The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the metal keel for the building concrete column, the connecting parts are connected between the left end and the right end of the keel main body through the connecting bolts, after the metal keel is fixed on the concrete column, the connecting parts and the keel main body are secondarily connected by using a welding mode, so that the connection strength is improved compared with the case of only using the welding mode, and the situation that the left end and the right end of the keel main body fall off when in use can be prevented;
2. according to the processing machine provided by the invention, the metal keels are fixed through the position-adjustable limiting mechanism, so that the purpose of processing the metal keels with different diameters is achieved, the punching mechanism can perform punching operation on a plurality of metal keels at one time, and the processing efficiency is effectively improved.

The driving rod 62 is divided into a fixed end 621 and a detachable end 622, the fixed end 621 is mounted at the upper end of the output shaft of the driving motor 61, and the detachable end 622 is mounted at the upper end of the fixed end 621 in a thread fit manner.

The driving cam 63 is of a segmented splicing structure, a round hole is formed in the middle of the driving cam 63, and the inner wall of the round hole is in contact with the side wall of the driving rod 62 in a sliding fit manner; after the disassembling end 622 is disassembled, the number of the driving cams 63 can be increased or decreased according to actual needs, so that each punching head 65 can be in contact with the side wall of the driving cam 63.

The method for manufacturing the metal keel by using the processing machine comprises the following steps:
