The fixture 23 is removed from the fixture channel 2120, the clamp 22 and fixture 23 are disengaged, the clamp 22 is removed from the mounting channel 2110, the clamping end 221 of the clamp 22 is expanded to enlarge the clamping channel 220, the abrading article 24 may be removed from the clamping channel 220, and additional abrading articles, such as abrasive tips of different shapes and thicknesses, may be inserted into the clamping channel 220 to replace the abrading article 24. The grinding device 20 is remounted to the drive device 10 to achieve an alternation and diversification of the grinding function, such as grinding wider or narrower grooves, or grinding different shapes.
The clamping member 22 is pulled out by a certain distance, that is, the clamping end 221 can be expanded outwards to expand the clamping channel 220, so that the grinding member 24 can be conveniently detached from the clamping channel 220, a new grinding member 24 or other grinding members can be installed, one end of the grinding member 24 is inserted into the clamping channel 220, the clamping member 22 is moved towards the inside of the installation channel 2110, so that the clamping end 221 is pressed by the cover body 21 and is contracted inwards, the clamping channel 220 is contracted, and the clamping end 221 clamps the grinding member 24.
Similarly, when the grinding member 24 is damaged and needs to be replaced, the grinding device 20 can be disassembled and replaced with a new grinding member 24, so as to prolong the service life of the grinding device 20. If one or more of the clamping member 22, the fixing member 23, the cover 24 and the like is in trouble, the grinding device 20 can be removed and partially replaced without replacing the whole grinding device 20, so that the maintenance and part cost is reduced.
In one example of the invention, the urn grinding device further comprises a controller, which is communicatively connected to the driving means 10 for controlling the driving of the grinding means 20 by the driving means 10. The controller in turn controls the driving device 10 to drive the movement path of the polishing device 20 and the polishing shape at the corresponding position. The controller controls the rotational speed at which the driving device 10 drives the grinding device 20. Inputting the polishing requirement of the cinerary casket into the controller, so that the controller controls the driving device 10 to drive the polishing device 20 to move, and the cinerary casket is manufactured by polishing materials according to the polishing requirement of the cinerary casket.
In another example of the present invention, the lower end 211 of the housing 21 of the polishing device 20 may be sleeved with a polishing member, that is, the housing 21 is mounted to the driving device 10, and the polishing member is directly mounted to the housing 21, so that a polishing function can be realized. The abrading element may be a disc-shaped abrading element of the prior art abrading station shown in figure 1, the upper end of which is adapted to be fitted over the end of the housing 21 to be secured to the housing 21. It is worth mentioning that the grinding pieces can be different in size, and the high end of the grinding piece is suitable for being sleeved at the end part of the cover body 21.
The urn grinding apparatus is adapted to grind stone and the like to form an urn 100. Referring to fig. 5, the urn 100 includes a housing body 101 and a tray 102, and the tray 102 is disposed below the housing body 101. The accommodating body 101 includes a cover 1011 and an accommodating main body 1012, wherein the cover 1011 covers the accommodating main body 1012. The periphery of the opening of the cover 1011 has a locking groove 10110, and the locking groove 10110 is formed by being recessed inwards. The periphery of the opening of the accommodating main body 1012 is provided with a protrusion 10121, after the cover 1011 is covered on the accommodating main body 1012, the protrusion 10121 of the accommodating main body 1012 extends into the slot 10110 of the cover 1011, and the protrusion 10121 and the cover 10111 are clamped to seal the joint of the cover 1011 and the accommodating main body 1012 and play a role of moisture protection.
The width of the clamping groove 10110 is small, and a grinding piece with a small size is used for grinding, so that the grinding piece 24 of the cinerary casket grinding equipment is used for grinding, the cinerary casket 100 can be finely processed, and fine structures such as the clamping groove 10110 can be formed by grinding.
Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, a variant embodiment of the grinding device 20A of the present invention is shown.
The polishing device 20A includes a housing 21A, the housing 21A includes a lower end portion 211A and a higher end portion 212A, and the lower end portion 211A and the higher end portion 212A are integrally formed. The high end 212A is adapted to be mounted to the drive device 10 shown in fig. 2. The lower end 211A faces the work platform 30 shown in fig. 2.
