3. the ground rod after the grinding operation is finished is subjected to high-pressure washing by using a high-pressure washing device by using high water pressure, so that residues on the ground rod are washed away, and the washing effect is further improved;
4. placing the ground rod subjected to high-pressure washing into a high-temperature water tank, and further removing dirt on the ground rod which is difficult to remove by high-pressure washing through high-temperature water;
5. the sanitized earth bar can be dried through the drying oven and can blow off the water stain on the earth bar through strong wind, then dry through hot-blast earth bar to the better electroplating process that carries on.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the grinding machine 5 includes a supporting frame 51 for placing the ground rod, a rotating device 52 installed at one end of the supporting frame 51 for rotating the ground rod, a supporting portion 53 installed at the other end of the supporting frame 51, a grinding portion 54 for grinding the ground rod, and a driver 55 for controlling the working position of the grinding portion 54; the rotating device 52 comprises a sliding block 521 transversely installed on the support frame 51 in a sliding manner, a second driving motor 522 installed on the sliding block 521, and a magnetic suction seat 523 installed at the output end of the second driving motor 522; the supporting part 53 comprises a supporting seat 531 which is transversely and slidably mounted on the frame 1 and a first transverse cylinder 532 which is mounted on the frame 1 and used for driving the supporting seat 531 to transversely slide; a top rod 533 is installed on the supporting seat 531, and a pressure sensor is installed at the end of the top rod 533; the grinding part 54 comprises a grinding frame 541 and a grinding wheel 542 arranged on the grinding frame 541; the grinding frame 541 is slidably arranged on the frame 1 through a base 543, and one end of the grinding frame 541 is rotatably connected with the base 543; the driver 55 comprises a second transverse air cylinder 551, a forward and reverse rotating motor 552 and a pushing frame 553; the second transverse cylinder 551 is fixedly installed on the frame 1, and the two output ends of the air rod are fixedly connected with the base 543 through the pushing frame 553; the forward and reverse rotation motor 552 is fixedly mounted on the frame 1, and the output end of the motor shaft of the forward and reverse rotation motor is fixedly connected with the grinding frame 541.
It should be noted that the second driving motor, the first transverse cylinder, the pressure sensor, the second transverse cylinder and the forward and reverse rotating motor are all controlled by the control center; secondly, the grounding rod is transported to the magnetic base through a lifting hook on the transporting mechanism, and then the control center controls the grounding rod to clamp and start grinding processing, so that the scale on the surface of the grounding rod is removed.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning method of a grounding rod comprises the following steps:
s1 feeding: firstly, conveying an uncleaned ground rod to the input end of a cleaning mechanism through a feeding mechanism;
s2 straightening: straightening the required grounding rod through a straightening device;
s3 first rinsing with clear water: the ground rod after being straightened is transported to a clear water washing part through a transportation part to wash away large particle dust on the surface of the ground rod;
s4 grinding and descaling: grinding the particles adhered to the surface of the ground rod by a grinding machine through the ground rod washed by the first clear water;
s5 high pressure flushing: cleaning the ground rod after the grinding and descaling, and washing the powder ground by the grinding knife on the surface of the ground rod by a high-pressure washing device;
s6 rinsing with clean water for the second time: the cleaned grounding rod plate is conveyed to a high-temperature water tank through a conveying device to be soaked and cleaned, and further, the accumulated scale on the outer surface of the grounding rod is cleaned;
s7 drying: and (4) transporting the ground rod after high-temperature cleaning to a drying oven through a transporting device for drying treatment.
2. The method for cleaning a ground rod of claim 1, wherein: the temperature in the high-temperature water tank is 100-120 ℃, and the impact mode of the high-pressure flushing device is direct impact.

The cleaning apparatus for the ground rod as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the grinding machine comprises a support frame for placing the grounding rod, a rotating device arranged at one end of the support frame and used for rotating the grounding rod, a supporting part arranged at the other end of the support frame, a grinding part used for grinding the grounding rod and a driver used for controlling the working position of the grinding part; the rotating device comprises a sliding block which is transversely installed on the supporting frame in a sliding mode, a second driving motor which is installed on the sliding block and a magnetic suction seat which is installed at the output end of the second driving motor; the supporting part comprises a supporting seat which is transversely installed on the rack in a sliding manner and a first transverse cylinder which is installed on the rack and used for driving the supporting seat to transversely slide; the supporting seat is provided with an ejector rod, and the end part of the ejector rod is provided with a pressure sensor; the grinding part comprises a grinding rack and a grinding wheel arranged on the grinding rack; the grinding rack is arranged on the rack in a sliding mode through the base, and one end of the grinding rack is rotatably connected with the base; the driver comprises a second transverse cylinder, a forward and reverse rotating motor and a pushing frame; the second transverse cylinder is fixedly arranged on the rack, and the output end of the second air rod is fixedly connected with the base through a pushing frame; the positive and negative rotation motor is fixedly arranged on the frame, and the output end of a motor shaft of the positive and negative rotation motor is fixedly connected with the grinding frame.
