on two cabinet doors 20 sets up in opposite directions, two cabinet doors 20 are when closing, two permanent magnetism barrel inter attraction to make the magnetic stripe connecting piece 34 butt of two cabinet doors 20. So realize sealed when cabinet door 20 is closed, prevent that cold air from revealing between two cabinet doors 20.
After two cabinet doors 20 are opened, the permanent magnet bar blocks are attracted with the bar-shaped iron blocks, so that the two cabinet doors 20 are prevented from interfering with each other when being closed next time, and convenience is brought to the next closing of the cabinet doors 20.
Referring to fig. 5, the edge sealing mechanism 40 includes a connecting base 41 fixedly connected to the cabinet door 20, and an elastic sealing member 42 connected to the connecting base 41.
The connecting base 41 has a connecting slot 411 recessed in the middle, and the connecting base 41 has an abutting flange 412 extending opposite to the opening of the connecting slot 411.
The elastic seal member 42 includes a connecting portion 421 and an elastic abutting portion 422. The connection portion 421 is located in the connection groove 411. The end of the connecting portion 421 is provided with a third barb 423, and the third barb 423 is clamped with the abutting flange 412.
The elastic supporting member 424 is disposed in the middle of the elastic abutting portion 422 to improve the elasticity of the elastic abutting portion 422 and improve the sealing effect.
In the present embodiment, the elastic contact portion 422 further has contact flanges 425 protruding from both sides thereof, and the contact flanges 425 contact the connection base 41 to increase the contact area and improve the sealing property.
In other embodiments, the magnetic stripe connector 34 may be disposed on only the magnetic stripe connector 34 of one cabinet door 20, and the iron block may be disposed on the magnetic stripe connector 34 of the other cabinet door 20.
Compared with the prior art, the split sealing mechanism comprises a cabinet body 10, two cabinet doors 20 arranged on one side of the cabinet body 10 in a split manner, and a split sealing mechanism 30 arranged on the inner side surface of each cabinet door 20 facing the cabinet body 10 and close to the opposite first side edges of the two cabinet doors 20; the split sealing mechanism 30 comprises a mounting base 32 connected with the cabinet door 20, a limiting seat 33 connected with the mounting base 32, a magnetic stripe connecting piece 34 movably connected with the limiting seat 33, a permanent magnetic stripe block arranged on the magnetic stripe connecting piece 34 and a strip iron block arranged on the limiting seat 33; the opposite ends of the permanent magnet strips on the two cabinet doors 20 have opposite polarities; the limiting seat 33 comprises a vertical connecting piece 331, an inner transverse piece 332 and an outer transverse piece 333 which are respectively connected with two ends of the vertical connecting piece 331, and a middle transverse piece 334 which is connected with the middle part of the vertical connecting piece 331, wherein an iron block accommodating groove 3331 is formed at the tail end of the middle transverse piece 334, and the strip-shaped iron block is positioned in the iron block accommodating groove 3343; the magnetic stripe connector 34 is connected with a first limit supporting leg 342 and a second limit supporting leg 343 towards the side of the vertical connector 334, wherein the first limit supporting leg 342 is located between the inner transverse member 332 and the middle transverse member 334, and the second limit supporting leg 343 is located between the middle transverse member 334 and the outer transverse member 333; the magnetic stripe accommodating groove 341 is formed in the middle of the magnetic stripe connector 34, and the permanent magnet bar block is located in the magnetic stripe accommodating groove 341. So realize two cabinet doors closed back sealed, avoid gas to leak.