The housing 21A has a mounting channel 210A, the mounting channel 210A extending from the lower end 211A to the upper end 212A and through the housing 21A.
The polishing apparatus 20A further comprises a clamp 22A, and the clamp 22A is mounted to the lower end 211A of the housing 21A. The clamping member 22A includes a clamping end 221A, and the clamping end 221A faces the work platform 30 after the clamping member 22A is mounted on the cover 21A.
The clip 22A further includes a mounting end 222A, and the mounting end 222A is mounted to the housing 21A.
The polishing device 20A further includes a fixing member 23A, and the fixing member 23A fixes the clamping member 22A to the cover 21A.
The mounting end 222A of the clip 22A is inserted into the mounting passage 210A from the outside of the lower end 211A of the cover 21A, and is exposed from the outside of the higher end 212A. The clamping end portion 221A is exposed outside the lower end portion 211A. The length of the clip 22A is adapted such that when the clip 22A is mounted to the cover 21A, a part of the clip end 221A and a part of the mounting end 222A are exposed to the outside of the low end 211A and the high end 212A of the cover 21A, respectively.
The fixing member 23A is attached to a portion of the attachment end portion 222A exposed outside the cover 21A to fix the holder 22A to the cover 21A. The fixing member 23A is implemented as a nut, and the mounting end portion 222A is correspondingly threaded so that the fixing member 23A is screw-fixed to the holder 22A so that the holder 22A is fixed to the cover 21A.
The clamping end 221A is provided with at least one deformation space 2210A, and when the clamping end 221A is deformed by a force, the deformation space 2210A provides a moving space for the clamping end 221A to contract and expand. When the clamping end 221A is compressed by a force, the deformation space 2210A is contracted, and when the clamping end 221A is expanded, the deformation space 2210A provides a deformation space. The clamping end 221A is provided with a clamping channel 220A, and the clamping channel 220A is formed by extending a certain distance from the outer end of the clamping end 221A to the inner part of the clamping piece 22A. The size of the clamping channel 220A is adjusted as the clamping end 221A deforms.
The holding end portion 221A is divided into at least one holding head portion 2211A, as shown in fig. 7A, the holding end portion 221A may be divided into three holding head portions 2211A, the deformation space is formed between the adjacent holding head portions 2211A, and the holding passage 220A is formed at an intermediate position between the holding head portions 2211A. The clamping channel 220A is adjusted as the clamping end 221A is deformed. When the clamping end 221A is contracted, the clamping head 2211A moves inward and the clamping channel 220A contracts, and when the clamping end 221A expands, the clamping head 2211A moves outward and the clamping channel 220A expands.
The polishing device 20A further comprises a polishing member 24A, the polishing member 24A having a polishing end 241A and a held end 242A, the polishing end 241A of the polishing member 24A being inserted into the holding passage 220A, the polishing member 24A being held when the holding passage 220A is contracted to fix the polishing member 24A, and the polishing member 24A being removed from the holding member 22A when the holding passage 220A is expanded. The sanding element 24A may be removed and replaced to reduce maintenance costs and also to accommodate various sanding requirements. The size of the clamping channel 220A can be adjusted to clamp different polishing members 24A, and also to diversify the polishing function.
When the grinding apparatus 20A is assembled, the clamped end 242A of the grinding member 24A is inserted into the clamping passage 220A, the mounting end 222A of the clamping member 22A is inserted into the mounting passage 210A from the outside of the lower end 211A until a part of the mounting end 222A is exposed to the outside of the upper end 212A through the fixing passage 210A, and the clamping end 221A is exposed to the outside of the lower end 211A, and the position of the clamping member 22 with respect to the housing 21A is adjusted so that the clamping passage 220A is adjusted to a size capable of stably clamping the grinding member 24A. The fixing member 24A is rotatably mounted to a portion of the mounting end portion 222A exposed outside the high end portion 212A to fix the holder 22A to the cover 21A.
The grinding device 20A is further mounted to the driving device 10 shown in fig. 2 so that the driving device 10 can drive the grinding device 20A to move and rotate for grinding work.
