Abstract
The invention aims to solve the problem of providing a cylinder cover water cavity assembly with a lining, which enables cooling liquid with limited flow to directly impact the bottom surface of a cylinder cover, enhances the heat exchange of the bottom surface of the cylinder cover, and enables the cooling liquid to be more uniformly distributed in each nose bridge area, so that the cylinder cover is cooled more uniformly. The device comprises a water collecting cavity, an air inlet and outlet valve nose bridge water channel I, an air inlet and outlet valve nose bridge water channel II, an exhaust valve nose bridge water channel and a spark plug mounting assembly; the spark plug mounting assembly comprises a lining and a spark plug, the lining is mounted at the bottom of a cylinder cover, the spark plug is mounted in the lining, an annular water channel is formed in the outer wall of the lining, and the annular water channel is directly communicated with an intake and exhaust valve bridge nose water channel I and an intake and exhaust valve bridge nose water channel II.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of internal combustion engines, in particular to a cylinder cover water cavity assembly with a bushing, belonging to the field of cylinder cover water cavities of internal combustion engines.
Background
With the implementation of the national six-emission regulations, each engine manufacturer needs to modify its original combustion strategy to meet this more stringent emission restriction requirement. The changes of the combustion modes such as the improvement of the combustion temperature and the combustion pressure of a diesel engine, the equivalent combustion of a gas engine and the like bring a common problem, namely the temperature in a combustion chamber is greatly improved, the heat load of a cylinder cover and a cylinder body is increased, and the component failure tendency is obvious.
The cylinder cover cooling pressure of the model developed earlier is small, and meanwhile, in order to achieve compact arrangement, as shown in fig. 1, the reserved space between the air inlet and exhaust passage and the air inlet and exhaust valve is small, cooling water channels are arranged in the two air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge areas and the air outlet valve nose bridge area, and the cooling water channels are not arranged in the air inlet and exhaust nose bridge area. The cooling liquid enters the water collecting cavity on the side surface of the cylinder cover and then enters the top of the fire surface of each cylinder through the water inlet of each cylinder. The air intake and exhaust nose bridge water channel flows to the center of the cylinder cover from the near end, and then is distributed into the far end air intake and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel through a precast channel. The problem that this water flow mode produced is that the coolant liquid is most distributed to the regional of the bridge of the nose of the exhaust valve, and the coolant liquid flow that gets into distal end income exhaust valve bridge of the nose water course is less, and the coolant liquid is to the exhaust valve direction of detouring, does not have the cooling effect to the regional of the bridge of the nose of the intake valve. Thus, the inlet nose bridge area and the far end inlet and outlet valve nose bridge generate larger stress concentration.

the water inlet of the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I is communicated with the water collecting cavity, the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I, the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel are distributed in a T shape, and the spark plug mounting assembly is positioned at the joint of the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I, the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel;
the spark plug mounting assembly comprises a bushing and a spark plug, the bushing is mounted at the bottom of a cylinder cover, the spark plug is mounted in the bushing, an annular water channel is formed in the outer wall of the bushing, and the annular water channel is directly communicated with an intake and exhaust valve bridge nose water channel I and an intake and exhaust valve bridge nose water channel II.
Furthermore, the annular water tank is right opposite to a water inlet of the air inlet and outlet valve nose bridge water channel I.
Further, the bottom outer wall of bush is equipped with the installation screw thread, the bush passes through installation screw thread fixed connection in cylinder cap bottom, the upper portion of bush carries out sealed cooperation through O type circle and cylinder cap.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the cooling liquid enters the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I from the water collecting cavity and then directly impacts the annular water channel on the surface of the lining, so that the cooling liquid can directly flow to the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II through the air inlet side of the annular water channel of the lining, the flow of the cooling liquid of the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II is increased, and the cooling capacity of the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge area at the far end is enhanced;
2. meanwhile, partial cooling is provided for the cylinder cover air inlet area when the cooling liquid passes through the air inlet side of the bushing annular water tank, so that the cracking risk of the air inlet nose bridge is reduced;
3. in the process that the cooling liquid directly impacts the annular water tank of the lining, the heat exchange capacity of the cooling liquid and the surface of the lining is enhanced, the cooling capacity of the cooling liquid on the spark plug is indirectly enhanced, the integral cooling is more uniform, and the reduction of the thermal stress is obvious.

The water inlet of the intake and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I2 is communicated with the water collecting cavity 1, the intake and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I2, the intake and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II 3 and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel are distributed in a T shape, and the junction of the intake and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I2, the intake and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II 3 and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel. the cooling liquid enters the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I from the water collecting cavity 8 and then directly impacts the annular water channel on the surface of the lining, so that a part of the cooling liquid can directly flow to the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II through the right side of the annular water channel of the lining, the flow of the cooling liquid of the inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II is increased, and the cooling capacity of a far-end inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge area is enhanced; and the other part of cooling liquid directly enters the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel from the left side of the annular water tank to cool the exhaust valve nose bridge area. Meanwhile, when the cooling liquid passes through the right side of the bushing annular water tank, partial cooling is provided for the air inlet side, and the cracking risk of the air inlet nose bridge is reduced; in the process that the cooling liquid directly impacts the annular water tank of the lining, the heat exchange capacity of the cooling liquid and the surface of the lining is enhanced, the cooling capacity of the cooling liquid on the spark plug is indirectly enhanced, the integral cooling is more uniform, and the reduction of the thermal stress is obvious.

1. A cylinder cover water cavity assembly with a bush is characterized by comprising a water collecting cavity, an air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I, an air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II, an exhaust valve nose bridge water channel and a spark plug mounting component;
the water inlet of the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I is communicated with the water collecting cavity, the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I, the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel are distributed in a T shape, and the spark plug mounting assembly is positioned at the joint of the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel I, the air inlet and exhaust valve nose bridge water channel II and the exhaust valve nose bridge water channel;
the spark plug mounting assembly comprises a bushing and a spark plug, the bushing is mounted at the bottom of a cylinder cover, the spark plug is mounted in the bushing, an annular water channel is formed in the outer wall of the bushing, and the annular water channel is directly communicated with an intake and exhaust valve bridge nose water channel I and an intake and exhaust valve bridge nose water channel II.
