s6, quality inspection and packaging: and (4) carrying out quality inspection on the cloth soaked in the S5, after the inspection is finished, winding the cloth by using a cloth winding machine, packaging the cloth after the winding is finished, and storing the cloth in a dry and ventilated position.

S1, weft preparation: selecting soybean fibers, colored terylene and nylon fibers, weaving the soybean fibers, the colored terylene and the antibacterial nylon fibers into single-strand yarns, and twisting 6 strands of yarns into one strand serving as weft yarns;
s2, warp preparation: selecting soybean fibers, colored terylene and antibacterial nylon fibers, spinning the soybean fibers, the colored terylene and the antibacterial nylon fibers into single-strand yarns, and twisting 6 strands of yarns into one strand serving as warp;
s3, weaving the cloth: weaving the weft threads prepared in the S1 and the warp threads prepared in the S2 into a base cloth by a weaving machine for standby;
s4, preparing a soaking solution: 100 parts of distilled water, 3 parts of gardenia, 2 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 2 parts of lavender, 3 parts of white vinegar, 2 parts of geranium, 3 parts of flame retardant and 3 parts of antibacterial agent are selected as raw materials of the soak solution, the distilled water is added into a heating stirrer, heating distilled water, controlling the rotation speed of the heating stirrer to be 30r/mim and the time to be 12mim, controlling the temperature of the distilled water to be 90 ℃, fishing out the gardenia, the lavender and the geranium after the heating and stirring are finished, continuing to add an ultraviolet absorbent, white vinegar, a flame retardant and an antibacterial agent into the heating stirrer after the temperature of the distilled water is reduced to 50 ℃, controlling the rotation speed of the heating stirrer to be 60r/mim and the time to be 4mim and the temperature of the distilled water to be 50 ℃, and obtaining a cloth soaking solution after the stirring is finished;
s5, soaking the cloth: adding the cloth soaking solution prepared in the step S4 into a soaking pool to keep the temperature of the soaking solution at 90 ℃, spreading the base cloth prepared in the step S2 by using a clamping machine, placing the cloth into the soaking pool by using the clamping machine, soaking the base cloth for the first time for 15min, taking out the base cloth after soaking, uniformly drying the base cloth by using a dryer, controlling the temperature of the dryer at 70 ℃, continuously placing the base cloth into the soaking pool by using the clamping machine after drying, soaking the base cloth for the first time for 20min, taking out the base cloth after soaking, continuously uniformly drying the base cloth by using the dryer, controlling the temperature of the dryer at 70 ℃, drying for 5min, adjusting the drying temperature to 40 ℃, and drying for 10min to obtain the final cloth;
s6, quality inspection and packaging: and (4) carrying out quality inspection on the cloth soaked in the S5, after the inspection is finished, winding the cloth by using a cloth winding machine, packaging the cloth after the winding is finished, and storing the cloth in a dry and ventilated position.
Comparative experiment
A certain fabric textile manufacturer respectively selects the fabric produced by the preparation process in the embodiment 1-3 and the fabric produced by the common preparation process to carry out comparison tests, and experimental data statistics shows that the fabric produced by the preparation process in the embodiment 1 can resist 200 ℃ open fire, the fabric produced by the preparation process in the embodiment 2 can resist 300 ℃ open fire, the fabric produced by the preparation process in the embodiment 3 can resist 500 ℃ open fire, the fabric produced by the common preparation process cannot resist open fire and can be instantly combusted, the fabric produced by the preparation process in the embodiment 1-3 can inhibit conventional bacteria, the fabric produced by the common preparation process cannot inhibit conventional bacteria, the fabric produced by the preparation process in the embodiment 1-3 can effectively resist ultraviolet rays, and the fabric produced by the common preparation process has no ultraviolet ray resistance.
In summary, the textile fabric obtained in example 3 has the best properties.