The cinerary casket polishing equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that the contact area between the cinerary casket polishing equipment and the material is reduced by providing the polishing piece with smaller size, the material is finely processed, and the polishing requirement on the fine structure of the cinerary casket can be met. The cinerary casket grinding device is suitable for grinding stone materials and can also be used for grinding wood, steel materials and the like.
The traditional cinerary casket polishing equipment can be modified, the polishing piece with smaller size is arranged on the traditional cover body through the clamping piece, or the traditional polishing device is replaced by the cinerary casket polishing equipment provided by the invention. The size of the cover body of the cinerary casket polishing equipment can be customized according to the size of the existing cinerary casket polishing equipment, the clamping piece, the polishing piece and the corresponding fixing piece are configured according to the customized cover body, the transformation of the existing cinerary casket polishing equipment is realized, the cost is low, and the functions are diversified.
The invention further provides an assembling method for assembling a polishing device, comprising the following steps:
(A) inserting one end of a polishing piece into a clamping piece;
(B) inserting the holder into a housing; and
(C) and fixing the clamping piece on the cover body.
The step (B) further comprises the steps of:
and moving the clamping piece to the interior of the cover body until a clamping channel of the clamping piece is contracted to be in a state of stably clamping the grinding piece.
The size of the clamping channel can be adjusted by moving the clamping piece. One clamping end part of the clamping piece is extruded by the cover body to reduce the clamping channel so that the grinding piece is stably clamped by the clamping piece,
the step (B) further comprises the steps of:
inserting an installation end of the holder into an installation passage of the housing;
inserting one end of a fixing piece into a fixing passage of the cover body; and
and fixing one end of the fixing piece to the mounting end part of the clamping piece.
The cover body is provided with a high end part and a low end part, a fixing channel is formed by extending from the high end part to the low end part, an installation channel is formed by extending from the low end part to the high end part, and the installation channel is communicated with the fixing channel. One end of the fixing member is inserted into the fixing passage, and the mounting end of the clip member is inserted into the mounting passage, wherein one end of the fixing member is inserted into the mounting end to be fixed with the clip member, so that the clip member is fixedly mounted to the cover.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the step (B) further comprises the steps of:
inserting an installation end of the clamping piece into an installation channel of the cover body until a part of the installation end is exposed out of the other end of the cover body; and
and the fixing piece is arranged on the part of the mounting end part exposed out of the other end of the cover body.
The cover has a high end and a low end, and the cover also has a mounting channel extending from the interior of the low end to the interior of the high end, wherein the mounting channel extends through the cover. The mounting end of the holder is inserted into the mounting passage from the lower end and exposed from an outer portion of the upper end through the mounting passage, wherein the holding end is pressed by the housing to narrow the holding passage to hold the sanding member. The fixing member is attached to a portion of the attachment end portion exposed outside the high end portion to fix the holder to the cover.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.

Claims (26)

1. An urn grinding apparatus for grinding at least one urn, comprising:
a driving device; and
a polishing apparatus, the polishing apparatus being drivably mounted to the driving apparatus, the driving apparatus driving the polishing apparatus to polish, wherein the polishing apparatus comprises:
a cover body; and
a grinding member disposed at a lower end of the housing, the grinding member for grinding the urn, wherein a cross-sectional area of the grinding member is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the housing.
2. The urn grinding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the grinding device further comprises a clamp mounted to the lower end of the housing, the clamp holding the grinding member to the lower end of the housing.
3. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 2, wherein the clamping member comprises a clamping end which is held outside the lower end of the housing and a mounting end which is inserted into the housing, wherein the clamping end is provided with at least one deformation space to provide a deformed movement space for the clamping end.
4. The cinerary casket grinding device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said holding end portion is formed to be extended outwardly expanded from one end of said mounting end portion, and when said holding member is mounted to said housing, said holding end portion is held outside said housing and is pressed by said housing.
5. The urn grinding apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the clamping end is provided with a clamping channel which is dimensioned as the clamping end is deformed.
6. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 5, wherein one end of the grinding member is inserted into the clamping passage and clamped by the clamping member, wherein the clamping end is pressed by the housing to narrow the clamping passage, the clamping end clamping the grinding member.
7. The urn grinding apparatus of claim 6, wherein the grinding device further comprises at least one fixture mounted at the high end of the housing, wherein the fixture extends into the housing from the high end of the housing, the fixture securing the holder to the housing.
8. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 7, wherein the housing has a high end and a low end, a mounting channel extending from the high end toward the low end, and a mounting channel extending from the low end toward the high end, the mounting channel communicating with the mounting channel.
9. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 8, wherein an end of the fixing member is inserted into the fixing passage, the mounting end of the holder is inserted into the mounting passage, wherein an end of the fixing member is inserted into the mounting end, and the holder is fixed, the holder being fixedly mounted to the housing.
10. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 6, wherein the housing has a high end and a low end, the housing further having a mounting passage extending from an interior of the low end to an interior of the high end, wherein the mounting passage extends through the housing.
11. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 10, wherein the mounting end of the clamping member is inserted into the mounting passage from the lower end and passes through the mounting passage to emerge from an outer portion of the upper end, wherein the clamping end is pressed by the housing to reduce the clamping passage, the clamping end clamping the grinding member.
12. The urn grinding apparatus as defined in claim 11, wherein the grinding apparatus further comprises a fixing member mounted to a portion of the mounting end exposed outside the high end, the fixing member fixing the holder to the housing.
13. A milling apparatus, comprising:
a cover body;
a clamping member; and
and the grinding piece is arranged at one end of the cover body, and the clamping piece is clamped at the grinding piece.
14. The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 13, wherein the holder includes a holding end portion held outside the lower end portion of the housing and a mounting end portion inserted into the housing, wherein the holding end portion is provided with at least a deformation space providing a deformed movement space for the holding end portion,
15. the polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 14, wherein the holding end portion is formed to be expanded outwardly from one end of the mounting end portion, and when the holder is mounted to the housing, the holding end portion is held outside the housing and is pressed by the housing.
16. The abrading device of claim 14, wherein the gripping end is provided with a gripping channel that is sized as the gripping end deforms.
17. The abrading device of claim 16, wherein an end of the abrading article is inserted into the gripping passage and gripped by the gripping member, wherein the gripping end is compressed by the housing to narrow the gripping passage and thereby grip the abrading article.
18. The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 17 wherein the housing has a high end and a low end, a securing passage extending from the high end toward the low end, and a mounting passage extending from the low end toward the high end, the mounting passage communicating with the securing passage.
19. The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 18, wherein one end of the fixing member is inserted into the fixing passage, the mounting end portion of the holder is inserted into the mounting passage, wherein one end of the fixing member is inserted into the mounting end portion, and the holder is fixed such that the holder is fixedly mounted to the housing.
20. The abrading device of claim 19, wherein the housing has a high end and a low end, the housing further having a mounting passage extending from an interior of the low end to an interior of the high end, wherein the mounting passage extends through the housing.
21. The abrading device of claim 20, wherein the mounting end of the holder is inserted into the mounting channel from the low end and passes through the mounting channel to emerge from an outer side of the high end, wherein the holding end is compressed by the cover to narrow the holding channel to hold the abrading article.
22. The abrading device of claim 21, wherein the abrading apparatus further comprises a securing member mounted to a portion of the mounting end portion exposed outside the high end portion, the securing member securing the holder to the housing.
23. An assembly method for assembling a sanding apparatus, comprising the steps of:
(A) inserting one end of a polishing piece into a clamping piece;
(B) inserting the holder into a housing; and
(C) and fixing the clamping piece on the cover body.
24. The method of assembling of claim 23, wherein said step (B) further comprises the steps of:
and moving the clamping piece to the interior of the cover body until a clamping channel of the clamping piece is contracted to be in a state of stably clamping the grinding piece.
25. The method of assembling of claim 24, wherein said step (B) further comprises the steps of:
inserting an installation end of the holder into an installation passage of the housing;
inserting one end of a fixing piece into a fixing passage of the cover body; and
and fixing one end of the fixing piece to the mounting end part of the clamping piece.
26. The method of assembling of claim 25, wherein said step (B) further comprises the steps of:
inserting an installation end of the clamping piece into an installation channel of the cover body until a part of the installation end is exposed out of the other end of the cover body; and
and the fixing piece is arranged on the part of the mounting end part exposed out of the other end of the cover body.
