the transmission gear assembly can drive the charging port door (5) to rotate, a driving wheel (7) of the transmission gear assembly is a gear with a toothed section and a non-toothed section which are arranged at intervals, and the angle corresponding to the toothed section is smaller than the rotating angle for opening and closing the charging port door (5);
the first end of the torsion spring (2) is hinged to the support piece (1), the second end of the torsion spring (2) synchronously rotates along with the charging port door (5), and in the rotating process of the charging port door (5), the distance between the first end and the second end of the torsion spring (2) is firstly reduced and then increased;
the driving motor (12), the driving motor (12) drives the driving wheel (7) to rotate; the support piece (1) is provided with a rotatable rotating shaft (3), and the charging port door (5) is fixed on the rotating shaft (3);
the drive gear assembly includes: the driven wheel (6), the said driven wheel (6) is fixed and fitted on the said spindle (3);
the toothed section of the driving wheel (7) is meshed with the driven wheel (6).

The opening and closing device according to claim 1, further comprising a rotating shaft arm (4) having one end fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft (3), wherein the second end of the torsion spring (2) is hinged to one end of the rotating shaft arm (4) far away from the rotating shaft (3), and the torsion spring (2) has the smallest distance from the first end to the second end and is in the state of maximum elasticity when the charging port door (5) is in the half-open state.
3. The opening-closing device according to claim 1, further comprising:
an opening position positioning device for positioning the charging port door (5) at a full opening position;
and the closed position positioning device is used for positioning the charging port door (5) at a closed position, and the driving motor (12) stops working when the charging port door (5) is positioned at the opening position positioning device and the closed position positioning device.

the closed position positioning device is a closed position magnetic switch (9);

5. The opening-closing device according to claim 4, further comprising: the synchronous gear arm (10) is rotatably arranged on an end shaft of the driving wheel (7), and the synchronous gear arm (10) is in meshed transmission connection with the driven wheel (6);
the synchronous gear arm (10) is provided with a magnet (11) which can trigger the opening position magnetic switch (8) and the closing position magnetic switch (9).

The opening and closing device according to claim 5, further comprising a controller, and when the charging port door (5) is rotated to a full-open position, the magnet (11) triggers the open-position magnetic switch (8) and transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the driving motor (12) to stop working;
when the charging port door (5) rotates to a closed position, the magnet (11) triggers the closed position magnetic switch (9) and transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the driving motor (12) to stop working.
7. Opening and closing device according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the toothed and toothless sections of the driving wheel (7) are three and are arranged alternately.
