In order to more clearly understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following describes the working principle of the present invention.
The method comprises the steps that apples to be processed are manually placed into a cleaning machine 1 from a left inlet of the cleaning machine, after the apples are cleaned in the cleaning machine, the apples enter a left inlet of a peeling and pitting slicer 2 from a right outlet of the cleaning machine 1, after peeling, pitting and slicing are completed, obtained apple pieces enter an inlet of a conveying color protection draining machine 3 from a right outlet of the peeling and pitting slicer 2, the apple pieces are conveyed into a color protection liquid pool of the conveying color protection draining machine 3 by the conveying color protection draining machine 3, a mesh belt type conveying lifting device and color protection liquid are arranged in the color protection pool, the apple pieces are completely soaked in the color protection liquid, when color protection time is reached, the color protection liquid is discharged out of the color protection liquid pool and collected in a centralized mode, moisture attached to the apple pieces is removed under the action of gravity and an upper fan, and a draining process is completed. The apple slices are lifted to a right end outlet of the conveying color-protecting draining machine 3 through a mesh belt type conveying lifting device, the apple slices are conveyed to a mesh belt conveyor at a left end inlet of the dryer 4 and enter the dryer 4, and then are dried to required moisture, wherein the mesh belt conveyor belongs to a part of a heat pump dryer and plays two key roles of a conveyor and a bearing bracket in the drying process of the dried apple slices, the required dried apple slices are conveyed to the outlet at the right end of the dryer 4 through a plurality of mesh belt conveyors in the dryer 4 and enter a left end inlet of the packing machine 5, then the apple slices are subjected to vacuum packing by the packing machine, and the apple slices are conveyed into an external temporary storage box (such as a hollow carton) through a right end outlet of the packing machine 5, so that the packing process is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the complete equipment for processing the dried apples can process the dried apples and other fruits in the whole process, sequentially complete the processing operations of cleaning, peeling, denucleating, slicing, conveying, color protecting, draining, drying, packaging and the like, quickly and reliably obtain high-quality dried apple finished products, and has great production practice significance.

the conveying color-protecting draining machine (3) is used for conveying the apple slices conveyed by the peeling and pitting slicer (2) to a color-protecting liquid pool arranged in the conveying color-protecting draining machine, then performing color protection and moisture draining operations in sequence, and then conveying the apple slices subjected to color protection to the dryer (4);
the left end inlet of the dryer (4) is connected with the right end outlet of the conveying color-protecting draining machine (3);

the left end of the electric circulating water valve group (1011) is connected with a water inlet on the right side of the water pump (1013);
a water outlet at the top of the water pump (1013) is connected with the lower end of the left side of the connecting pipe (1014);
the right end of the connecting pipe (1014) is connected with the left end of the transversely arranged spray pipe (103);
a plurality of spray heads (105) are arranged at the bottom of the spray pipe (103) at equal intervals;
the water inlet of each spray head (105) is communicated with the spray pipe (103).