Claims (7)

1. A textile processing technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weft preparation: selecting soybean fibers, colored terylene and nylon fibers, weaving the soybean fibers, the colored terylene and the antibacterial nylon fibers into single-strand yarns, and twisting 4-6 strands of yarns into one strand serving as weft yarns;
s2, warp preparation: selecting soybean fibers, colored terylene and antibacterial nylon fibers, spinning the soybean fibers, the colored terylene and the antibacterial nylon fibers into single-strand yarns, and twisting 4-6 strands of yarns into one strand as warp yarns;
s3, weaving the cloth: weaving the weft threads prepared in the S1 and the warp threads prepared in the S2 into a base cloth by a weaving machine for standby;
s4, preparing a soaking solution: selecting distilled water, gardenia, ultraviolet absorbent, lavender, white vinegar, geranium, flame retardant and antibacterial agent as raw materials of a soaking solution, adding the distilled water into a heating stirrer, heating the distilled water, adding the gardenia, the lavender and the geranium into the heating stirrer after the temperature of the distilled water rises to 70-80 ℃, controlling the rotating speed of the heating stirrer to be 20-30r/mim and the time to be 6-12mim, controlling the temperature of the distilled water to be 85-90 ℃, fishing out the gardenia, the lavender and the geranium after the heating and stirring are finished, continuing adding the ultraviolet absorbent, the white vinegar, the flame retardant and the antibacterial agent into the heating stirrer after the temperature of the distilled water drops to 40-50 ℃, controlling the rotating speed of the heating stirrer to be 40-60r/mim and the time to be 2-4mim, controlling the temperature of the distilled water to be 30-50 ℃, obtaining a cloth soaking solution after stirring;
s5, soaking the cloth: adding the cloth soaking solution prepared in the step S4 into a soaking pool to keep the temperature of the soaking solution at 80-90 ℃, spreading the base cloth prepared in the step S2 by a clamping machine, putting the cloth into the soaking pool by the clamping machine, soaking the base cloth for 10-15min for the first time, taking out the base cloth after soaking, uniformly drying the base cloth by a dryer, controlling the temperature of the dryer at 60-70 ℃, continuously putting the base cloth into the soaking pool by the clamping machine after drying, soaking the base cloth for 16-20min for the first time, taking out the base cloth after soaking, uniformly drying the base cloth by the dryer, controlling the temperature of the dryer at 60-70 ℃, drying for 3-5min, adjusting the drying temperature to 35-40 ℃, and drying for 6-10min to obtain the final cloth;
s6, quality inspection and packaging: and (4) carrying out quality inspection on the cloth soaked in the S5, after the inspection is finished, winding the cloth by using a cloth winding machine, packaging the cloth after the winding is finished, and storing the cloth in a dry and ventilated position.

A textile process according to claim 1, wherein: the soaking solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-100 parts of distilled water, 3-9 parts of gardenia, 2-7 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 2-4 parts of lavender, 3-6 parts of white vinegar, 2-5 parts of geranium, 1-3 parts of flame retardant and 1-3 parts of antibacterial agent.

A textile process according to claim 2, wherein: the raw materials of the soaking solution comprise the following components: 85 parts of distilled water, 9 parts of gardenia, 7 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 4 parts of lavender, 6 parts of white vinegar, 5 parts of geranium, 1 part of flame retardant and 1 part of antibacterial agent.

A textile process according to claim 2, wherein: the raw materials of the soaking solution comprise the following components: 92 parts of distilled water, 6 parts of gardenia, 5 parts of ultraviolet absorber, 3 parts of lavender, 4 parts of white vinegar, 3 parts of geranium, 2 parts of flame retardant and 2 parts of antibacterial agent.

A textile process according to claim 2, wherein: the raw materials of the soaking solution comprise the following components: 100 parts of distilled water, 3 parts of gardenia, 2 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 2 parts of lavender, 3 parts of white vinegar, 2 parts of geranium, 3 parts of flame retardant and 3 parts of antibacterial agent.
6. A textile process according to claim 1, wherein: the colored polyester in the step S1 can be selected to have different colors according to actual requirements.
7. A textile process according to claim 1, wherein: in the step S4, the ultraviolet absorber is a salicylate absorber, the flame retardant is a halogen flame retardant, and the antibacterial agent is silver nano antibacterial agent powder.
