Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dust filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, wherein the dust filter bag has a retaining plate and a filter bag fixed to the retaining plate, and wherein a pull tab is pivotably mounted on the retaining plate.
Background
Dust filter bags for vacuum cleaners are sufficiently known from the prior art. For example, the documents DE 10 2008 046 A1, DE 10 008 037 409 A1 and EP 2 923 623 A1 are cited. Holding plates with pull tabs formed thereon are also known in the dust filter bags known from the cited documents.
Disclosure of Invention
Starting from the prior art shown, the object of the invention is to improve a dust filter bag in respect of the pull-off tab in a more user-friendly manner.
The above-mentioned object is achieved firstly and ultimately by the solution of claim 1, wherein provision is made that the pull tab can be pivoted between a removal position and a deactivated position, and the deactivated position can be locked.
It is thereby achieved that the pull tab can be brought into a non-interfering position in the deactivated position, which is also particularly advantageous for a space-saving adaptation of the dust filter bag in the receptacle of the vacuum cleaner. In addition, a certain support function for the filter bag can also be achieved if necessary.
In contrast to the locking of the deactivation position, basically, a design can also be provided in which the removal position is locked and the deactivation position is not locked. This embodiment is advantageous, for example, if the pull tab itself is moved into the deactivation position when the locking is released in the removal position due to the pretensioning in the deactivation position.
Furthermore, it can be provided that both the deactivated position and the removal position are lockable.
Drawings
The invention is elucidated below on the basis of the drawings showing embodiments. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 illustrates a vacuum cleaner in which a dust filter bag may be installed;
fig. 2 shows an open view of the vacuum cleaner according to fig. 1, with the dust filter bag removed;
fig. 3 shows the dust filter bag with the pull tab in the removal position;
fig. 4 shows the dust filter bag according to fig. 3, wherein the pull tab is in the deactivated position;
fig. 5 shows an enlarged view of the pull tab in the removal position;
fig. 6 shows the view according to fig. 5 with the pull tab in the deactivated position.
Detailed Description
Shown and described is a dust filter bag 1 for installation in a vacuum cleaner 2.
The vacuum cleaner 2 can have a removable housing part 3, and the dust filter bag 1 can also be detachably latched on the housing part 3. Further, the cleaner 2 has a suction opening 4 in the usual manner. The suction port may be continuously connected with an accessory suction nozzle or an accessory device. A dust-laden air flow is sucked from the suction nozzle through the mounted dust filter bag 1 by means of a blower 5 in the vacuum cleaner 2. In addition, a discharge port 6 for discharging clean air is defined in the cleaner 2.
With particular reference to fig. 3 and 4, the dust filter bag 1 also has a retaining plate 7 and a filter bag 8. The filter bag 8 may be bonded or welded to the holding plate 7, for example. The holding plate also has an inflow opening 19, through which inflow opening 19 dust-laden air can flow into the interior of the filter bag 8.
The pulling tab 9 is pivotally mounted on the holding plate 7. As can be seen by comparing fig. 3 and 4, but also fig. 5 and 6 show that the pull tab 9 can be pivoted between a removal position shown in fig. 3 and 5 and a rest position shown in fig. 4 and 6.
One of the two positions, preferably the deactivation position, is defined in this embodiment as lockable. The pull tab 9 is freely pivotable in the other position, whereas the pull tab is fixed in the locking position and can only be pivoted again by intentionally overcoming the locking position.
The holding plate 7 has a flat extension which is determined transversely to the flow direction S in which the dust laden air enters the dust filter bag 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the pulling tab 9 is oriented in correspondence with the flat extension in the extraction position and is oriented substantially perpendicular to the flat extension in the deactivation position as shown in fig. 4 and 6. In this way, it is also provided that the pull tab 9 extends substantially in the same direction relative to the flow direction S in the deactivated position. Furthermore, the pulling tab 9 also extends in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the filter bag 8 in the deactivated position. In the inactive position, the pull tab also overlaps the filter bag 8 over a large part of its length taken in said direction.
As shown in particular in fig. 5 and 6, a latching projection 10 is formed on the holding plate 7 and, as the case may be, two latching projections 11 are formed on the pull tab 9 in order to form the locking position. The latching projections 11 are embodied on the connecting arms 12,13 of the pull tab 9. A gap remains between the connecting arms 12,13, into which gap the latching projection 11 preferably projects.
The pull tab 9 is furthermore connected to the holding plate by means of a joint 14. The connecting arms 12,13 extend on opposite sides of the knuckle 14 as seen from the holding plate 7.
The pull tab 9 also has a gripping opening 15, into which gripping opening 15 a user can pull the dust filter bag 1 out of the receptacle of the vacuum cleaner, for example by means of a finger, by means of the pull tab 9. In this case, the receiving guide is preferably formed in the receiving portion of the vacuum cleaner in the direction of the extension in the direction of the retaining plate 7, so that the dust filter bag 1 can be removed from the receiving portion by pulling on the pull tab 9.
In the present exemplary embodiment and preferably, the holding plate 7 and the pull tab 9 are designed as a plastic injection molded part, preferably also as a one-piece plastic injection molded part. In particular, in the case of a one-piece plastic injection-molded part, it is preferred if the joint 14 is designed as an integrally designed joint, in particular as a film hinge.
The detent cam 10 preferably has one or more overrun projections 16 on one or both sides in the pivot circle of the free end of the detent projection 11. The overrun projection 16 is preferably formed on the end of an upstream ramp 17 (for pivoting into the deactivated position) or 18 (for pivoting out of the deactivated position), respectively.
The latching cams 10 can be designed overall in a polygonal, in particular hexagonal, shape according to a planar contour.
The filter bag 8 connected to the retaining plate 7 can also be stabilized to a certain extent on one side by the pull tab 9 which is locked in the inactive position, which is sometimes advantageous depending on the filling degree of the dust filter bag 2 in the case of removal of the housing part of the vacuum cleaner 2 to which the dust filter bag 1 is also fixed.
